The room manager Sachelle went above and beyond in service. We booked a club room but were way too close to the main entertainment area for an older couple. We asked to move to a quieter location and they accommodated us. She made our stay here unforgettable! The management team is the best we’ve seen at all of the last 4 sandals resort!! The wait staff was excellent as well as the cleaning staff. Thanks for making our stay the best!! We have two more days left and to enjoy and we just received our morning room service! They are great! Shenelle, Sachelle and the resort manager are the reason we are booking another trip with Sandals.

Utterly amazing! ⭐️ My fiancé and I selected Sandals Halcyon as our wedding destination for ourselves and our wedding party. From our first meeting with Shandulla and the team here at Halcyon we felt very welcomed, cared for and was always made to feel special throughout our trip. The whole process was relaxed, stress free and very enjoyable. An incredible wedding day we will never forget. The hotel staff were lovely, rooms/facilities were stunning and the food at all restaurants was divine. Great location, but the service is a real problem. First of all, it was our anniversary, and they did nothing. That’s never happened. Second, they do not have an ATM, and the front desk will only do $100, and they will only do that once. The problem is they don’t tell you that up front so we ended up with a taxi driver that had to wait a day to get paid. I asled before I booked about the ATM. I was told the front desk would give me a cash advance, with no mention of the restrictions. I explained the situation to the manager and she would not budget on the policy to charge my card again. What ever happened to making the customer happy. Just horrible service all the way around. No one here is happy to work here. They hate their job and they show it. They strategically turn off the coffee machine in the club lounge every morning to drive you to the buffet. Forget trying to place an order for room service at night. They are supposed to be open til 10, but you get voicemail a lot when calling in room dining. Also, cockroaches by the pool. Real nice.

My husband and I had an incredible experience on our honeymoon at Sandals Halycon! This was our first all inclusive and it definitely did not disappoint. We had 3 butlers; Samantha, Veto, & Pluta 10/10. They made sure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. We got the honeymoon butler suite with the personal pool, but I have to be honest, we spent all of our days in the resort main pool - literally morning to evening! We met and connected with other guests with the many activities they had planned throughout each day. The staff made our experience way more personal and definitely kept my husband entertained with World Cup talk. The restaurant options were minimal but all great food! Spent a week at Sandals in March. Overall the holiday was not bad but it did fall short of expectations. The highlight was a horticultural tour by the groundskeeper that really showed the passion of some of the staff. The "Taste of St Lucia" night was also a fun evening showcasing the local culture. We picked this resort as we were close to the Carribbean, whereas we would usually pick something closer in Europe. We found that the value was less that what we would get in Europe (even without considering flights), the food and drink was less refined and the vibe was not as relaxing. The club level benefits were not that great. Too often we had difficulty finding vacant loungers, there were no beach facilities, and a bunch of the rooms have no reprieve from a party that starts early and ends late every day. In conclusion: not bad but wrong demographic.
