We stayed 2 nights and did 1 day of universal studios and islands of adventure and the other day was Epic. It was a great facility. The staff was attentive and amazing. The servers at the bar always made sure to ask for our names and we're personable. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long park day. I do wish they would've made rooms with king sized beds though but we managed. We used the bag hold service on our last day while we were epic and came back to collect them after the park day. The gift shop has a good mix of everything from epic. Our room was a view of the Stella Nova hotel across the street and you could even see epic from our room. Very cute theming.

The front desk staff deserves a big compliment, every interaction I had with them was friendly and helpful. The location is also ideal, especially for business travelers like myself attending events at the convention center. Unfortunately, everything else about my stay fell short. While I don’t typically watch TV, it didn’t work at all in the room. After a long day, I was ready to get some sleep only to find visibly dirty sheets on the bed, including what appeared to be skid marks. I checked the second bed and found a stain on the comforter and more soiled marks on those sheets as well. When I tried to call the front desk, the room phone didn’t work either. I walked down to speak with someone in person, and again, the front desk staff was excellent. However, despite rooms appearing available online, I was told the hotel was at capacity and couldn’t offer a room change. In the end, Housekeeping changed the sheets (which once again, staff was great) and I was given a breakfast coupon. For a newer and more expensive property, this was an extremely disappointing experience. It may have been an oversight in management, but it left a lasting impression and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. Edit: not to pile on but the shampoo was empty as well…

We had a great stay with no real issues. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were quiet and enough room for 4 people. Some minor annoyances, but nothing that would prevent me from coming back, for sure. This hotel is VERY close to Epic Universe, so any bus transit there would be super fast. We were going to Studios/Islands of Adventure, so and it was about a 10-15 minute bus ride - similar to what you might experience staying in a Disney Value Resort getting to the parks there. Overall, great spot to take the family.

This is a great way to stay in Orlando for an inexpensive hotel on Universal property. The pricing (especially Florida resident discount) makes this an above average option for a decent quality and clean hotel. Having the free park shuttle system makes it easy, and staying on property gets you early access to the parks. The onsite food is pretty decent. Pool bar had great cocktails when we were there. The only thing to beware of as it’s not that noticeable when making the reservation, is that there is a daily parking fee if you bring a car. But they don’t charge a daily resort fee like many others in the area so that’s a relief. The shiny buildings crack me up.

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Smarter tv which my son loved so he could fall asleep to his Netflix shows. The market has some amazing workers also and yummy foods at reasonable prices if you feel like a late snack. Pool bar was great! The nights we were there the pool played moves the last two hours they were open, which we liked. Everything was clean and again the staff was so great! The shuttles run often and make a quick trip of the commute. Would definitely recommend to families looking for a fun, clean hotel.
