My boyfriend Dwayne and I had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and appreciated. A special thank you to **Ledine** at the front desk for going above and beyond by upgrading our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our getaway even more special. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly set the tone for our entire stay. The resort was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything contributed to a memorable experience. Thank you, Ledine, and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation!

The location of Avanti was great, close to Universal and about 20 mins to Disney. The free shuttle buses were great for Universal but the times for Disney were poor so we ended up using Ubers for Disney days. The room was a decent size we were given block 3 top floor with a pool view which was nice. Our room was only “cleaned” once during our 14 day stay despite them saying it will be cleaned every 4 days. When I say cleaned all they did was give fresh towels and make the bed. The floors were filthy and the surfaces were thick with dust by the end of the trip. The fridge froze most things that were put in and there was no way to adjust the temperature & the shower pressure was terrible. There were multiple people sat outside their rooms on the balcony smoking weed which could be smelt from inside our room & antisocial behaviour through the night which can also be heard and very loud despite signs showing quiet hours from 10pm-7am for respect. The Starbucks at the reception was never open & the prices at the bar & grill were extortionate. The pool was a good temperature however there is no lifeguard so make sure you can swim! They only had parasols on the tables and not on any of the sun loungers so if you needed shade you were quite restricted. There was also dried bird poop on most of the tables and chairs which indicates that they aren’t cleaned regularly. Again, the location was great but I wouldn’t compromise comfort to stay here again. Save up a bit more money and stay somewhere better.

everything was great except our bus broke down one day on the way to the park. the guy on the bus was great at calming me down as i was freaking out that people were squeezing past us. when i talked to the concierge about having to wait, and then being transferred to epic, then on another bus which set our day back . all they had to offer us was lanyards. also, booking advertised that breakfast was included. i don't personally eat breakfast, but my child does and that also set us back every day as i was having to go get her something before going to the parks. other then those issues, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice.

My son and I stayed here back in April Pros: Great location. They also have a bus that takes you to Universal. The pool area was nice. It was also easy to get things delivered Cons: Service was terrible. We were there 5 days and couldn't get any one to clean the room. I asked for a broom or and extra trash bag and noone brought anything. I pretty much had to clean the floor with the towel. They were good at bringing extra towels though. Though the pool was nice, the deep ends were not properly roped off

Paid extra to check in early to get a good room talk to the rep over the phone she told me I pay 25 and they will make sure I’m good! Came in whoever Gave me a room off the highway! It hate all you hear all night and don’t close the bathroom door it gets stuck in the bathroom unless you don’t close it ! Disappointing experience but the pool area looks good for kids not worth the resort fees on top of a dingy room they cheaply upgraded! Wouldn’t recommend it! The beds are horrible and these hard itchy sheets is not worth the stay !
