Having read some of the older reviews here I cannot comment on the past but we are staying here right now and it is a wonderful hotel. It’s laid back and chilled, the staff are lovely. We have found the food to be really good and fresh with the menu updated every couple of days. It’s nice to have an all incisive that you order from the menu and the food is freshly cooked. We have been very impressed and our room is clean and comfortable. I think people need to bear in mind this is the Caribbean not central London. Things like power cuts (although we haven’t experienced any) are not the fault of the hotel. My only polite suggestion would be slippers and robes to be provided, but nothing that would stop us coming back or recommending this place. You are a short walk from the beach and local restaurants if you want to venture out and you can now use uber to get taxis to the bay which is handy. All in all very happy and looking forward to our next few days stay 🙂

A beautiful white pearl in Paradise. First time in Saint Lucia, and as a solo traveler, I was looking for a safe, all-inclusive place where I would be welcomed. What a great choice! The hotel is on the North-west corner of the island, about an hour and half drive from the airport - book your ride in advance! From the first minute I walked in ( I was greeted with a glass of champagne), they welcomed me like I was family: I have never been in a place where EVERYONE knew my name. And I mean every single staff member! I honestly don't know how they do it, but thanks to the General Manager, Vladimir, it is a custom that made me feel like a movie star. It is not a big resort, where you get lost- it is personal and welcoming and spotlessly clean (they were always touching up something, making sure there is no dust settling anywhere.) The rooms are comfortable- I had a King-size bed and a balcony, the AC kept it cool, and daily housekeeping kept it clean. There is one restaurant, where you can choose from an à la carte menu; the food is tasty, and though not the huge American portions, I never stayed hungry. You can get any drinks from the 3 bars - try the Rumpunch! The beach is about a 5-minute walk: you get a little cooler with your choice of beverages to take to chill under the bright red umbrellas in the beautiful bay. I would like to thank Vladimir (GM), Gideon (front desk), Eloise (Guest relations), Elke (restaurant), and everyone else! Don't hesitate to book it!

A 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The food was very good, and the service was on saint Lucian time. Our room 419, right by the very nice pool, was serviced daily by a very lovely lady , she was as happy and friendly as all the other staff were and made us feel welcome. The new manager was very hands on and easy to chat to, He was always interested in how our stay was going and what he could do to help us. We would love to go back very soon. Paul and Wendy.

A Chic, Boutique Paradise in Rodney Bay! 🌴✨ ​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​If you’re looking for a sophisticated, adults-only getaway in St. Lucia, SoCo House is the place to be! It perfectly blends "South Beach chic" with warm Caribbean hospitality. ​What I loved: ​The Food: The a la carte dining here is top-tier. Every meal felt like a gourmet experience with fresh, local flavors. ​The Vibe: The all-white, boutique aesthetic is stunning and incredibly "Instagrammable." It feels intimate, peaceful, and far more exclusive than the massive resorts. ​The Staff: Truly the heart of the hotel, Guided very professionaly by the new General Manager Vlad. They are attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel like a VIP. ​Location: Tucked away for privacy, but only a short walk to the beautiful Reduit Beach and the lively shops of Rodney Bay. ​It’s the perfect spot for couples or friends looking for style, relaxation, and incredible service. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel and would definitely recommend it. If possible, I’d suggest booking a ground-floor room — it made everything really convenient with easy access to the pool and bar area, which we really enjoyed. What stood out most to us was the overall atmosphere. We much preferred the smaller, boutique-style experience over the larger all-inclusive resorts. It felt more relaxed, personal, and not crowded. The restaurant was another highlight. We really liked that there was no buffet — everything was ordered fresh off the menu, which made a big difference in quality. The food was consistently very good. The staff were excellent across the board — very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Eloise, one of the hosts, who was incredible. She seemed to remember everyone’s name and made guests feel genuinely welcome, which doesn’t go unnoticed. The beach was just a short walk away, and it was a nice touch that the hotel provided loungers along with a cooler for drinks. The area itself felt very safe — we walked around both during the day and at night to nearby restaurants and had no issues at all. There are plenty of great food options close by, and the people we met along the beach were very friendly and accommodating. We also did a couple of tours while we were there, which were both excellent. The only small suggestion would be to expand the gym slightly and add a bit more equipment, but aside from that, everything else was spot on. Overall, a really enjoyable stay — we would absolutely come back.
