Disney's All-star Movies Resort

We stayed in the fantasia building bottom floor and we loved the larger than life Disney feel! I loved the value and the bus system was top notch! We never waited longer than 10-15 minutes for a bus and they were nice and cool even if they were crowded. Food court was good and the refillable cup worked out great for my child. She also liked the food options. We also appreciated that there was a microwave in the food court and she was able to reheat her steak from lunch off site. I likes the grab and go options and I liked the souvenir store. I was able to grab a backpack before I went home! We also liked having the pool and that it wasn’t freezing.we enjoyed s’mores behind the pool ans enjoyed walking around the grounds. Anything I needed, for the room we just asked and it appeared. The fact that we didn’t have to check in and we could go straight to our room was a huge plus! We also had groceries delivered (water and snacks) and bell services were very gracious and helpful with the delivery. Overall a 10/10. We enjoyed our stay and if it wasn’t across the country I would be back sooner than later.

Our visit to Disney's All-Star Movies was great! We had a wonderful experience. The pools were clean and fun, they offered games and music which was entertaining to my daughter. The food court was a great option and was open when we needed a quick bite or pick me up! There are a few reasons I didn't love it which is why I gave it 4 stars. The resort is far away from the parks, it is a value resort after all, but it felt like the buses for this resort were fewer than any other value resort. Our rooms were clean, cute, and fun but the joining room door seemed to carry a lot of sound from our neighboring room, who we were not traveling with, think hearing their whole conversations. It felt weird so we kept white noise on most of the time we were in our room. The only other draw back was the smell outside our room, not sure if it was the landscaping, some sort of animal, or the damp weather conditions, but it was rather stinky and there was no garbage in sight.

It really is the most magical place on earth! Everything was so clean! Housekeeping was amazing and did a fantastic job at meeting our daily needs. I will say the rooms do need some updating for the price you have to pay they should be a bit more modern.

We stayed here to have a small getaway and it was a mistake. The room was extremely small. No microwave. The fridge was cool and not cold. The ac did not work which is extremely important in this 90 degree weather. We asked for a late checkout and they said no which fine but when we were getting ready to leave some guy was banging on the door, 2 minutes before checkout. It was extremely rude. There was very loud music playing all night which combined with the heat, made it impossible to sleep. People talking really loud all hours of the night. The kids went to the pool and said someone pooped in the pool and it was evacuated after an hour of that. No parking available after a certain time. It’s not worth the money. This is worse than the motel 8.

Our stay was excellent. Our room was ready early in the morning, and we were able to leave our luggage and head straight to the parks. The hotel is very family-friendly, especially for kids. We loved all the Disney character decorations around the resort. We always felt safe at the pool, and the rooms were well equipped. We were a little far from the parks, but the buses came every 15–20 minutes, which was a huge plus for us. The food was okay, not amazing, but good enough. We do wish there had been more variety and better prices.
