Our stay at ALOFT Orlando at SeaWorld was made truly special thanks to an absolute gem of an employee Ms. Marilyn! After recently undergoing surgerical procedures, I have significant mobility limitations, so I specifically chose this hotel because of its accessibility amenities, including a shower grab bar. Unfortunately, our original room did not have one, but when I brought this to Ms. Marilyn’s attention, she immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to find us a room that could accommodate my needs. Her compassion, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help meant far more than she probably realized. What could have been a frustrating situation became one of the most positive parts of our stay because Marilyn made me feel heard, respected, and truly cared for. Every evening, we looked forward to returning and being greeted by her warm smile. Marilyn is the definition of exceptional hospitality and an incredible asset to ALOFT Orlando at SeaWorld. Management should absolutely recognize her for the outstanding service she provides. Employees like Marilyn are the reason guests remember a hotel long after they leave. Highly recommend this property, and especially want to give Marilyn the recognition she deserves!

Aloft Orlando Review — Modern, Fresh, and Steps From the Fun Aloft Orlando delivered exactly what I needed — modern style, clean rooms, and a vibe that feels young, bright, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had that signature Aloft energy that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. What really sets this location apart is the convenience. It’s literally walkable to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, and SeaWorld — no stress, no long drives, just an easy stroll to all the excitement. For families, solo travelers, or anyone trying to maximize their time in the parks, this is a huge win. The rooms were spotless, the lobby was lively, and everything felt accessible and effortless. Aloft Orlando is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly placed for the best Orlando attractions. Highly recommended. #MovieNight#Minions

Had a great stay there. The rooms were clean-ish. I would say the floors had some hair strands down there but nothing else I noticed. The staff downstairs was amazing…very personable and welcoming! We went there for spring break mainly because they advertised a splash pad which we thought would be perfect for our toddlers but apparently it hasn’t been working in months.

I’m extremely disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel. I arrived at the scheduled check-in time and ended up waiting nearly two hours because my room was “still being cleaned.” What made it worse was the complete lack of effort from staff—no real apology, no updates, and no attempt to make things right with any kind of compensation like a drink voucher or late checkout. I understand that delays can happen, but leaving guests waiting for hours with no communication or solution is unacceptable. If rooms aren’t ready on time, the hotel should be proactive and take responsibility for the inconvenience. This experience got our stay off to a terrible start, and it’s clear that guest service is not a priority here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

Kendwine At the was super professional and help when I had situation with my room. Every time I pass by to attend my conference meeting she’s always pleasant & super informative. I have watched her with other guest so I experienced her kind & justice nature as she address all hotel guest. I normally don’t write comments but after a week of being a guest I been touched by her presence & swift decisive decision making.
