We loved the 24-hour pool and hot tub, the hot breakfast, convenient location, and great value for the price. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and once the room cooled down, it was a very enjoyable stay. Our reservation was initially “lost,” which was concerning, but the manager handled the situation and got us taken care of after about a 20-minute wait. We appreciated being placed in a room with a great location and a nice view. The pool chairs became extremely hot in the sun and were uncomfortable to sit on without a towel or cover. It literally burned my leg. We were also disappointed that the bar was not open for lunch on weekends. It didn't open until after 4 on Saturday. When we first arrived, there was a slight musty smell in the room, but it improved after the room cooled down and we settled in. Overall, we would enjoy coming back to stay and recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area. The pros outweigh the cons and we had a great trip.

When you walk in the lobby it smells clean and looks nice. Arcade games are $1 each game. Walked into our spacious room. We booked a room with 5 people. They only gave us 4 towels and two wash cloths. On the second day we asked for more towels at the front desk. They said they only have three towels to give me, no wash cloths. Hardened boogers on the walls of the bathroom in our room. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser were not refilled. First night we woke up and the floor was sopping wet from the a/c. Ruined my purse that was sitting on the floor next to the bed. Also smelled like urine. Beds are not very comfortable with used and abused pillows and hand prints on the head board. The pool is open 24 hours and has no supervision. This sounds great at first until the clientele comes out to the pool smoking weed, loud speakers, alcohol, cussing and talking about highly inappropriate things. Children are running around unsupervised. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud music playing at the pool. We were on the second floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Powdered eggs, Mickey Mouse waffles, underdone sausage and yogurt. Not enough seating, had to wait for someone to get up to sit down and eat our breakfast. Front desk staff was not friendly or accommodating. They checked us in without a smile or never asked how our stay was when leaving. No house keeping during our three day stay so you have to continuously ask for more towels. House keeper was busy on her phone sitting at the end of the hallway on top of the a/c unit. I was definitely missing the hospitality piece. Had to use the stairs several times because the elevator takes forever. You definitely get what you pay for. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I had a decent experience at this hotel. The actual room was dated and you could tell that it was pretty well used. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The room size was also larger than normal which I appreciated. The hotel seemed a bit understaffed, I noticed that there was a large pile of trash that was by the elevator that wasn't picked up until 2-3 days later. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was awesome! My main complaint was that I could easily hear other people walking, slamming their hotel doors, and talking from the hours of 11 PM- 4 AM. If you're a light sleeper this might bother you. For the price of the hotel and the comfort of the beds- I would stay at this hotel again. But, hopefully there are some upgrades made soon to the rooms and it would be nice if they cleaned your room daily.

Avoid it if you can. The first room I received smelled like rotting pee. The second room had a leaking AC and smelled strongly of mold. The 3rd room was acceptable but still smelled old, weird, and dirty. The elevator is unbelievably slow. The breakfast was just ok, but omelette day helped. The staff was helpful in getting me new rooms multiple times. It just seems a bit old, run down, and understaffed. Especially in the deep cleaning and maintenance departments. Being able to walk to the old town area was very nice though. If you can pay $20 more for something better, do it. I have no idea how the average rating for this place is so high.

**Not a Good Option for a Military Family** My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Orlando at 2775 Plaza Place, and unfortunately, this was not a good experience, especially for a military family looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. First, we were surprised to find out that parking on the premises was not free and cost $35. That should have been made very clear before arrival. We also had to switch rooms twice because the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the carpet, which caused a mildew and mold smell in the room. The pull-out couch had old sheets on it that had clearly not been changed before we checked in, which was very disappointing and unsanitary. During my child’s shower, the shower faucet came off and hit her foot. That was not only upsetting but also a safety concern. The hallway was also covered with spilled drinks, and it did not appear that hotel staff cleaned it in a timely manner. The refrigerator in our room was broken and had to be swapped out. What was even more concerning was that the broken refrigerator appeared to be moved into another room instead of being properly removed or repaired. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. Between the cleanliness issues, safety concerns, broken appliances, room changes, and unexpected parking fee, I would not recommend this hotel for military families or families traveling with children.
