Charging for parking is over the top, to then be told there not responsible for any damage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants on location and around the area If you wanted to walk. (5⭐️) Rooms are decent, nice size tv and all the accessories you need. Towels are small, unless you are 5 foot tall..lol But I would definitely stay again. Next time, I'll try the breakfast buffet and the bar area that's available for the nightlife. Not really a bad place to stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely unclean, and every corridor smelled heavily of weed from morning until night. It felt more like a run-down hostel than a proper hotel. The room itself was in terrible condition. There was visible mould in the room, the air conditioning barely worked, and the whole place felt damp, dirty, and unhealthy. The smell in the room was awful, and it was not somewhere you could comfortably relax or sleep. The atmosphere around the hotel was very uncomfortable. People in the lifts and hallways were staring us up and down, which made us feel uneasy, especially as two females travelling alone. The staff were also very rude and dismissive whenever we raised concerns. We also had to pay an extra $10 a day for parking, which was disappointing considering the poor quality and condition of the hotel. We paid for bed and breakfast, yet when we went for breakfast we were told we could only have toast and coffee, which was ridiculous considering what we had paid for. The condition of the hotel became so bad that we ended up leaving and booking another hotel because we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there any longer. No guest should have to pay twice for accommodation because a hotel is not fit to stay in. I would strongly advise families, women travelling alone, or anyone expecting a clean and safe hotel to avoid this place completely. I definitely would not bring children here, as the environment did not feel safe, clean, or appropriate for kids

I had such a wonderful experience with the gals at the front desk. They let us keep our luggage in the storage and get into it whenever we needed in between going to and from before we could check in. They did let us check in early as well. Great rooms, quiet, smelled good, easy access. If we ever return to Orlando, I will be booking this hotel again.

We had 3 room for our family. 1 room was ok, 1 room had a guy pacing back in front of while smoking weed. The bathroom fan didn't work & the mini fridge didn'twork. The 3rd room, the AC didn't work, maintenance replaced it but it didn't work well enough to cool the room below 80°. We told the front desk about the issues & all they offered was a half apology. I have no idea how this place has such good reviews, definitely not our experience. Will not return!

This is a great base to spend a few days before joining your cruise. Although the rooms are dated, they have everything you require, including a bath and comfortable beds, there are two swimming 🏊‍♀️ pools, a couple of restaurants and bars. The poolside terrace is sundrenched all day long. Free towels at the pool. Only two floors, so room access is goid. All the staff are very friendly day. Very good value for money 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
