I stayed here on my wedding night and was incredibly disappointed with the experience, we stayed here wanting a nice experience for our son as it was a very special occasion, and it was our first time staying at a Disney resort as we usually stay off property since it's more affordable. The pillows in our room smelled strongly of body odor and dirty hair, and we later discovered pubic hair in the sink. Nearly all of the towels were dirty as well, with visible hair and grime. Because we arrived around midnight with our son—who didn’t fall asleep until around 2 a.m.—we couldn’t risk waking him by requesting a room change, so we ended up sleeping without pillows. The next morning, after returning from breakfast, we found the rest of the issues, which was the pubic hair in the sink and the dirty towels. At checkout time, housekeeping rushed us out of the room, questioning why we were “still there” and telling us to hurry up, which felt incredibly disrespectful. When I reported everything to the front desk, the supervisor appeared annoyed, and her expressions made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She told me nothing could be done and that the housekeeping supervisor would have to handle it. I missed the initial call from housekeeping, called back immediately, and left a voicemail—but never received a response. I then emailed Guest Services which i had to search for the email address, only to be offered a $50 gift card, which felt like a slap in the face, especially as someone who works in the hospitality industry. For a Disney resort, I truly expected better cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again, and I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests. - Amanda & Michael Hutchison

What a cute resort! Lots of larger than life icons, be sure to visit the 'football field' area, super cute with the X's and O's for players. Other sports are represented as well. The rooms are your standard hotel room, a couple of beds and a bathroom. Nothing super special, but clean and Disney themed. The stairs are fun too with icons wrapped around them, not just hiding them, but adding some whimsy to them. My opinion, the value resorts are a bit pricey for what they have to offer. I would splurge on a moderate or if the budget is tight, look nearby for hotels with more amenities.

For a value part of the Disney series the only thing that was “value” was the price! Everything else’s was just as amazing as all of the other resorts!! I didn’t feel like I compromised service or amenities just because the price was on the value end. It was a great start. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Multiple pools and outdoor areas. Just a great experience.

Have a great experience here. Rooms are small however they have great functionality of the space. My son LOVED the Murphy bed because what kid wouldn’t. Both beds were comfortable. Overall great atmosphere and VERY kid friendly. As a mom with a picky eater I do wish the food court had a larger variety of food for the kids. However we did have a car on site so we did make use of the McDonalds daily, it was only a 2-3min drive and I personally did not care for the coffee provided in the rooms or at the food court. Buses were frequent and always on time. All cast members we encountered were wonderful! Our room wasn’t ready at our arrival time and they had our bags placed in our room which was wonderful. Quick note: a standard room will be a farther walk to buses but we don’t mind the extra steps. If you’ve made it this far into my review: book the room.

This is the budget friendly resort, rooms are really nice and innovative but are small even with two beds. There is a frig but no microwave which was a downside, its nice to be able to warm up leftovers for the kids in the room. You have to go to the food court to use a microwave. The pools are nice but basic. There is one bar at the pool and is a full bar so that was nice. The shuttles are good, but we did experience one huge delay to magic kingdom as the bus the late. I would stay there again.
