If you are due to travel or return home within the next 72 hours, and there is an issue that may prevent you from travelling, or if you are currently on holiday and need urgent assistance, please call the 24/7 contact number listed on your Travel Vouchers and Tickets attachment, which can be found in the Final Travel Documents sent to you by email. The number is listed under ‘Important Contact Information’.
If you have already returned from your holiday and would like to share feedback about your experience, the lead passenger should email customerrelations@destination2.co.uk from the email address registered on the booking. Please specify your Destination2 reference number in your subject line. Once sent, you will receive an automatic response confirming receipt and outlining the expected timeframe for your query to be reviewed and responded to.
