The grounds are huge and pretty well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are like apartment-style living. All rooms face a courtyard/pool/grounds and are all well kept. Our apartment/condo backed up to a main road and it was quiet. The patios are all screened in. The complex is made of 3 stories. The interior of ours was basic. Not terrible not fantastic. Very clean, though. The rooms have queens and twins. The bedding and linens are basic. The kitchen is stocked with flatware, plates and glassware. There is a blender, toaster, microwave, range and fridge.. There is a dining table for 6. My only complaint is the mildew/mold problem. It's terrible. I have Sensory Overload Disorder. I have had a headache from the moment I walked in. I am congested, my throat, eyes and nose are burning. I am completely unable to sleep. The A/C unit is very old. It works. BUT IT'S A MANUAL DIAL. No settings. Just turn the knob. When we are out of thr room, my headache goes away. While I live in Florida, I am used to the heat index and humidity. I will never get used to the mold and mildew. The drywall, carpet and A/C units would all have to be gutted and replaced for the issue to be resolved. I don't think any facility like this would want to shutdown and fix all the issues to resolve all the of mild/mildew.

Morgan at the front desk deserves to be recognized!! She was upbeat friendly and absolutely accommodating to our needs. I arrived and was checked in by someone else and waited for the rest of my family to arrive. As I waited in my room the room was HOT. The thermostat said 76 and I thought okay they probably just turned it on and it’s working its way down. Nope! 3 hours later and we are at 78 and I’m dying! I’m from Arizona and 78 is crazy hot for my AC. So when my family arrived we were being checked in by Morgan. I asked her if it was at all possible to switch rooms. She informed me that the entire building is having AC issues and she will try and see if she can find something else. Next thing I know we are being upgraded to a two bedroom unit and our family are on the same exact floor. I felt so special and appreciated as a guest. She did all of that while also answering phone calls. I also appreciated the welcome gifts bags with goodies and water bottles. She explained the maps around the property and showed my son an area to entertain him while in the lobby. I loved the room and the property and I highly recommend staying here if you have a family from all ages!

Room was spacious, we had a 2 bedroom. No elevators in our building and we were on the 3rd floor 😭 Obviously an older Westgate, rooms could use an update, but amenities were great and gave a resort/vacation feel! We enjoyed our stay!

This place definitely needs some renovation. They are in the process of renovating some of the buildings. They also need some new furniture. The furniture that they have looks like it’s been there for years. You can tell by the condition. When I stayed there with my friend, our room had a problem with the hot water in our building. So they relocated us to a different building, which was more updated. The District Manager was very accommodating to us and so was the Desk manager Ricardo A. Jimenez.

I stayed at Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista in Orlando with my family and it was a great cost-benefit experience. The apartments have everything you need, with comfortable and clean beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for families. The pools are great and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The staff at the reception were very attentive and friendly, which made our stay even better. What I liked the most is that you have the freedom to go to the parks and come back to rest as if you were at home. For families visiting Orlando, this is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. For the price, I think it’s an excellent option and I would definitely stay here again!
