I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience was extremely disappointing. The only significant advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options. Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay. While the new sheets were somewhat better, they still did not appear clean. I understand that no hotel room is going to be perfect, but the overall level of cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—was unacceptable. The shower, in particular, was visibly dirty. The pool was another major disappointment and, more importantly, a safety concern. Numerous tiles had come loose and were scattered across the bottom of the pool. There was even a large section where tiles were completely missing. Unfortunately, I cut my foot on one of the loose tiles. Walking around the pool was uncomfortable because of the broken and detached tiles, and it was clear that the pool is in need of maintenance. The food was also disappointing. It was overpriced for the quality, and gratuity was automatically included, yet the service did not reflect that. We often had to flag someone down just to place an order and then remind staff to ensure our order had actually been submitted. Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced. I travel internationally on a regular basis and have stayed at many properties around the world, but this experience fell well below expectations. If I had the option, I would have canceled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. I’m honestly even more upset because this was our honeymoon !

This was our first family stay at this hotel but have stayed at other resorts on the island. Overall, the stay was really good but some little things to work on to get it to a tru 5 star review. Location is great as is it close to Rodney Bay Marina and not too far from the mall area. Staff is very friendly and at times inconsistent. We had our room cleaned a couple of times and both times they forgot to restock bath towels. Although we book a marin terrace view, majority of our view was block by a very big palm tree so even though we paid extra for the view, we did not get it. I also signed up for the cabana upgrade but never used it a the pictures from the website were NOT honest when it came to the lounge chairs (Just straight wicker lounge chairs with no padding at all). Complimentary breakfast is nice and has plenty to offer. If you like hot breakfast, get the upgrade on the website as on site it costs $21 US. We also decided to use their 6th floor catering venue and food menu for a Memorial of Life lunch. Amari and Kelly and their teams were great with all the coordination via email and a actual execution Overall I would recommend this hotel for not just a stay but also and event .and might come back another time.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The place is very dirty. Rooms smell bad. There was a leak coming from the sink. With the exception of Tarik, employees are indifferent and rude. Pool tiles are all loose and pool is green from lack of maintenance. Tried to get service at Pizza place: 5 employees standing around, not a single customer, and they would not pay attention to me. They just stood there staring at me. Never experienced this before. Had to leave and eat somewhere else. Be wary of positive reviews!

Service was just okay. They did their job but not many happy smiling faces. I thought I had purchased the breakfast but was turned away at the door, that was my bad because when I checked I found it wasn’t purchased. With that said I never got offer to add this. Location was okay but not near a beach so if you’re looking for a beach experience this isn’t the hotel for you. You can drive 5 minutes to get the beach and the hotel will get you there and back for a small fee. Definitely a beautiful view from my room which was clean and comfortable. Chairs on the porch could use an upgrade!! Hilton honors have a 1 hour window for a cocktail. We showed up just 10 minutes to the end and I was told the wine was gone. Not wanting just a soda my husband enjoyed his beer, then all of a sudden from behind the counter a bottle of wine appeared, so they weren’t out as told and I did get a glass of wine as well as everyone else. Just not the 5 star experience.

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and service. Met a helpful young lady Shelley who helped me with my luggage when I was struggling after my flight was cancelled. I saw her the next day and thanked her. The breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh fruits and parfait with shredded coconut. I didn't sample the hot offerings, which was extensive. The views were stunning, the rooms beautiful, fully air conditioned.
