We loved Coconut Bay! We wish the daytime events were more focused on because we would've loved to play games and mix up our usual activities. All the staff was so kind and amazing. Everyone we interacted with, including the people who took us on our excursions, were full of life and so informative. The excursions were amazing and beautiful and we loved getting to see the culture and other parts of the island. The bars were so fun and the bartenders were always making sure we were having the best time and being taken care of. The food was great, but we would have loved more traditional seasoning to the type of food that was being served and more salt. The pasta at the dinner buffet was amazing! Our favorite dinner was Silk, it was delicious!!!! We wish there was more fish overall for food options. Overall, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the food and drinks were good, location was perfect, and the staff was the best! I couldn't recommend Coconut Bay enough.

Wow! Where do I begin? This trip was first to celebrate the completion of my Masters (May 2026) and also a fun-filled girls trip with 4 other ladies I know very well. The island is truly one of a kind and the experience is as well. The food is highly tasty and fresh with much variety. The pools are very clean and warm. Staff service is always willing to help aid at any time and or hour. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating to the point they will even go with you to places you are unsure or unfamiliar with. I want to give a huge shoutout to our driver Jonard! He helped us out the entire trip beingour driver 4 times! Whether to the airport, to the local shops, to the Friday Fish Market (please do go) and anywhere else we desired. He is so sweet and a big help. Such a needed vacation of time, warm weather, laugh, enjoyment and enterntainment. Would love yo go back again and recommend it.

Writing this review as I pack my luggage to leave. I would most definitely visit again. The only reason behind 4 star rating is the food. I ended up at the jerk treehouse, Silk and eating chicken nuggets more times than I would like. However, they did an excellent job of switching themes and having a menu to match. My thoughts were more on traditional Caribbean foods, fresh seafood and seasoning with a sprinkle of other. Rooms, service and activities were great. All the staff were amazing and courteous. Concierge service was amazing. Everyone was great. However since she was my personal Concierge you should ask for Lanel. I cant forget to mention Ms. Ima. I hope im spelling her name correctly. Shes the manager of Silk. She took care of me as well. It was closing time at the jerk treehouse and made sure I got food and a table at Silk. Those two made the stay 5 stars worthy. Just a reminder. This hotel does sit on the Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean Sea. There is not crystal clear water. However the hotel offers transportation to a beach and its a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Lastly. Most definitely do the ATV tour that is offered. You wont regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay at coconut bay! I proposed on day one and we celebrated all week long. Even though the resort was mostly booked nothing ever felt super crowded. Staff was very kind. Our favorite bartender was Thomas on the Harmony side tiki bar. He had the best party every afternoon. Paradise beach is the way if you want to enjoy the water. The one and only thing to complain about is that it is advertised as beer and wine in the mini fridge. We checked in and noticed we didn't have any. So we left a note with a tip requesting beer and wine, and we were left s return note telling us to go to the corner store. We were there with a group of 48 people and the most of the group did report beer in their rooms! We always felt safe, buzzed and very well fed. Thank you!

We spent a little over a week at this resort. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the food is also way above average. Most of the restaurants (while obviously not Michelin-starred) are solid and the food is tasty. We stayed at the Coconut/Splash and you should know it’s very family friendly and there aren’t many “young” couples or dinks, but the experience is still very peaceful. Huge bonus if you’re into water sports as there’s a kitesurf school on the property. The rooms might benefit from a little renovation (smart tvs, new showers etc), but to be honest there’s no reason to spend time in the room.
