Utterly amazing! ⭐️ My fiancé and I selected Sandals Halcyon as our wedding destination for ourselves and our wedding party. From our first meeting with Shandulla and the team here at Halcyon we felt very welcomed, cared for and was always made to feel special throughout our trip. The whole process was relaxed, stress free and very enjoyable. An incredible wedding day we will never forget. The hotel staff were lovely, rooms/facilities were stunning and the food at all restaurants was divine. We would both recommend the wedding team and hotel here at Halcyon to any future Mr&Mrs. Thank you Shandulla and team Mr & Mrs Bates x

Great location, but the service is a real problem. First of all, it was our anniversary, and they did nothing. That’s never happened. Second, they do not have an ATM, and the front desk will only do $100, and they will only do that once. The problem is they don’t tell you that up front so we ended up with a taxi driver that had to wait a day to get paid. I asled before I booked about the ATM. I was told the front desk would give me a cash advance, with no mention of the restrictions. I explained the situation to the manager and she would not budget on the policy to charge my card again. What ever happened to making the customer happy. Just horrible service all the way around. No one here is happy to work here. They hate their job and they show it. They strategically turn off the coffee machine in the club lounge every morning to drive you to the buffet. Forget trying to place an order for room service at night. They are supposed to be open til 10, but you get voicemail a lot when calling in room dining. Also, cockroaches by the pool. Real nice.
Deep Blue Massage Therapy
Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism at Sandals Halcyon While Sandals Halcyon Beach is visually stunning, my recent experience was marred by a significant lack of hospitality, poor communication, and unprofessional service. From the moment we landed, the experience felt more like a chore than a vacation. The Arrival & Check-In Fiasco Be prepared for a grueling 90-minute drive from the airport. By the time we navigated traffic and reached the resort, it was already dark. Our first meal at Taste of St. Lucia was average at best—I would not recommend it as a starting point for your stay. The real issues began the next morning. We attempted to make dinner reservations, but because the computer systems were down, a staff member took our choices on paper and promised to call our room to confirm. That call never came. When we followed up the next day, our requests were gone, and several of our preferred dining times were fully booked. It felt as though our information was simply discarded. Subpar Dining & Service The "all-inclusive" promise fell short regarding service: • The "Disappearing" Staff: At the breakfast buffet, we were offered coffee that never arrived. At dinner, we ordered a second round of drinks that never showed up; I eventually had to walk to a neighboring bar to get them myself. • Kelly’s Dockside: After waiting over an hour and a half for our food with no sign of our waitress, we finally gave up and left. To make matters worse, we went back to the room & ordered two simple cheeseburgers from room service and then only received one. You can’t make this nonsense up! The Bar Experience The staff at the lazy river/pool area were consistently dismissive. It was common to wait several minutes while bartenders finished personal conversations before acknowledging guests. When I tried to order a drink with Crown Royal, I was told they were "out." Instead of offering to restock, the bartender gave a rude and lazy "I don't know" when asked if more was coming. I had to walk 10 minutes to the front lobby to speak with a manager just to get the bar restocked. Beach & Atmosphere We ended up avoiding the beach entirely. Local vendors are allowed on the sand and will "hard-core" hassle you to buy trinkets every single day. It is not the relaxing, private experience you would expect from a high-end resort. Final Verdict I’m not sure if the lack of tipping leads to this level of indifference, but the staff generally acted as if guests were an inconvenience. It felt like being at the DMV all week. There are far too many beautiful islands and high-quality all-inclusive resorts to settle for this level of unprofessionalism. I will not be returning to Sandals, and I have advised my friends and family to look elsewhere. Sincerely, Scott & Stacey Crain

Never been out of the country before and talked the wife into going on an exotic vacation. I chose the Sandles resort in St. Lucia Hacienda. I can't start to describe how BEAUTIFUL this island is. Every staff member has to be the most friendly person you ever want to meet. It doesn't matter if it's a grounds keeper to the wait staff or shuttle bus driver. The food is impeccable and several different types of restaurants are on the resort to choose from. There are 2 other Sandlels on the island as well and we can visit. You can eat at all of there restaurants and pools as well. If you have never experienced this it's a must. The wife and I have already booked another vacation for next year with Sandles in Jamaica. We can't wait.

This was the best vacation. The resort was beautiful. The food was great from the buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. The restaurants were good as well we especially liked the Italian restaurant where the waitress Vanessa was always there to help. We liked her so much we canceled our reservations at the hibachi place to eat at Mario's to see her I won a couple of activities by the pool the girls that ran the activities destiny and sam made my stay especially great. They became good friends always making you feel excepted. Their friendly and energetic personalities made it enticing to particiand. we had lots of fun with all activites.. we also loved the dockside. Over looking the water for dinner. I would definatly recommend this resort to anyone. For the hospitality, the food and drinks, the beautiful and relaxing pools . It truly was paradise
