We've had such a great experience! Great location! Very clean! The two bedrooms and TWO bathrooms and a table for the kids to eat at had me sold. The front desk clerk Wonjae is one the nicest, most helpful individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting! We've already extended our stay but we will be staying here from now on when we travel to Orlando.

Wonjae was amazing during check-in! He made the entire process quick, easy, and efficient. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the best parts of our stay was the hotel's convenient location being so close to ICON Park made it easy to enjoy the area. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was an excellent value for the price. Unlike some budget properties that rely on misleading reviews to seem more appealing than they are, this hotel genuinely delivered. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the accommodations and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had a fresh, welcoming feel, which made coming back after a long day at the theme parks especially enjoyable. The location was another major plus. It was conveniently close to the parks and to everything else you might need, whether you’re staying for a quick overnight trip or a longer Orlando visit. What stood out just as much as the room was the staff. The concierge team was professional, informative, and genuinely customer-service oriented, which is increasingly rare. Their helpfulness added a level of polish to the experience that made the stay feel even better. We booked this hotel hoping for something affordable that would still avoid the usual budget-hotel downsides, and it exceeded expectations across the board. Clean, comfortable, professional, and thoughtfully run, it ended up being far better than we expected. Needless to say, we’ll absolutely be back. This has very likely become our go-to budget-friendly hotel for quick Orlando trips

2 x families of 5 travelling with 3 young children each Stayed for 2 weeks Perfect family set up Free parking Opposite icon park. We had a room at the back of the building and heard no noise Free shuttles to disney and universal Rooms are very spacious, plenty of room with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of storage in both rooms Aircon works wonderfully Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance Would happily return and recommend to others

As frequent travelers, I can say this has not been the best first impression of the hotel. The location is good, but our expectations were completely different. For the same price, you can find hotels with better amenities and, most importantly, a much smoother check-in experience without such long delays in getting the room ready — especially when traveling with small children. Courtesy, consideration, and empathy toward guests should stand out in the hospitality industry. We’ll see what happens once we finally get our room, but for now I can honestly say that I WOULD NOT RETURN and I would not recommend it, especially for families traveling with children.
