We had an unexpected stay of 9 nights at this hotel following my Wifes Accident on the beach. We were cruise passengers. I can honestly say from start to finish the Staff at the Hotel and Ti-Bananne Restaurant were a Godsend. They looked after us both so well and we will forever be grateful. We were lucky enough to stay in a number of different style rooms including a 1st floor with balcony, a garden room, a swim up room and a rear garden room. All are very different and excellent. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes, all again were excellent. Thank you to Claudine, Michael, Jean, Courtney and the rest of the Team, they were able to turn what would have been a nightmare for us into a relaxed wonderful stay that we will never forget. 5 star + experience and we will be back with our Family for sure. Also, I can highly recommend this hotel if you are a lone traveller, we spoke to a number of Guests who were doing this and they all said it was perfect for them... Chris & Sandra Jones.

We had a great 4 night stay here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Service in the restaurant and in the bar was friendly and attentive. Very nice and varying breakfast buffet with a decent muesli and station preparing freshly made omelettes. Very pleasant gym as well. It is only a five minute walk from Reduit Beach.

Loved the rooms and the restaurants. Pool was great as well. Slow service seemed to be only nick to review. But I guess island time takes over. Would I go back! YES! Had friend stay at Rodney Bay marina. Paid more and got the stuffy treatment. Stay, eat at Coco palms youll never regret it.

Our stay at Coco Palm Hotel was absolutely amazing! The service and hospitality were outstanding from start to finish, the staff were warm, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The energy around the hotel was wonderful, creating such a relaxing and positive atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was magnificent, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. One of the best parts of our experience was how stress-free our vacation felt, thanks to the hotel organizing our tours and transportation seamlessly. Everything was handled professionally, allowing us to fully enjoy our time without any worries. I love you his place but if you are expecting a resort on the beach this is not your place. There is a beach across the street, which is nice but you have to walk down a lane that has construction. We felt very safe walking at night. We walked to shopping and to the marina at night. During the day we walked to Pigeon Island to swim and snorkel. It's a long walk if you go by the main road. Staff at the Coco Palm were very nice and attentive. Garfield was our point of contact, he is very nice and efficient with setting up what ever we needed...transportation and excursions. If you get the half board it is a great deal. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The pool area is a pretty place to spend an afternoon. Our friends stayed in a swim up room. Those decks are great especially at night.
