Very good experience at Pop for my for my first time at this resort. Room was ready when I landed at SFB airport. I walked straight to my room. Enjoyed the view, liked the convenience of skyline a lot, even with long line each morning, it still goes faster than buses. Nice food court/shop, even though I only walked through these, I did not use them. Very clean room, incredibly kind housekeeper.... do not know her name but she was from Venezuela, cleaned on Monday of our stay and we happened to be back at room when she was finishing so we spoke, lovely person, cleaned great, took care of amenities in room... very nice. Good to have nice soaps and towels like fancier resorts. We are DVC members so we have stayed Riviera, GF, etc and besides space, this room was just as nice for our needs of just me and my adult daughter who had us out of room 90% of time it felt like. Figure out a way to cool pool when it is super hot (and a way to heat all WDW pools in colder months) and it would have been nearly perfect stay. You are doing well with this resort. Thanks.

This was our first stay at Pop and we loved it. The theming is great and our room was basic but had everything we needed. I love the addition of the Murphy bed for extra space. Food and drinks were good and the gift shop had everything we needed. The skyliner to EPCOT/HS was an amazing addition I never knew we were missing. I ended up forgetting something important when we checked out and when I called to ask about checking the room, everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and they searched the room right away and found my items and kept them safe for me until I could come back. Would 100% recommend staying here!

It was such a quick overnight trip for my son and I that I wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days. The room itself was amazing. The room was super clean. The AC was already turned down to 68°. The beds are super comfy. The pillows were super fluffy to my liking. It was nice and quiet when we were going to sleep where we stayed was a good location between the food court area and the Skyliner highly suggest the 70s area cannot wait to start planning my next stay at pop Century, but for a few more days longer this time

We had a great experience at Pop Century. We stayed in a Preferred Pool View room located in the 60s section just beside the Hippy Dippy Pool, which is the absolute best location to stay at. We loved the Skyliner and had overall good experiences with the Skyliner, though I’d get there before 7 if you are trying to rope drop. We loved the pool and had wonderful experiences with the staff. The showers were great and there was a decent amount of storage in the rooms. We were able to request a microwave and that was definitely helpful. My only gripe was that our room felt very small especially with the spare bed put down. We had two adults, one kid, and an ECV and we were at absolute capacity. The beds were extremely close together and I have a giant bruise from where I banged my shin on the edge that stuck out. Luckily for us, we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was adequate for sleeping and showering but would be likely claustrophobic for a family of four spending a lot of time in the room.

Overall we had a great room. My only request would be to be able to reserve a king bed. The reservation said we cannot choose. I have never before reserved a room at any hotel where I couldn’t specify that i want a king bed. The hotel desk was great in getting our rooms next to each other which helped make the vacation easier. They were very kind and accommodating and pleasant to work with.
