Your cruise documentation, including your tickets and luggage tags, will be sent before departure. Prices onboard are in US dollars, and you'll need a US or European plug adaptor for electrical outlets. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included for all guests, and there are onboard medical facilities staffed by doctors and nurses with a limited supply of prescription medication. Professional laundry and dry-cleaning services are available, along with a complimentary self-service launderette. Seabourn Club members can also enjoy loyalty rewards and benefits when booking with Destination2Cruise.

Enjoy complimentary entertainment including live cabaret, comedy, classical recitals, cooking demonstrations, movies and card games. Cruises of fewer than 13 nights usually include one formal evening, with additional formal nights on longer sailings. Resort casual attire is suitable during the day, while evenings follow either elegant casual or formal dress codes depending on the venue. Gratuities are included, so tipping is not expected. Most areas of the ship, including suites, are non-smoking, with designated smoking areas clearly signposted. Accessible staterooms and facilities are also available for guests with reduced mobility.

Seabourn caters for a wide range of dietary requirements when advised at the time of booking or at least six weeks before departure. Preferences can also be updated through the My Seabourn app. Guests can enjoy in-suite dining with multi-course meals and an extensive room service menu, including vegetarian and vegan options. Alcohol purchased ashore may be brought back onboard without corkage fees, and guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase or consume alcoholic drinks.

Seabourn is designed primarily for adults and does not offer children's entertainment or supervised activities. Guests under 21 must travel with an adult, while anyone occupying their own suite must be at least 16 years old. Additional age restrictions apply on selected itineraries, including Expedition and Antarctica voyages, where children must be at least six years old, while some transatlantic cruises only accept children aged 12 months and over.

Shore excursions are not included in your cruise fare and are available at an additional cost. Excursions can be pre-booked through the Seabourn website or the Seabourn SOURCE app, with bookings typically opening up to one year before departure. Booking in advance often provides the best availability and may offer better value than purchasing excursions onboard.
