⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a great stay! The rooms are incredibly spacious and, most importantly, extremely clean. I accidentally spilled a little water on the floor and used a white towel to wipe it up—and there wasn’t a single stain or mark on the towel. That alone impressed me! I never quite figured out how to use the phone in the room, but honestly, I didn’t need it. From the moment I completed my registration, the hotel stayed in constant contact with me by text. Every question and request I had was handled quickly and conveniently right through text messaging. The value was also outstanding. I had stayed at another hotel only about 15 minutes away and paid nearly three times as much for essentially the same amenities. Spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, great communication, and an excellent value—I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We have been here for almost 4 weeks while we await our return to Spain. We have enjoyed staying here very much. The resort is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and very attentive to our needs. The bar by the pool and the restaurant are staffed by such kind and amicable people. Jennifer, Anayely, Derek, Raquel and Amanda who works in another department but went out of her way to ensure we had a great time, were just wonderful. The pool area is particularly nice and our kids loved it very much. One of the best “bang for the buck” places you can stay at in this area

Currently staying at the Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort with 2 adults and 2 kids in a double queen room, and unfortunately this has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had. We checked in late Friday night, and I will say the check-in process itself was smooth. There was only one person ahead of me, and the front desk staff worked together to get us checked in quickly, which I appreciated. However, once we got to the room, we realized there was no hot water. We called the front desk and were told maintenance was working on something and it would take about 45 minutes for the system to cycle. We eventually took showers later that night. The biggest issue during our stay has been housekeeping and basic towel service. Saturday morning around 8:30 AM, I called requesting fresh towels and washcloths because what was in the room was not enough for 4 people. I was placed on hold, the call dropped, I called back, made the request again, and was told someone would bring them. We left the room around 10:30 AM and still had no towels. We returned after midnight… still no towels. I called the front desk again that night and explained I had requested towels since that morning. I was then told they did not have anyone available to bring them to the room. Sunday morning, I called again around 8 AM requesting towels and washcloths, and by 10 AM still no one had come. Every single day of our stay, before 4 PM, I requested towels and washcloths not even full housekeeping service and no one has come to the room to refresh anything. Trash has not been removed, sheets have not been changed, and we have not seen housekeeping carts or staff in the hallways at all. What makes this even more frustrating is finding the housekeeping policy in the room stating that “Room Refresh Services” include towel replacement, trash removal, amenities, and bed making upon request before 4 PM. We followed those instructions repeatedly and still received no service. For a family of 4 staying multiple days, this has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient. The location is great, but the lack of housekeeping support and communication has really affected our stay.

I’ve stayed here before and would probably stay again. For what I need, the location is great, especially as it’s mainly just a crash pad for me after long days out at the parks. The pool area was really nice — clean, relaxing, and a good place to chill out after a busy day. The room I had in the tower was large and clean, which was a big plus. That said, the hotel is definitely starting to show its age a little. There were marks on the floor, and the bathroom was looking a bit tired and in need of some updating. Overall though, for the price I paid, I can’t really complain. It does the job well, and I’d happily stay again.

We recently stayed at Avanti by Wyndham on International Drive for 23 nights, and overall our experience was mixed, which is why I'm giving the hotel 3 stars. The biggest positive without question was the staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always willing to go above and beyond to help. A special mention has to go to **Ivy Rose** from housekeeping. She left our room absolutely spotless every single day and always made the effort to say hello whenever she saw us around the hotel. She is a real credit to Avanti and made our stay much more enjoyable. The pool area is also a real positive. It's large, well laid out and was never difficult to find somewhere to relax. Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that prevented this from being a higher-rated stay. Our room safe stopped working early in our holiday. We reported it three separate times and still waited **11 days** for it to be replaced. We completely understood the hotel's policy that maintenance couldn't enter the room while we weren't there, so one day we stayed in the room for over **two hours** waiting for someone to arrive, but nobody ever came. The following day we reported that it still hadn't been fixed and were simply told, *"Well, it was reported."* Later that day, a maintenance worker came to the room, told us the batteries had gone and said he would return to fix it. Unfortunately, he never came back. After reporting the issue yet again, another maintenance employee finally replaced the safe. However, he then asked me if I would be able to identify the previous staff member because they "just report these things." I didn't feel that was appropriate or fair to put on a guest. Internal staff issues shouldn't become the responsibility of customers. The other major disappointment was the lack of security around the tower at night. On most nights during our 23-night stay, there were children screaming through the hallways, teenagers holding parties with loud music, and groups openly smoking weed around the entrances to the tower. It often felt intimidating walking back from the parks late in the evening when groups were sitting on the ramps and walls leading into the building. Despite this happening repeatedly, we never noticed security stepping in to deal with it. I genuinely believe security needs to be much more visible and proactive, especially during the evenings. Overall, the room itself was comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent and the customer service from most staff was genuinely outstanding. However, the poor maintenance response and lack of effective security significantly impacted what could have been a much better stay. With improvements in those two areas, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Until then, I feel 3 stars is a fair reflection of our experience.
