I had an excellent stay!! The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely solution-oriented. The hotel also did a fantastic job coordinating the trip to Gros Islet, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. The location couldn't be better—it’s in the heart of the restaurants and nightlife with the beach just a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the rooms and the restaurants. Pool was great as well. Slow service seemed to be only nick to review. But I guess island time takes over. Would I go back! YES! Had friend stay at Rodney Bay marina. Paid more and got the stuffy treatment. Stay, eat at Coco palms youll never regret it.

I stayed for one night with my sister, and it was exactly what I needed—relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable.From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We spent the evening enjoying drinks, and everything was well-prepared and served with great attention to detail. Breakfast the next morning was definitely a highlight—10/10! The food was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to wrap up our stay.Overall, it was a beautiful birthday experience, and I would absolutely recommend Coco Palm Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway in Saint Lucia. I’ll definitely be back!

Oh wow, Coco Palm Resort is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. This is a beautiful hotel, furnished lovely and all the staff were so helpful and attentive. The food at the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was delicious and the cocktails are just as good. The hotel is situated right near restaurants and bars. Its also not far from the main shops, supermarkets, banks etc within Rodney Bay. My friend and I would like to thank all the staff at Coco Palm Resort for a lovely stay and their excellent Customer Service especially Kadija, Cedonia, Kelian, Vanessa, Denise, Glenil and Tiana. There was many more lovely staff but we did not get all there names. I will be and have already been recommending Coca Palms Resort as one of the best Hotels to stay at in St Lucia.
