Our recent stay at Cabana Bay Beach Resort was an absolutely fantastic experience. The vibrant, retro-themed atmosphere immediately set a cheerful tone for our vacation. We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room, which provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The resort's amenities, particularly the pools and lazy river, offered endless entertainment for everyone. Dining options were plentiful and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. The staff consistently delivered exceptional service, always friendly and eager to assist with any request. Its convenient location made navigating the area effortless. We wholeheartedly recommend Cabana Bay Beach Resort for an unforgettable Orlando getaway.

All in all a nice room with the hotel being in a great location. I do have some suggestions though to make this place even better. 1) All of your rooms need to be checked often to make sure all the light bulbs are working and that the shower knobs are not damaged. Our room had a large light with a globe that would not turn on for some reason. 2) At around 845 pm please stop putting down the umbrellas and slamming the the lawn chairs down for the next morning. Please send your staff out to do this after the pool area is closed. The pool area should be open until 11pm or even midnight consider how much money it costs to stay here. Stand out from your competition and it will help you tremendously. All in all your food was pretty good in the dining areas and your milkshakes and ice cream were great.

Overall wonderful experience with my family. They gave us rooms close to each other at check-in. Check-in and ticket retrieval was super easy and informative. The diner has a great variety of food and is very good. The shuttle is awesome and big part of our decision to stay at the resort, along with the shipping stuff back to your rooms from the park. The early entry was great, especially for the prepaid park breakfast package. The vibe is amazing and the staff are awesome. We only had one hiccup which was maintenance being performed on our floor, in surrounding rooms produced a terrible smell that permeated all the rooms and lingered but upon talking to the front desk, they quickly moved us and were very understanding about the whole thing. This was our second time staying in this resort and it was great!

Military earnings after 25 years enjoyed the benefits. Cabana Bay had everything covered for all the age groups. Spacious rooms. Complimentary shuttles to theme parks. Also, close enough to walk if need be. Pools had plenty of seating as guests were coming and going. Staff at least during our stay were quite helpful without pointing but taking you or bringing what was needed in a short time. If you have a large family consider the family suites with connecting doors.

This was a great place. The rooms were very nice and quite reasonably priced for the weekdays that we were there (Tuesday-Thursday) but more than doubled for Friday night. That is just a heads up for planning, they were totally up front with all of their pricing and every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. The bus service to the parks was efficient and the pools were warm and sparkling clean.
