Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The place is very dirty. Rooms smell bad. There was a leak coming from the sink. With the exception of Tarik, employees are indifferent and rude. Pool tiles are all loose and pool is green from lack of maintenance. Tried to get service at Pizza place: 5 employees standing around, not a single customer, and they would not pay attention to me. They just stood there staring at me. Never experienced this before. Had to leave and eat somewhere else. Be wary of positive reviews!

We had an amazing stay at Harbor Club St. Lucia! I surprised my wife with a birthday trip and booked the Captain’s Suite, and it exceeded expectations. Before we even arrived, the staff went above and beyond to have the room beautifully set up for her birthday. The decorations, attention to detail, and overall presentation made the moment really special and something we’ll never forget. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable living area and an incredible balcony view overlooking the marina and pool. Waking up and stepping out to that view was a whole vibe. The resort grounds are well maintained, the pools are beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing but still upscale. Staff throughout the property were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something special or just enjoy a luxury stay in St. Lucia, this is definitely it. I’d absolutely come back again.

Service was just okay. They did their job but not many happy smiling faces. I thought I had purchased the breakfast but was turned away at the door, that was my bad because when I checked I found it wasn’t purchased. With that said I never got offer to add this. Location was okay but not near a beach so if you’re looking for a beach experience this isn’t the hotel for you. You can drive 5 minutes to get the beach and the hotel will get you there and back for a small fee. Definitely a beautiful view from my room which was clean and comfortable. Chairs on the porch could use an upgrade!! Hilton honors have a 1 hour window for a cocktail. We showed up just 10 minutes to the end and I was told the wine was gone. Not wanting just a soda my husband enjoyed his beer, then all of a sudden from behind the counter a bottle of wine appeared, so they weren’t out as told and I did get a glass of wine as well as everyone else. Just not the 5 star experience.

I recently stayed at Harbor Club St. Lucia for two nights and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but despite arriving at 4pm, I still didn’t get access to my room until 5pm. After traveling, this was extremely frustrating and set the tone for the stay. The room itself was good and comfortable, but housekeeping was poor. During my two-night stay, my room was never cleaned, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food was average overall, although the breakfast options were very good and probably the highlight of the dining experience. The Saturday night BBQ was just okay — they ran out of snapper very early, and the entertainment was underwhelming. Service throughout the hotel needs major improvement. The team generally seemed inefficient and disorganized. At the BBQ, there were no spoons available for the cow heel soup, and it took at least 10 minutes for someone to finally bring spoons over. The biggest disappointment was the bartender at the pool bar, who was abrupt and very off-putting. Other guests sitting next to us at the bar commented on the same issue, so it clearly wasn’t just our impression. Overall, the property itself has potential and some good features, but the poor service and lack of attention to guests really affected the experience.

Our family enjoyed 3 nights here on Spring Break. The staff is super friendly and passionate about making your stay enjoyable, especially Shane at the front desk. Many dining options to choose from, great wood fired pizza and a sushi bar. Breakfast was also plentiful. Pools are unique and accommodate whatever you want to accomplish, quiet and relaxed or playing volleyball next to swim up bar. Rooms were clean and AC cold!:) We would definitely stay here again.
