This place is okay, but could be way better. The rooms are really nice with good air quality. The towels in the room left lint everywhere and so did the replacements. The water park offers several things to do. However, the water doesn't smell right. The heated pool has a slide that has been closed for years. The restaurant has pretty good food, especially the burgers and fries.

We bought day passes for the waterpark through Resort Pass. Parking was $16, not $12. No clear instructions for what to do when you get there, but the girl was really nice and walked us through it. If you're not going to sit with your stuff, I recommend renting a locker. You can access it as often as you like. Part of the park is undercover with a small heated pool, slides, and a splash-type area for the kids. It's a nice relief from the sun since there were very few umbrellas available with the lounge chairs. The outdoor area has several slides. A couple of the slides were closed. Kids must be 48" to ride the bigger slides, but they weren't very strict. Two of the slides require inner tubes, which you have to wait in line for, and lots of stairs to get to the top. My husband and I took turns carrying the tube for our granddaughter, who had a blast!!! No outside food, drinks, or coolers were permitted, so other than the cost of the food and drinks, I think this is a fun and affordable option to take the younger kids for summer break. The staff were all very nice!

We had a really great stay at CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort! The entire resort was clean and well-maintained, especially for an older property. You can tell the staff works hard to keep everything up, and it showed throughout our stay. My granddaughter had an amazing time and absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, the arcade, and of course the water park! Even though the water was still ice cold (Florida weather playing games as usual 😅), she found her happy place in the heated section under the overhang and had the best time. The food was delicious, and the drinks were definitely worth it! Special shoutout to Dario at the bar for making the best strawberry daiquiri and providing top-tier customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Honestly, all of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes such a difference when traveling with family. The location is also a huge plus—close to everything and convenient for getting around Orlando. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort for families. It offers great value, plenty to do on-site, and made for some really fun memories for us.

So, it's not a fancy place and you will see a lot of different things as well as people, but it was really fun and all of the guests there seemed happy and there to have fun with their kids. The water park is great as they have a place for little kids and big kids. There is food and sundries so you really don't have to leave if you don't want to. My only complaint would be that the deadbolt on our door didn't lock all the way and since we were staying in one of their more "upgraded" room in building 6, I would think they could fix that. Overall, it was an experience and not too expensive. My toddler loved it and it is next to all the touristy food places so you can get anything you want to eat within a few minutes walk.

Im a local to central fla and visit many resorts for there amenities. I must give Coco keys 5 stars! From check in to the water it self. I came with my 3 chrildren for a day visit to the water park Coco key was so nice clean and well run!! The life guards are so well trained and do and exceptional job watching over the water. Absolutely wonderful place to enjoy a day as a family or a wonderful vacation they make your time there comfortable and safe. Great JOB!!! Side note just need more tubes for the slides they were very limited.
