We had a good stay at Coco Key Orlando. The location is excellent, with easy access to the theme parks, restaurants, and other attractions. Our hotel room was clean and decent, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day at the parks. The water park was fun for the kids, but it could use some renovations. In some areas, the flooring was coming apart, which was noticeable. The arcade also had a leak, but it was still enjoyable for the kids to spend some time playing. The food menu offered a decent variety, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone, from the hotel team to the bar staff, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The lifeguards were especially impressive they were always on duty, alert, and paying close attention to everything happening in the pool area, which made us feel safe and gave us peace of mind. Overall, Coco Key is a fun, family-friendly hotel in a great location. While some areas could benefit from updates and maintenance, the outstanding staff and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay with family. Rooms do need updating and barely any space for clothes especially no wardrobe space to hang dresses shirts etc. Staff in venue superb. Twice we had issue with toilet but both time fixed quickly. Double Beds a little small more ideal for 2 kids not adults. Didnt see any cockroaches as other reviews said recently but we was 2nd floor. Cleaners very good apart from refilling toilet rolls. They seemed to miss that. Food in venue i always found superb and great value for money. Kids loved the pepperoni pizza most. 2nd time been here as kids love the pool and water park. Thanks for 2 enjoyable stays in last 2 years.

For the price i paid i thought the room would be a bit nicer. All the funds go into the water park for sure. The bathroom is so small you have to shut the door to use toilet or shower. The bed were hard and the linen was stained. We got locked out of our room bc every time the door shut the lanch swong closed on the other side. The kids absolutely loved it though. I would go back for them. The water park is great and so is the arcade. I didn't eat there so can't comment. I was going to get breakfast buffet but the people at the front desk couldn't tell me what it consisted of. I would pay $50 a day for Muffins and bagels. How would i know of it was different if they dont even know?? The location is perfect so many restaurants and fun things to do that is in walking distance

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The main reason we booked this hotel was because the pools were advertised as heated. We wanted our son to be able to enjoy the water park, even in the evenings. The problem is that the water was never heated during our entire stay, so the water was too cold for him to enjoy. The hotel was also very overcrowded, especially on Saturday and Sunday. They sell day passes to the water park, and there seemed to be no limit on how many people were allowed in. It was so packed that people were practically sitting on top of each other, making it uncomfortable even for hotel guests. Another issue was the flooring around the front pool. It became extremely hot in the sun, making it painful to walk barefoot. For a pool area, this doesn't seem like the right type of surface. As for cleanliness, it was disappointing. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the towels had hair on them, and housekeeping didn't even remove the trash consistently. Overall, the service and housekeeping did not meet expectations. The only positive I can mention is the food. Every meal we ordered was delicious, fresh, and consistently good. Overall, this stay was not worth the money. Between the overcrowding, lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping, and the heated pools not actually being heated, I left very disappointed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The price is definitely NOT worth the room! When we booked the room(directly thru the resort website), I thought the deposit was included in there but it wasnt. I wouldn't have paid $400 for 2 days had i known!!! But my daughter had a great time so im happy about that. What we didnt like: -the rooms are small and outdated -the room smelt funny -we found hair on the bed and in the bathtub -no closet space for clothes -we had 2 beds ( one of the bed, the middle was sinking in) -the drinks were weak and pricey What we like: -the Waterpark was great. We spent 2 days there. On the first day, we spent 4 hrs and the second day 6 hrs and both days wasnt too crowded -the staff were amazing and very attentive -location was great. There are MANY restaurants walking distance if you don't want that hotel food -we saw Disney's fireworks
