My family and I (2 adults, 2 children ages 9 & 3) really enjoyed our time here. We opted for the all inclusive package which was totally worth it and makes things easier with young kids. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was quiet, clean and had an amazing ocean view. The pool was perfect and the beach access was just steps away. Every night there was some form of entertainment and was something different and enjoyable each night. It helped that there were shops within walking distance to the resort as we needed to replenish a few things like travel snacks and sunscreen. The resort is under construction but from where we were you would barely notice. Looks like it will be an even better experience once completed, but again; we wanted for nothing during our stay - except maybe a few more washcloths! For some reason they were hard to come by. All other towels were plentiful. The room had a few small things that could maybe use some improvement but nothing that negatively impacted our trip and nothing that would stop me from going back. I highly recommend for couples, families, solo travelers, groups, etc. Great place!

The Resort is very clean. The staff is amazingly nice. One of the maintenance guys climbed a palm tree and got me a couple coconuts so I could make "Jack-O-Coconuts" for Halloween 🎃. The food is ok and I wish there was a larger variety of food to eat. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Thank you Bay Gardens Beach Resort for the great time! 🌴 🍹 ✌🏼 ♥️

This resort is a great place to stay during a visit to St Lucia. The accommodations are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very lively with restaurants and bars. Of course, if you are there on a Friday night, do not miss the jump up partying. The hotel provides transportation to and from the party. Great for experiencing the island vibe.

We arrived on October 4 and are staying through the 18th. The property is absolutely beautiful and when I say everyone has been amazing, I mean AMAZING! The free shuttle service each day and the drivers have been a nice addition as well as the free chair and umbrella service on the beach. We paid $20 per day per umbrella in Florida when we took 5 grandchildren this summer. We tipped the shuttle drivers, they were so accommodating, letting us off at stops not on their regular route! The view from the third floor is lovely! My husband is 82 and 6’7” and although he’s been a good sport about it, the two flights up to the third floor are too much for him. The men at the front lobby have carried everything up for us and would do more if my husband would just ask! We booked a one BR first week and a two BR the second week because one of our children asked to join with his wife. The resort employees have been very accommodating and are moving us to a lower level on Saturday. I’m going to miss this view, so stay tuned for an update on our move for our second week🤞hoping for another beautiful view! Update: Our second week was spent in a beautiful 2BR on the second floor, ocean front, one floor down from the first week. The staff handled our move with the utmost care and attention. Management asked us to meet her in her office and apologized that they didn’t have a two bedroom ground floor available. She said I wanted to let you know in person not over the phone. They gave us two other choices, on the second floor rather than third floor and let us choose. The two bedroom, two and one half bath was everything we could want and the front ocean view was magnificent. Thank you everyone for accommodating our needs so perfectly. Every employee we encountered was PPP, personable, professional and perfect. My only recommendation would be to the lovely man who manages the restaurant, you need more variety in the menu. He approached us personally at the bar asking what we thought of the restaurant and after a very nice conversation we admitted that we would have eaten there more if the menu were changed up or expanded. He took our comments graciously and professionally, thanking us for our input! The restaurant location is right on the sand and the servers were awesome! Thank you again everyone, remember us because we will be back!

I was at the Bay Gardens Resorts on September 28th to October 3rd to celebrate my birthday. The staff is super friendly!! Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. You’re not just a tourist, you become part of the family there. I highly recommend Bay Gardens Resort when looking for a place to stay.
