We have been here for almost 4 weeks while we await our return to Spain. We have enjoyed staying here very much. The resort is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and very attentive to our needs. The bar by the pool and the restaurant are staffed by such kind and amicable people. Jennifer, Anayely, Derek, Raquel and Amanda who works in another department but went out of her way to ensure we had a great time, were just wonderful. The pool area is particularly nice and our kids loved it very much. One of the best “bang for the buck” places you can stay at in this area

Had to find a place to stay at quick notice that was a reasonable price and this did just the trick. Staff was very nice, answered all my questions and overall was a positive experience. Do the rooms need updating? Yes…but that’s not a reflection of the staff that’s on the property owners. Was it clean? Yes. They are also very upfront with how their housekeeping policies are which I had no issues with but others may do pay attention to that. I had no issues with noise it was very quiet. Water was always hot…and the a/c worked just great. Was perfect for what I needed but I also was traveling alone and didn’t have a pile of kids to entertain. So if you need a clean place to lay your head for a night or two and you don’t mind a property with minimal decor in the room then I’d recommend it.

Currently staying at the Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort with 2 adults and 2 kids in a double queen room, and unfortunately this has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had. We checked in late Friday night, and I will say the check-in process itself was smooth. There was only one person ahead of me, and the front desk staff worked together to get us checked in quickly, which I appreciated. However, once we got to the room, we realized there was no hot water. We called the front desk and were told maintenance was working on something and it would take about 45 minutes for the system to cycle. We eventually took showers later that night. The biggest issue during our stay has been housekeeping and basic towel service. Saturday morning around 8:30 AM, I called requesting fresh towels and washcloths because what was in the room was not enough for 4 people. I was placed on hold, the call dropped, I called back, made the request again, and was told someone would bring them. We left the room around 10:30 AM and still had no towels. We returned after midnight… still no towels. I called the front desk again that night and explained I had requested towels since that morning. I was then told they did not have anyone available to bring them to the room. Sunday morning, I called again around 8 AM requesting towels and washcloths, and by 10 AM still no one had come. Every single day of our stay, before 4 PM, I requested towels and washcloths not even full housekeeping service and no one has come to the room to refresh anything. Trash has not been removed, sheets have not been changed, and we have not seen housekeeping carts or staff in the hallways at all. What makes this even more frustrating is finding the housekeeping policy in the room stating that “Room Refresh Services” include towel replacement, trash removal, amenities, and bed making upon request before 4 PM. We followed those instructions repeatedly and still received no service. For a family of 4 staying multiple days, this has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient. The location is great, but the lack of housekeeping support and communication has really affected our stay.

I’ve stayed here before and would probably stay again. For what I need, the location is great, especially as it’s mainly just a crash pad for me after long days out at the parks. The pool area was really nice — clean, relaxing, and a good place to chill out after a busy day. The room I had in the tower was large and clean, which was a big plus. That said, the hotel is definitely starting to show its age a little. There were marks on the floor, and the bathroom was looking a bit tired and in need of some updating. Overall though, for the price I paid, I can’t really complain. It does the job well, and I’d happily stay again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to Ricardo and Diamond. Our check-in experience started off a bit difficult due to circumstances that were completely out of his staff's control. Even so, Ricardo went above and beyond to make things right. He did everything in his power to accommodate us, and his professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern completely turned our experience around. Because of his exceptional customer service, our stay became so much more enjoyable. The amenities at this resort are fantastic! The complimentary shuttle service to most of the theme parks made getting around incredibly convenient. The resort-style pool was beautiful and a great place to relax. Our children absolutely loved the arcade, which kept them entertained for hours. For the adults, there was no shortage of things to do either. The indoor and outdoor bars were great, and we really enjoyed the pool tables, shuffleboard, cornhole, and beach volleyball. Overall, this is a fun, family-friendly resort with something for everyone. Ricardo truly made us feel valued as guests, and his outstanding hospitality is the reason we'll gladly return. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation!
