I had an excellent stay!! The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely solution-oriented. The hotel also did a fantastic job coordinating the trip to Gros Islet, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. The location couldn't be better—it’s in the heart of the restaurants and nightlife with the beach just a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Coco Palm Hotel and had such a lovely experience! I stayed for one night with my sister, and it was exactly what I needed—relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable.From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We spent the evening enjoying drinks, and everything was well-prepared and served with great attention to detail.
Breakfast the next morning was definitely a highlight—10/10! The food was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to wrap up our stay.Overall, it was a beautiful birthday experience, and I would absolutely recommend Coco Palm Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway in Saint Lucia. I’ll definitely be back!

Oh wow, Coco Palm Resort is one of the best hotels I have stayed at.
This is a beautiful hotel, furnished lovely and all the staff were so helpful and attentive.
The food at the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was delicious and the cocktails are just as good.
The hotel is situated right near restaurants and bars. Its also not far from the main shops, supermarkets, banks etc within Rodney Bay.
My friend and I would like to thank all the staff at Coco Palm Resort for a lovely stay and their excellent Customer Service especially Kadija, Cedonia, Kelian, Vanessa, Denise, Glenil and Tiana. There was many more lovely staff but we did not get all there names.
I will be and have already been recommending Coca Palms Resort as one of the best Hotels to stay at in St Lucia.

I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience was extremely disappointing.
The only significant advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options.
Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay. While the new sheets were somewhat better, they still did not appear clean. I understand that no hotel room is going to be perfect, but the overall level of cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—was unacceptable. The shower, in particular, was visibly dirty.
The pool was another major disappointment and, more importantly, a safety concern. Numerous tiles had come loose and were scattered across the bottom of the pool. There was even a large section where tiles were completely missing. Unfortunately, I cut my foot on one of the loose tiles. Walking around the pool was uncomfortable because of the broken and detached tiles, and it was clear that the pool is in need of maintenance.
The food was also disappointing. It was overpriced for the quality, and gratuity was automatically included, yet the service did not reflect that. We often had to flag someone down just to place an order and then remind staff to ensure our order had actually been submitted.
Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced. I travel internationally on a regular basis and have stayed at many properties around the world, but this experience fell well below expectations. If I had the option, I would have canceled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. I’m honestly even more upset because this was our honeymoon !

This was our first family stay at this hotel but have stayed at other resorts on the island. Overall, the stay was really good but some little things to work on to get it to a tru 5 star review. Location is great as is it close to Rodney Bay Marina and not too far from the mall area. Staff is very friendly and at times inconsistent. We had our room cleaned a couple of times and both times they forgot to restock bath towels. Although we book a marin terrace view, majority of our view was block by a very big palm tree so even though we paid extra for the view, we did not get it. I also signed up for the cabana upgrade but never used it a the pictures from the website were NOT honest when it came to the lounge chairs (Just straight wicker lounge chairs with no padding at all). Complimentary breakfast is nice and has plenty to offer. If you like hot breakfast, get the upgrade on the website as on site it costs $21 US. We also decided to use their 6th floor catering venue and food menu for a Memorial of Life lunch. Amari and Kelly and their teams were great with all the coordination via email and a actual execution Overall I would recommend this hotel for not just a stay but also and event .and might come back another time.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The place is very dirty. Rooms smell bad. There was a leak coming from the sink. With the exception of Tarik, employees are indifferent and rude. Pool tiles are all loose and pool is green from lack of maintenance. Tried to get service at Pizza place: 5 employees standing around, not a single customer, and they would not pay attention to me. They just stood there staring at me. Never experienced this before. Had to leave and eat somewhere else.

Service was just okay. They did their job but not many happy smiling faces. I thought I had purchased the breakfast but was turned away at the door, that was my bad because when I checked I found it wasn’t purchased. With that said I never got offer to add this. Location was okay but not near a beach so if you’re looking for a beach experience this isn’t the hotel for you. You can drive 5 minutes to get the beach and the hotel will get you there and back for a small fee. Definitely a beautiful view from my room which was clean and comfortable. Chairs on the porch could use an upgrade!! Hilton honors have a 1 hour window for a cocktail. We showed up just 10 minutes to the end and I was told the wine was gone. Not wanting just a soda my husband enjoyed his beer, then all of a sudden from behind the counter a bottle of wine appeared, so they weren’t out as told and I did get a glass of wine as well as everyone else. Just not the 5 star experience.

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and service. Met a helpful young lady Shelley who helped me with my luggage when I was struggling after my flight was cancelled. I saw her the next day and thanked her. The breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh fruits and parfait with shredded coconut. I didn't sample the hot offerings, which was extensive. The views were stunning, the rooms beautiful, fully air conditioned.

Having read some of the older reviews here I cannot comment on the past but we are staying here right now and it is a wonderful hotel. It’s laid back and chilled, the staff are lovely. We have found the food to be really good and fresh with the menu updated every couple of days. It’s nice to have an all incisive that you order from the menu and the food is freshly cooked. We have been very impressed and our room is clean and comfortable. I think people need to bear in mind this is the Caribbean not central London. Things like power cuts (although we haven’t experienced any) are not the fault of the hotel. My only polite suggestion would be slippers and robes to be provided, but nothing that would stop us coming back or recommending this place. You are a short walk from the beach and local restaurants if you want to venture out and you can now use uber to get taxis to the bay which is handy. All in all very happy and looking forward to our next few days stay 🙂

A beautiful white pearl in Paradise.
First time in Saint Lucia, and as a solo traveler, I was looking for a safe, all-inclusive place where I would be welcomed. What a great choice! The hotel is on the North-west corner of the island, about an hour and half drive from the airport - book your ride in advance!
From the first minute I walked in ( I was greeted with a glass of champagne), they welcomed me like I was family: I have never been in a place where EVERYONE knew my name. And I mean every single staff member! I honestly don't know how they do it, but thanks to the General Manager, Vladimir, it is a custom that made me feel like a movie star.
It is not a big resort, where you get lost- it is personal and welcoming and spotlessly clean (they were always touching up something, making sure there is no dust settling anywhere.)
The rooms are comfortable- I had a King-size bed and a balcony, the AC kept it cool, and daily housekeeping kept it clean.
There is one restaurant, where you can choose from an à la carte menu; the food is tasty, and though not the huge American portions, I never stayed hungry.
You can get any drinks from the 3 bars - try the Rumpunch!
The beach is about a 5-minute walk: you get a little cooler with your choice of beverages to take to chill under the bright red umbrellas in the beautiful bay.

A 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The food was very good, and the service was on saint Lucian
time. Our room 419, right by the very nice pool, was serviced daily by a very lovely lady , she was as happy and friendly as all the other staff were and made us feel welcome.
The new manager was very hands on and easy to chat to, He was always interested in how our stay was going and what he could do to help us.
We would love to go back very soon.

If you’re looking for a sophisticated, adults-only getaway in St. Lucia, SoCo House is the place to be! It perfectly blends "South Beach chic" with warm Caribbean hospitality.
What I loved:
The Food: The a la carte dining here is top-tier. Every meal felt like a gourmet experience with fresh, local flavors.
The Vibe: The all-white, boutique aesthetic is stunning and incredibly "Instagrammable." It feels intimate, peaceful, and far more exclusive than the massive resorts.
The Staff:
Truly the heart of the hotel, Guided very professionaly by the new General Manager Vlad. They are attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel like a VIP.
Location:
Tucked away for privacy, but only a short walk to the beautiful Reduit Beach and the lively shops of Rodney Bay.
It’s the perfect spot for couples or friends looking for style, relaxation, and incredible service.
I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel and would definitely recommend it. If possible, I’d suggest booking a ground-floor room — it made everything really convenient with easy access to the pool and bar area, which we really enjoyed.
What stood out most to us was the overall atmosphere. We much preferred the smaller, boutique-style experience over the larger all-inclusive resorts. It felt more relaxed, personal, and not crowded.
The restaurant was another highlight. We really liked that there was no buffet — everything was ordered fresh off the menu, which made a big difference in quality. The food was consistently very good.
The staff were excellent across the board — very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Eloise, one of the hosts, who was incredible. She seemed to remember everyone’s name and made guests feel genuinely welcome, which doesn’t go unnoticed.
The beach was just a short walk away, and it was a nice touch that the hotel provided loungers along with a cooler for drinks. The area itself felt very safe — we walked around both during the day and at night to nearby restaurants and had no issues at all. There are plenty of great food options close by, and the people we met along the beach were very friendly and accommodating. We also did a couple of tours while we were there, which were both excellent.
The only small suggestion would be to expand the gym slightly and add a bit more equipment, but aside from that, everything else was spot on.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay — we would absolutely come back.

What a little gem! My husband and I stayed here for 1 week. The reviews are true - they take pride in service and the food was wonderful. We didn't even make it to the entrance! We had staff taking our bags and greeting us with rum punch and wonderful smiles. I can say that we've been to many all inclusive resorts and this place is one of our favorites. To the staff: we miss you all and thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed here recently as the 3rd stop on our 3 island tour organised by Eshores holiday company. We travelled from Barbados on Intercaribbean Airways which lands at the local Castries airport only 10mins from the hotel. The hotel is located on a steep hill with amazing views over Vigie beach & Castries city. Our room was very comfortable, had a partial sea view but benefited by being in the shade most of the day. The hotel has immaculate grounds with 2 pools, we used the lower pool near the self service bar mostly. We liked the coffee bar with complimentary snacks & free entertainment watching the hummingbirds feeding. The hotel is adult only with buffet restaurant & an a la carte restaurant too. The food in both restaurants was delicious. I thought the buffet food was amazing, certainly the best hotel buffet food I've tasted. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the local Vigie beach (with Bel jou loungers & an attendant to assist you & watch your bags while you swim or walk) and also to the colourful market.
The best thing about the hotel are the wonderful team of staff who are so friendly and helpful to ensure your stay is relaxing. The staff really enjoyed working together, it was lovely to see them laughing & joking amongst themselves when they weren't interacting with the clients. One highlight is the Caribbean BBQ night with great atmosphere, delicious food & fantastic local entertainment.
I would definitely recommend staying at Bel Jou.

We spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel. Staff were amazing especially Samantha who has kept in touch with us. Food at all restaurants was lovely and Chef was brilliant at making me non spicy food when requested. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our cleaner was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. It is a bit secluded, but it hasnt put me off planning another holiday there. To all the staff at Bel Jou, thankyou for an amazing holiday.

I was so excited to head to this resort but in the end, didn’t find it was worth the price. I now know that I definitely prefer a resort where I can walk to the main area. Most of the resort is built on a hilltop that you have to call every single time for a ride. Sometimes the wait was ridiculously long that I’d have to go back inside to call. Worst part of my trip were the bugs. Mosquitoes and mites. Three days into the trip I had 22 bites. Repeated requests to spray my room were met with confusion that it wasn’t done until the tail end of my trip. I ended up leaving with more bites. I’ve traveled alot in the Caribbean and St Lucia, never have had that experience. Watch out for the timeshare sell. Why buy into something you only can use very few times? The units they showed were dated. Total cash grab. Entertainment, in the daytime there was nothing going on. Maybe you would see a couple of staff trying to start something but it didn’t last 10 minutes. The place is good to relax on the sand but it was actually quite boring. My Sandals Grande trip was more entertaining. And, carefully review your bill at checkout. Had I not did that I would have just paid an extra $500 that ended up getting removed. The staff are nice but overall, the resort is not that very impressive compared to how they market themselves. I wouldn’t quite say luxury. I’ll pass on a return trip.

Windjammer was an amazing destination for our family vacation! We went with 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 preschoolers, and everyone had an incredible experience. The Villa was perfect for hosting everyone - imagine renting an air b&b at an all inclusive. The resort feels small and intimate, with everything within walking distance of the front lobby. It's kid friendly, but not necessarily kid focused (exactly what we were looking for). Staff were amazing, especially our butler for the week, Marcus! Restaurants had a little something for everyone, our favorite was Papa Don's!

We spent a one week family vacation in May 2026.
We had a beautiful villa that actually we were kindly upgraded, with a stunning view and a small private pool on the terrace. Simply exceptionally lovely. Villa and rooms were very clean and spacious.
Food and restaurants are very good. Drinks are all authentic nothing of dubious sort.
We needed to take the shuttle to bring us from the Villa to the beach and restaurant area because our Villa was on the top of the hill, but that was no problem. It’s always very few minutes of waiting in the beautiful scenery either way.
Staff are amazing, all of them, very especially the housekeeper of our Villa Clara Prosper, she is really exceptional and very attentive to any request from any person in the family. She kept everywhere spotless clean, and all supplies needed were available.
The only observation I have is that mosquito proofing of the Villa is not up to standards. There are large gaps underneath and around doors Leading to the terrace. I mean very large gaps. When we mention that they immediately brought maintenance to try to fill in the gaps, but they wouldn’t be able to do it because the carpentry left indeed huge gaps. We filled these gaps with towels and we kept the rooms quite cool with Air Condition and I should say we didn’t have a single mosquito bite inside the rooms. But mosquito proofing of the villas is definitely something that this beautiful resort Managment should look into it.
It was definitely a very beautiful vacation and we all came back home safely and happy with lovely memories of a lovely place.

My husband and I stayed at Windjammer Landing for our honeymoon, and we had the best time. We stayed for a week in mid-May, and the weather was perfect the entire trip.
When we arrived, our room was upgraded to a villa with a plunge pool, which we were so excited about. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is stunning, the beach was great, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and luxurious.
What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the beach by the beach bar, the staff there went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
One thing we personally really enjoyed was how relaxing and mellow the resort felt. It wasn’t a crazy party scene, which was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. The evenings had such a nice atmosphere, and we really enjoyed the live music at night.
We booked two tours through the resort, and everything was very easy to coordinate. We also did a couples massage at the spa, which was amazing and definitely worth it.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight, we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was and looked forward to it every morning. The only small downside was that the food at the restaurants overall wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was still good.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and truly hope to come back again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful resort! From start to finish, every detail was taken care of. All staff working at this resort were friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. We had the all inclusive package which, in my opinion, is definitely the way to go. Views were stunning, beach was well cared for, food was fantastic, and lots of included amenities. We even spoke to people from other resorts when on an excursion and our group felt like we definitely were staying at one of the best resorts on the island. It was truly and outstanding trip. Manager of this resort should be proud of the staff working here!

5 stars all the way! As someone who has been to many caribbean destinations and different resorts I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with this choice.
I will say it is a very very long drive from the airport, And if windy roads make you queasy definitely pack your gravel! That aside everything else was flawlessly perfect.
Upon arrival to the beautiful lobby we were greeted by a staff member who granted us a complimentary oceanview room upgrade, The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view.
We enjoyed the buffet and the Japanese restaurant during our stay.
Always found something to eat. There is a fantastic little coffee bar upstairs to the right of the lobby we enjoyed evening iced coffees during the entertainment.
This resort as I mentioned is quite far from the Airport . Volcano and Pitons are also a distance away. depending on what you are looking to do while you are here I highly recommend a rental car. We were able to have one dropped off and picked up from us right at the resort. This trip we spent most of our time sightseeing and didn't really utilize the beach on the property, From what we seen of the beach it was a bit smaller but Plenty of lounging area. If you're contemplating this resort I say go for it !

This was my second stay at this resort. Last year, I had a great experience. Unfortunately, this year was the complete opposite.
The Kids Club and the entertainment staff were excellent and deserve recognition for their outstanding service. However, the room service and management were extremely disappointing.
My mother has a medical condition that required healthy meals, and we made this request clear. Unfortunately, it was not taken seriously. On several occasions, the meals arrived very late, and sometimes they were forgotten altogether.
If you're going to charge premium prices, you need to provide premium service. Unfortunately, the level of service we received did not meet the standards we expected, and it significantly affected our overall experience.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, with plenty of great options to choose from. Every meal exceeded my expectations.
The overall experience was exceptional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the outstanding customer service truly made the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed for slightly less than a week in early June 2026. "Off season" was less expensive and less crowded, but the weather was actually fantastic. Wasn't too hot, minimal rain, constant breeze, and manageable humidity (we are from Florida, so we might be more used to that than others).
The majority of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were great (with a large selection) and the food was good (but maybe not exceptional). The buffet was pretty large with lots of selection.
The beach/bay/view were beautiful. It is not a brand new facility and could use some freshening up, but in general the overall value felt very worth it. We did a long spa session on two different days, and that might have been the highlight of the trip. They treated us fabulously at the spa.
Would absolutely recommend to others. The largest pleasant surprise about St. Lucia in general was having english as the primary language. This made traveling from the states very comfortable and easy.

Overall, this resort has a lot of potential. The location is beautiful, the entertainment is top-tier, and for the most part, the food is delicious.
Where the resort could improve is with the accommodations. We stayed in Building 4, and the rooms felt quite outdated, which is surprising considering the resort has only been open for nine years. There were only two American-style outlets in the room, and there wasn't even an outlet in the bathroom for the blow dryer.
Another issue was getting the mini bar stocked with water. It was interesting that you could get all the liquor you wanted, but when it came to water, it seemed to be limited to two bottles per room—at least that's what my mom was told.
The housekeeping experience was inconsistent. The housekeeper assigned to our room was fantastic. Unfortunately, my mom's housekeeper was the complete opposite. They had to repeatedly request basic items and services, such as having the trash emptied and tissues replenished. These are routine housekeeping tasks that should be handled daily without guests having to ask.
As for the food, we were very pleased with all of the restaurants, including the buffet. Our favorite was Calypso—we enjoyed it so much that we went twice!
The buffet itself offered a good variety of food, but the service could be hit or miss. For some reason, the waitstaff seemed to have difficulty keeping water glasses filled, and getting refills often required asking multiple times. To their credit, the service did improve toward the end of our stay, and we noticed the staff becoming more attentive.
The reservation process, however, could be improved. While the resort offers an app for restaurant reservations, parties larger than six must make reservations in person near the buffet. This was inconvenient, especially since reservations could only be made two days in advance. Nonetheless, I got up every morning to secure our reservations.
Unfortunately, despite verifying our reservation multiple times, Armadillo still had our reservation time listed incorrectly. As a result, we had to cancel and eat at the buffet instead. This was very frustrating, especially since we did not experience this issue with any of the other restaurants.
Overall, we had a great time and made many wonderful memories. The beautiful location, entertainment, and food made for an enjoyable vacation. However, due to the issues we encountered with the rooms, housekeeping consistency, buffet service, and reservation process, we will not be returning to this resort.

Definitely NOT a 5 star resort. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had.
While the staff was friendly and the food was good, the resort itself was a huge letdown (this was my second time here). Our room was old and poorly maintained, with rust, black spots all over the bathroom mirror, visible patchwork, nails sticking out, broken outlets, a broken steamer, and a blow dryer that didn’t work. We called for a replacement, but no one ever came.
The resort is also extremely dark at night. While walking to dinner, an elderly woman fell down the stairs right in front of us and needed medical attention.
Getting reservations is damn near impossible. Our worst experience was on the last night. We ordered room service at 10 p.m. because we missed dinner, but the food never arrived. We called the front desk/operator about seven times and no one answered. At checkout, we brought it up and were simply told, “Oh, okay.” No apology, no concern, nothing. It made me wonder what would happen if a guest had a real emergency.
To make matters worse, my room key was deactivated before checkout time, and my fiancé’s key barely worked our entire stay.
The saddest part is that we came to this resort because I was seriously considering having our wedding here because my first visit I feel in love. My fiancé’s family is from St. Lucia, and many of our family and friends have never visited the island. After our previous stay, I thought this would be the perfect venue. After this experience, it’s completely off our list.
Even more telling, several employees—from bartenders to groundskeepers—told us the resort has gone downhill because management simply doesn’t care. The employees deserve better, and so do Marriott’s loyal guests.

Things I would make sure people know ahead of time:
-awareness of need for power converters. Room only had one American power outlet and hotel said they could loan you some but never had any available even though it was slow. Had to buy one and even with that really needed a power strip.
-The ride to hotel was 2.5 hour car ride made me super sick.
Other feedback:
We had an assigned Concierge who was good. He put in mini bar, blanket and other requests for us.
The food was below average compared to other all inclusives we’ve been to-frozen desserts, not a lot of non-spicy options, buffet basically had same foods day after day.
The staffing was the biggest issue. They had no swim up bar bartenders. There would be 3 bartenders at the top side and non on pool side. Staff would be sitting on their phones not paying attention to people who needed drinks.
The resort is in disrepair throughout. Peeling paint, falling stones, etc.
The Hibachi restaurant was so hot it was uncomfortable leaving sweat in chairs. People looked like they would pass out. All the restaurants were very warm, not relaxing.
Hibachi had one chef for 2 tables for 20 people total and the waiter was terrible. Did not keep up with water or drinks. All of the restaurants servers were similar. Service was super slow and very hard to get even a Diet Coke.
The beach at the hotel, the Ocean water smelled horrible and was full of seaweed.
We paid extra for adults only but there were No restaurants or show that were adults only. All were shared restaurants.
There was Smoking and vaping everywhere. Not just in designated areas.
Room was nice and cool but smelled horrible of musty smell. Not fun to come back to.
The exercise gym was the nicest we have seen!
Definitely wouldn’t go back there in summer. I think the slow season impacted staffing, etc

We came to Royalton hideaway resort for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a better location! The resort is beautiful, and our butlers, Cirtney and Rodney, EXCEEDED all expectations. If you are lucky enough to have them you will be more than taken care of. I cannot speak more highly at how they MADE our experience here. Highly recommend the Benny speed boat tours to the mud bath and sulfer springs as it gives you a beautiful view of the island. Our experience at the restaurants were very good. The resort has so many fun activities to do during the day and night, and every staff member we encountered was beyond friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, but fun vacation. We cannot wait to come back one of these days!!

We have mixed reviews with service and food. Some staff acted like we an inconvenience without getting to know us. All we needed was a simple greeting to feel welcome but it was pretty cold for the most part. We did encounter some amazing locals though. Travis on the vibe team, Challine at the excursions counter, Samuel with the coconut drinks, and our butlers Raymond and Kurtney. They made all the difference and was the highlight of our stay. The bartenders at the hideaway bar were also very friendly and memorized our drinks. Food was not the best but the dinner spots were amazing. We wish the waitress service was better but so far the Zen restaurant was amazing and Miguel and our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Overall, we are having a nice time and would tip anyone who made our stay so wonderful.

We are both Platinum Bonvoy members, and this was the worst service either of us has experienced at a Marriott affiliated property.
At arrival, the service was unwelcoming and disorganized. Check-in was rude, rushed, and unhelpful. We were not told our room number, and after traveling fourteen hours, we were informed the buffet was the only dinner option. We were never given the chance to make dining reservations before arrival, yet our butler later told us they had to be made before 2:00 p.m. This lack of communication set the tone for our stay.
We were treated with rudeness and indifference by multiple staff members. This behavior was unprofessional and completely inconsistent with Marriott standards. Most staff members appeared indifferent or unwilling to assist. Only one staff member, Heyman, offered us poolside drinks during our entire stay (he was fantastic). The level of inattentiveness was astonishing.
I have celiac disease, and the resort’s handling of gluten-free accommodations was alarming. Staff gave inconsistent information about what was safe, and there was no understanding of cross-contamination. I spent much of the trip anxious about getting sick. We ended up dining off-property twice—spending $700–$800 on meals we expected to enjoy at an all-inclusive resort.
We will not return to this property or any others under the Royalton umbrella.

We had the absolutely perfect honeymoon here in 2024. The room was slightly dated but still amazing with an incredible view of the ocean. We had an oceanfront balcony club suite. The service and food were top notch. We happened to get “stuck” for 4 extra days due to hurricane Baryl- the manager of the resort came by to check in and he was fantastic and put our minds at ease. Can’t wait to come back someday!

$8k for my wife and I to stay at this location. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is kept neat and in order. That said the facility is old and needs repair in many areas. The first night there we had a power outage that lasted a few hours. For this money they should have flawless electrical service to include a backup generator. The food was average (sushi was great). Overall I didn't feel like this Sandals resort lived up to the hype. Keep your receipts if you put anything on your room, I bought two hats from the dive shop that were $40 @50% off and noticed a bill for $74. Could've been an honest mistake but it was suspect. Anyway try a different resort for this kind of money.

We stayed in a Rondoval Butler Suite, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, our butler team—Mickey, Kumar, and Najem—went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and truly made us feel special throughout our entire honeymoon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and would honestly come back just to work with this team again!
The food was also incredible—some of the best we've ever had. My husband is still talking about the sushi at Soy, and every restaurant we tried exceeded our expectations.
This was our first Sandals experience, and thanks to the exceptional service, beautiful resort, and amazing food, we're already looking at booking another trip. We cannot recommend La Toc highly enough and can't wait to return!

Great resort with some unique mountainous views you do not get in other Caribbean islands. The beach is small, so if you like to walk a Long Beach this is not the resort/location. The food was very good. All in all it was great vacation here, but the value is not there. We have had better resort experiences for half the price. The only way we would return would be if we could secure a better deal.

We recently stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort while in Saint Lucia for the Masters International Invitational Football Tournament, and overall we had a wonderful experience!
Originally, we were supposed to stay at the Sapphire Sands Beach Villas, however the property was not completed in time. The resort upgraded us to a beautiful One-Bedroom Ocean View Suite, and honestly, it was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. To make up for the change, the resort also included two complimentary excursions of our choice, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the butler service that was included with our Sapphire booking. Our butlers, Jimmy and Britnay, were hands down the best! They truly catered to our every need and anticipated things before we even had to ask. Our friend’s butler, Prisca, was also outstanding — attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. They all treated us like family and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Since we were there for the football tournament, our butlers went above and beyond to make sure our team was taken care of. They provided coolers and water for the team and thought of every little detail. After long football matches, they even made sure dinner was waiting in my room. No stone was left unturned.
The resort itself was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings, although there wasn’t much entertainment at night. The food was good overall, with breakfast and lunch being our favorite meals during the stay.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Looking forward to coming back in 2027!

We booked an all inclusive week at the new Sapphire Sands however the construction was delayed and we accepted their offer to stay at the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa. While the accommodations were not comparable to the new resort, the service was beyond our expectations. The restaurant had great menu options for a la carte which changed daily. The buffet was always fresh with various selections. Fresh eggs were cooked to our liking by friendly chefs. The local people who work at this resort are genuinely eager to ensure their guests are happy. The servers at the restaurant, our gal at the cappuccino bar, the ladies in the spa, housekeeping folks, towel guys, beach security and front desk were all very pleasant. But Jeanneil, Priska and Jimmy took care of our every need with attention to detail during our entire stay. This butler team made our trip unforgettable and we will definitely consider returning.

We loved Coconut Bay! We wish the daytime events were more focused on because we would've loved to play games and mix up our usual activities. All the staff was so kind and amazing. Everyone we interacted with, including the people who took us on our excursions, were full of life and so informative. The excursions were amazing and beautiful and we loved getting to see the culture and other parts of the island. The bars were so fun and the bartenders were always making sure we were having the best time and being taken care of. The food was great, but we would have loved more traditional seasoning to the type of food that was being served and more salt. The pasta at the dinner buffet was amazing! Our favorite dinner was Silk, it was delicious!!!! We wish there was more fish overall for food options. Overall, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the food and drinks were good, location was perfect, and the staff was the best! I couldn't recommend Coconut Bay enough.

Wow! Where do I begin? This trip was first to celebrate the completion of my Masters (May 2026) and also a fun-filled girls trip with 4 other ladies I know very well. The island is truly one of a kind and the experience is as well. The food is highly tasty and fresh with much variety. The pools are very clean and warm. Staff service is always willing to help aid at any time and or hour. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating to the point they will even go with you to places you are unsure or unfamiliar with. I want to give a huge shoutout to our driver Jonard! He helped us out the entire trip beingour driver 4 times! Whether to the airport, to the local shops, to the Friday Fish Market (please do go) and anywhere else we desired. He is so sweet and a big help. Such a needed vacation of time, warm weather, laugh, enjoyment and enterntainment. Would love yo go back again and recommend it.

Writing this review as I pack my luggage to leave. I would most definitely visit again. The only reason behind 4 star rating is the food. I ended up at the jerk treehouse, Silk and eating chicken nuggets more times than I would like. However, they did an excellent job of switching themes and having a menu to match. My thoughts were more on traditional Caribbean foods, fresh seafood and seasoning with a sprinkle of other. Rooms, service and activities were great. All the staff were amazing and courteous. Concierge service was amazing. Everyone was great. However since she was my personal Concierge you should ask for Lanel. I cant forget to mention Ms. Ima. I hope im spelling her name correctly. Shes the manager of Silk. She took care of me as well. It was closing time at the jerk treehouse and made sure I got food and a table at Silk. Those two made the stay 5 stars worthy. Just a reminder. This hotel does sit on the Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean Sea. There is not crystal clear water. However the hotel offers transportation to a beach and its a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Lastly. Most definitely do the ATV tour that is offered. You wont regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay at coconut bay! I proposed on day one and we celebrated all week long. Even though the resort was mostly booked nothing ever felt super crowded.
Staff was very kind. Our favorite bartender was Thomas on the Harmony side tiki bar. He had the best party every afternoon.
Paradise beach is the way if you want to enjoy the water.
The one and only thing to complain about is that it is advertised as beer and wine in the mini fridge. We checked in and noticed we didn't have any. So we left a note with a tip requesting beer and wine, and we were left s return note telling us to go to the corner store. We were there with a group of 48 people and the most of the group did report beer in their rooms!
We always felt safe, buzzed and very well fed. Thank you!

We spent a little over a week at this resort.
The staff is absolutely fantastic and the food is also way above average. Most of the restaurants (while obviously not Michelin-starred) are solid and the food is tasty.
We stayed at the Coconut/Splash and you should know it’s very family friendly and there aren’t many “young” couples or dinks, but the experience is still very peaceful.
Huge bonus if you’re into water sports as there’s a kitesurf school on the property.
The rooms might benefit from a little renovation (smart tvs, new showers etc), but to be honest there’s no reason to spend time in the room.

Great location, but the service is a real problem. First of all, it was our anniversary, and they did nothing. That’s never happened. Second, they do not have an ATM, and the front desk will only do $100, and they will only do that once. The problem is they don’t tell you that up front so we ended up with a taxi driver that had to wait a day to get paid. I asled before I booked about the ATM. I was told the front desk would give me a cash advance, with no mention of the restrictions. I explained the situation to the manager and she would not budget on the policy to charge my card again. What ever happened to making the customer happy. Just horrible service all the way around. No one here is happy to work here. They hate their job and they show it. They strategically turn off the coffee machine in the club lounge every morning to drive you to the buffet. Forget trying to place an order for room service at night. They are supposed to be open til 10, but you get voicemail a lot when calling in room dining. Also, cockroaches by the pool. Real nice.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism at Sandals Halcyon
While Sandals Halcyon Beach is visually stunning, my recent experience was marred by a significant lack of hospitality, poor communication, and unprofessional service. From the moment we landed, the experience felt more like a chore than a vacation.
The Arrival & Check-In Fiasco
Be prepared for a grueling 90-minute drive from the airport. By the time we navigated traffic and reached the resort, it was already dark. Our first meal at Taste of St. Lucia was average at best—I would not recommend it as a starting point for your stay.
The real issues began the next morning. We attempted to make dinner reservations, but because the computer systems were down, a staff member took our choices on paper and promised to call our room to confirm. That call never came. When we followed up the next day, our requests were gone, and several of our preferred dining times were fully booked. It felt as though our information was simply discarded.
Subpar Dining & Service
The "all-inclusive" promise fell short regarding service:
• The "Disappearing" Staff: At the breakfast buffet, we were offered coffee that never arrived. At dinner, we ordered a second round of drinks that never showed up; I eventually had to walk to a neighboring bar to get them myself.
• Kelly’s Dockside: After waiting over an hour and a half for our food with no sign of our waitress, we finally gave up and left.
To make matters worse, we went back to the room & ordered two simple cheeseburgers from room service and then only received one. You can’t make this nonsense up!
The Bar Experience
The staff at the lazy river/pool area were consistently dismissive. It was common to wait several minutes while bartenders finished personal conversations before acknowledging guests. When I tried to order a drink with Crown Royal, I was told they were "out." Instead of offering to restock, the bartender gave a rude and lazy "I don't know" when asked if more was coming. I had to walk 10 minutes to the front lobby to speak with a manager just to get the bar restocked.
Beach & Atmosphere
We ended up avoiding the beach entirely. Local vendors are allowed on the sand and will "hard-core" hassle you to buy trinkets every single day. It is not the relaxing, private experience you would expect from a high-end resort.
Final Verdict
I’m not sure if the lack of tipping leads to this level of indifference, but the staff generally acted as if guests were an inconvenience. It felt like being at the DMV all week. There are far too many beautiful islands and high-quality all-inclusive resorts to settle for this level of unprofessionalism. I will not be returning to Sandals, and I have advised my friends and family to look elsewhere.

Never been out of the country before and talked the wife into going on an exotic vacation. I chose the Sandles resort in St. Lucia Hacienda. I can't start to describe how BEAUTIFUL this island is. Every staff member has to be the most friendly person you ever want to meet. It doesn't matter if it's a grounds keeper to the wait staff or shuttle bus driver. The food is impeccable and several different types of restaurants are on the resort to choose from. There are 2 other Sandlels on the island as well and we can visit. You can eat at all of there restaurants and pools as well. If you have never experienced this it's a must. The wife and I have already booked another vacation for next year with Sandles in Jamaica. We can't wait.

This was the best vacation. The resort was beautiful. The food was great from the buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. The restaurants were good as well we especially liked the Italian restaurant where the waitress Vanessa was always there to help. We liked her so much we canceled our reservations at the hibachi place to eat at Mario's to see her I won a couple of activities by the pool the girls that ran the activities destiny and sam made my stay especially great. They became good friends always making you feel excepted. Their friendly and energetic personalities made it enticing to particiand. we had lots of fun with all activites.. we also loved the dockside. Over looking the water for dinner. I would definatly recommend this resort to anyone. For the hospitality, the food and drinks, the beautiful and relaxing pools . It truly was paradise

We LOVED our honeymoon at East Winds. We wanted to escape reality and go to a place that allowed us to relax while also doing various activities in one location. From the first night to our last, it just kept getting better and better. The level of care and service that the entire staff provides is unmatched. We always get caught up in doing too much during vacation but this was the perfect balance and you never feel rushed. If you want to do more activities you can, but we never felt like we were behind or anything. The food is incredible and the grounds are impeccable. They upgraded our room and they really make you feel like family. Shoutout to all the managers and staff that are just genuine people (you know who u are)! We stayed for a week and the staff listened to our needs and made our honeymoon so special. We are already talking about visiting again which is extremely rare for us. It’s a slice of heaven and we are forever grateful we took a chance on East Winds!

Did not stay here. Low season, local getogether, did a class in the open pavillon, followed by lunch and a swim. Great buffet food by Croatian female chef who has been on the island for a decade. Octopus sallad, paella, a killer shrimp soup and a peanut dessert that was a pleasant surprise. Always good wine, including the rosé, which was not too sweet. Staff wonderful a as usual, at reception and in the restaurant. Make you feel welcome with such ease.

We would come back in a heartbeat this place captures you, we loved the overall relaxed feel, the self service pool bar, the restaurant staff were just a joy. We had dinner in one of the cabanas one evening for our anniversary and there’s always plenty of sun loungers and towels. The gardens are gorgeous. I just loved the bamboo lounge area where we sat and played backgammon at night and also had afternoon tea. We did Pilates, the garden tour, a chocolate trip, the Monday boat trip (my least favourite) - we also did the rum tasting and spent a long time being entertained by the little birds at our terrace and in the restaurant! The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, the beds were comfortable the terrace with a fridge and sink area were great and always lots of water and drinks supplied. Overall, we had a really great honeymoon at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even though we weren’t in a Butler Suite. The beach is beautiful, and we had a great time taking advantage of the water sports without too much of a wait. The food was not out of this world, but it was tasty and about what I expected for an all inclusive resort - with Bombay, Barefoot, and Soy being our favorite spots. The drinks left a bit to be desired, as many of them were too sweet for my liking or didn’t taste like the classic recipes. My primary piece of feedback is the rooms could use some updating. We were in the Cap Estates building, and our bed frame was yellowing and the lamps had rust on them. The water was always scolding hot even if turned to the lowest setting. Perhaps some of the other buildings have been updated, but for the price point I expected more. The room size is good, though.

The hotel atmosphere was beautiful; however it took about 2 hours to get there from the airport. Food was excellent. The Palladium nightclub was closed and other than lobby singers and musicians, not a lot to do late in the evening. Older guests should be able to enjoy the lobby music and younger guests would enjoy a nightclub atmosphere late into the evening. I literally saw people looking for something to do and some resorted to playing pool. The spa and massage prices were too high and if the hotel lowered the cost somewhat, it would probably be a thriving business. Based on the solicitation of the spa staff, I believed it to be to a lack of patronage. The beach was clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice and the hotel has a nice gym.

We just returned from celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We were treated so special from the first moment we arrived. This was our 2nd trip to the St. Lucia Sandals. We had one converstaion with one of the pool bar attendants (Andre) and mentioned we were celebrating 40 years. The next day Andre brought a bucket with champagne and glasses to the lover's pool area. He quickly made an announcement regarding our anniversary and opened the bottle for us! We felt very special and appreciated his attention to our conversation from the day before! Andre definitely went above and beyond to make our time special!

My husband and I went on our delayed honeymoon at this resort and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! From the minute we walked into the resort, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazing, a walk down from the beach (which was wonderful). We loved how there were quiet sections and more lively sections of the resort depending on how you felt that day. We were so sad to leave! We are hoping to get back there someday! 10/10 recommend.

We had a not-so-great experience at our second Sandals trip a couple of years back. We gave them one more chance coming here and we do NOT regret it. The excursions, the beach view, the property, the staff, the vibes… all were great! We got a cabana for two days (highly recommend) and the staff for the cabanas were great! Thank you Sanjay, St. Matthew, and Jaden. You deserve raises! The entertainment was the only spot I think we would have preferred be a little more lively. Especially at night. Other than that, we don’t have any critiques. I also say that as I’m laying in our cabana for the last day. Thank you to everyone here! We had a blast and can’t wait to come back to this beautiful island!

From start to finish we were wowed with our experience at Cap Maison! The food was delicious and staff were soo friendly and wonderful, my husband and I have never had such friendly wonderful service before.
Cap Maison was the perfect place for our honeymoon. We got to snorkel at the beach, sit beachside, sit poolside and then have a fancy dinner where every seat is amazing!
Darrell was our waiter for our private dinner in the gazebo and it was so special it almost brought tears to our eyes. Every small item we mentioned was remembered and celebrated.
WiFi was also amazing no matter where we went and we felt so safe!

We stayed at a Villa Suite in the Spanish Courtyard, which was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and perfect for a family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and it quickly felt like a home away from home. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything spotless while being friendly and discreet.
The service across the entire resort was impeccable. The front desk team were always warm, professional, and happy to help with anything we needed. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel valued and looked after.
We enjoyed dining at both The Cliff at Cap and The Naked Fisherman, and each offered a fantastic experience. The food was consistently excellent, the settings were stunning, and the service was first-class. Whether it was breakfast or an evening meal - both were spectacular overlooking the Caribbean.
The location is another real highlight. Rodney Bay is just a short drive away, making it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still enjoying the peace and exclusivity of the resort.
Cap Maison strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and genuine Caribbean hospitality. It was the ideal place for our family holiday, and we left feeling completely relaxed. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in St Lucia.

Cap Maison is a truly special place and experience. The villas are amazing, the staff are fantastic, the food is top-notch, and the opportunities are endless. We chose to relax all week - pool, beach, and snorkeling. There were excursions available to us, though, and they looked fun. We also enjoyed the local Friday night street party - a fun evening off property.

We absolutely loved our honey moon stay at Ladera. We stayed in the Hilltop Dream Suite, which is beautiful. The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The excursions and activities are amazing. The best thing about Ladera and our trip to St. Lucia was the staff at Ladera. Everyone is so kind, always going above and beyond!!! There are bugs, so wear bug spray if you are walking around at night. They provided us with bug spray! The staff works their magic and somehow de-bugs your room whenever you ask, so if you are worried about bugs with the open-concept- don’t be!! We did not get all inclusive, and we were pleasantly surprised with our bill at the end of our trip, considering we were acting like we had all inclusive!! Overall, such a beautiful place to stay, with great staff, great support, and so much fun!!! We definitely recommend going to Sugar Beach as much as possible and the Soufriere experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Le Fleur at Ladera for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon and we only wish we had booked it for longer. From the moment we arrived we were absolutely blown away by the design elements, the hospitality of the employees, and the views. The next 3 days were absolutely amazing. The food, the service, the entertainment were all incredible. All of the amenities were so thoughtful and beautifully integrated into the natural elements. It all felt like one giant sprawled out treehouse in the best way. We did a spa day and had excellent treatment from the staff there. We felt like we were in total paradise, secluded from all the worries of the world. Whoever is managing Ladera is doing a fantastic job. All the employees seemed to adhere to the highest of standards in their work and how they treated every guest from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, and they all seemed like they genuinely loved working at Ladera. It made the experience all the more pleasant. We will definitely be back, and will stay longer next time!!!!

Our stay at Ladera Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The views are truly breathtaking, and the entire resort feels so private, peaceful, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy such a beautiful setting.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The food was also outstanding, every meal was delicious with unforgettable views to match.

My wife and I stayed at Ladera Resort for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked the Hilltop Suite, and the view between the Pitons was absolutely breathtaking—truly one of the most spectacular views we've ever seen. Every sunrise and sunset felt special, and it was the perfect place to celebrate such an important occasion.
The staff were outstanding. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Whether it was a simple greeting or checking in to see how our stay was going, the hospitality made us feel right at home. Special shout out to Melissa.
One of the things we loved most about Ladera is how connected you feel to the natural surroundings. The open three-wall design of the rooms creates a unique and relaxing experience that really immerses you in the beauty of St. Lucia.
We also want to give special recognition to Christian, the manager. We had a small issue with the itemization of our bill, and he and his wife were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and helpful in resolving it. Their professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated and left a lasting impression.
A quick note for future guests: because the rooms are open to the tropical environment, you should expect some bugs from time to time. The resort does an excellent job of mitigating this with bed nets, candles, insect spray, and other thoughtful touches, but it's simply part of staying in such a beautiful natural setting.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. We're already hoping to come back for a future anniversary. Highly recommend Ladera Resort to anyone looking for a truly unique and memorable St. Lucia experience.

We LOVED our room (Suite S) with the open wall design. We felt completely safe, had only one bug, and enjoyed the occasional bird visitors to our room whom were friendly and well behaved. The view of the Pitons from our room was incredible - so gorgeous!!! We used our private plunge pool every day, but also enjoyed the property's unique multi-level hot tub. We hiked the trail on the property three times; it was always well maintained and provided gorgeous views of the Pitons. The four-story tree house along the hike is a must see! The garden tour provided by Ray was a true highlight. In addition to the tropical flowers, Ray pointed out the fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices grown on the property and served fresh each day to guests. No wonder the food was so delicious! There was no shortage of staff and staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. Special kudos to the following staff who went out of their way to make our visit perfect in every way - Samjay, Alvin, Davie, Camilla, Ray, Ariela, Caroline, Lorne, Marana and Yvette. Bravo, Ladera Resort!!

I usually avoid all inclusive resorts because they often mean average buffets and rushed service, but The Landings Resort completely changed that impression. We came to celebrate a birthday, and they upgraded us as soon as we arrived. The food at every restaurant was excellent and far above the usual all inclusive standard. The staff were polite, the beach was beautiful, and while there's plenty to explore nearby, the resort had everything we needed right there.
This resort was nothing short of perfect, and I'll definitely be coming back.

This is by far the nicest resort I have ever been to in my life, whether it involves the amazing kind and friendly staff, the incredible food selection, the pristine beaches with crystal clear, turquoise water, the dense jungle nearby, the towering mountains, the rich history and culture, the kind people, the beautiful Pitons, the coral reefs abundant with life, the rugged cliffs on the east side of the island to the white sand beaches to the west, I could go on for hours and hours. I totally recommend, you will not be disappointed by the beautiful island of Saint Lucia and this incredible resort!

We stayed at The Landings for eight nights in June 2026 — myself, a single mother, traveling with my three children. Our total cost between the initial booking and additional charges at checkout exceeded $7,600. I'm leaving this review so other travelers, especially families, can make a fully informed decision before booking.
After a full day of travel, I was contacted by the concierge the following morning and essentially scolded for not using the taxi they had arranged at the helicopter pad — a taxi that was not there when we arrived. We waited for an extended period before the helicopter company arranged alternative transport. I was then charged for both taxis. As a solo parent managing three kids after a long travel day, this was not a welcome introduction to the property.
The resort offers no complimentary shuttle service. With only two on-site dinner restaurants — one of which was closed the majority of nights during our stay — guests are entirely dependent on taxis to access dining in Rodney Bay. Round-trip fare ran approximately $40 for what is a very short drive. These costs add up quickly and are never mentioned upfront.
We booked at the breakfast-inclusive rate of $5,400 for eight nights. And paid an additional 2k+ for very mediocre lunch, dinner and occasional snack. I do not drink, so no alcohol. For a resort at this price point with two restaurants — one frequently closed — and no shuttle service, this level of additional cost is not acceptable and borders on predatory pricing.
The food quality throughout our stay was consistently disappointing and did not come close to justifying the cost. On our final night, I personally witnessed wait staff wiping glasses and silverware with shared cloth napkins rather than proper sanitation practices. Three members of our party of four became ill within 12–24 hours of that meal. My youngest child was vomiting for the entirety of our journey home — a grueling multi-leg international flight — while I managed alone with three kids. Given the timing, the symptoms, and what I personally observed, foodborne illness from that final dinner is the most likely explanation.
Time on the beach was not always relaxing either. We were repeatedly and persistently approached by vendors and jet ski operators, making it difficult to simply enjoy the space we had paid to access.
The majority of staff interactions felt cold and unwelcoming. Guests were consistently made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Traveling solo with children in that environment was exhausting.
We spent over $7,400 (not including flights transportation and the consistent begging for tips) expecting a restful, well-run resort experience for our family. What we received was poor food, one functioning restaurant, unexpected costs at every turn, no complimentary transportation, an unwelcoming atmosphere, a sick child on a long travel day, and a foodborne illness as a parting gift. I would not return and cannot recommend this property to anyone — particularly families traveling with children.

Disappointing Stay – Did Not Meet Expectations of a Luxury Resort
We recently stayed at The Landings Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia and unfortunately left very disappointed, especially considering the price point and the luxury reputation portrayed in the marketing materials.
The biggest issue was that the resort simply did not match the expectations set by the photos and descriptions online. Our suite felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The master bathroom had visible rust stains, cracking, and general wear that you would not expect from a high-end resort.
The "plunge pool" advertised with our room was essentially a hot tub, and it did not function properly during our stay. This was particularly frustrating because it was one of the features that justified the premium price of the room.
For families, I would strongly caution that the experience may not align with what is advertised. Several of the complimentary non-motorized water sports that were promoted as available to guests could not be utilized by our children, which was a major disappointment. The kids club was also underwhelming, with much of the activity seemingly revolving around video games rather than engaging island experiences or organized children's programming.
Service was inconsistent. We spent nearly an entire day at the beach and only had staff check on us once. For a resort positioning itself as luxury, we expected much more attentive service.
The resort itself is beautiful from a location standpoint, and the beach and views are certainly nice. However, there was very little entertainment or evening atmosphere, making the property feel surprisingly quiet and lacking energy, especially for families looking for activities after dinner.
Overall, The Landings fell far short of the luxury experience we were expecting and paying for. Between the dated accommodations, non-functioning amenities, limited children's activities, inconsistent service, and discrepancies between expectations and reality, we left feeling that the resort is significantly overpriced for what it currently delivers.
The positives were suite footprint, location, beds were very comfortable, and our butlers Ophelia and Kirby were very helpful.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this resort to anyone visiting the north part of the island.

A nice resort o stay at, rooms were really upscale and nicely decorated. The people, from front desk through to housekeeping staff, were nothing but professional. While the resort seems to be one of the resorts farthest north, it still is way to get to and to navigate from. It's east to get to Castries where youd have to pick up your snorkel tours, etc. t
The resort does offer a wide variety of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, and also ran their own snorkel and scuba boats. Don't forget the banana boat 😎
The resort also had a few restaurants on-site that prepared some decent food. They were a bit pricey but came with the convenience of being right on site. Finally, they did have a small hym that had a strength section, some treadmills, elliptical and patio for yoga.
For my week stay, I really enjoyed being there. Oh, don't forget, on-siite washer and dryer!

We had such a great stay at this resort. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Toya was an amazing waitress. She was always happy to help and had the biggest smile every time we saw her.
Jonathan, the “coconut guy” as he calls himself, is honestly one of the things I’m going to miss most. He always made sure I had fresh coconuts and coconut jelly, and he was always so fun to talk to.
Ray is such a sweet bartender.
Daniel was a great butler and was always there whenever we needed anything.
We had Ali for two days and she was amazing. She was always smiling, and her little giggle was contagious.
Solange was phenomenal. We did the painting and punch class with her and laughed the entire time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She also makes a great margarita.
Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special. The people here are what made this vacation unforgettable.

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a beautiful, clean resort with a nice and efficient staff, we never had to wait long for anything. McCarthy (our butler) was outstanding and definitely made our trip even better with his high-quality service.
There was a system issue with our booking, but Shanice, one of the managers, ensured we were refunded appropriately and accommodated with resort amenities for the inconvenience. She also checked in with us throughout the trip, which was greatly appreciated.
Also, the resort is in a great location, only 5–10 minutes from the airport, so we were able to start our vacation shortly after landing, which was ideal.
The food was amazing, we ate at The Greathouse every night. The chef team and wait staff were top-tier. I do not remember all of their names, but everyone made us feel so welcome. We loved it.
Dane (sorry if misspelled), our driver and guide for the Couples Escapade, was excellent. He gave us an amazing tour of the island and all of its natural resources. He made sure we truly got a taste of St. Lucia, which was something we really appreciated and added even more to the experience.
Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, I highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay. I have visited quite a few resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was by far one of my best trips.

From the moment you book until the day you leave, you are completely taken care of. The level of attention and detail is unmatched—they make you feel like you’re the only guests at the resort. Every activity, every meal, and every interaction is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable experience.
The staff is what truly makes Serenity so special. From Jonathan the coconut man brightening our days, to Kevin treating us like family, to the entire team constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable—it was incredible. A special thank you to our butler, David, who went above and beyond to help us relax and fully enjoy our honeymoon.
And the food—absolutely outstanding. Every single meal exceeded expectations, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks and drinks. We mostly stayed on the resort for dining and activities, and honestly, you don’t need to leave to have an amazing experience. That said, the few excursions we did were definitely worth it as well.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Serenity exceeded every expectation, and we are already looking forward to returning. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special—Kimberly, Solange, Tessa, Ginel, Toya, Ethan, Charles, Jamma, and so many others. You made our honeymoon unforgettable!

We travel often and wanted somewhere special for our 25th anniversary. After months of research we decided on Serenity at Coconut Bay. Best decision of our lives! This romantic boutique resort gave us everything we were looking for and more. The resort itself is beautiful with well appointed rooms. We booked the grand romance package which was a bonus. What really makes this resort special is its staff. They are the most friendly, accommodating, and generous people we have encountered. All the staff greet you with a smile and conversation. As I can’t name every great employee at the resort some highlights for us this trip were Kevin- entertainment and all around great guy, Solange – best waitress and then some, Toya – personality and a great rum class, Ray – (Ray-Ray to us) our number one bartender, Jonathon – the coconut guy, but seemed to do a little of everything, and of course our butler Daniel – for taking care of us all week. The food here is truly 5 stars, it is not your typical all inclusive. I am a very picky eater and I think I gained at least ten pounds during our stay. Everything is truly tasty and there are plenty of options. If you have the opportunity to stay here…BOOK IT! We have already booked again for next year and cannot wait to get back.

We recently stayed at Serenity for our 10 year wedding anniversary and cannot say enough about how amazing it was! The rooms are beautiful, food is delicious, and cocktails are spot on. The staff makes you feel right at home, our butler Ali was fantastic and so responsive whenever we needed her. Shout out to Solange in the restaurant who truly is amazing at what she does and is a beautiful person! Thank you serenity for a memorable stay we will never forget.
