The resort was lovely! The views, from the main pool, of the mountains are amazing! The open-air restaurant views are beautiful as well. When we arrived we were given cold towels and a traditional island cocktail, rum punch. However, I would suggest renovating the area across the street from the resort. The staff was hard working, friendly and felt like family. Our butler, Neil was absolutely amazing! He is very devoted to doing his job well and he took care of everything we needed from a European converter/adapter, to dinner reservations, to tour reservations. He even removed a lizard that managed to get into our room. He was always readily available via What’s App. I highly suggest getting a master residence, so that you have the benefit of butler service. Other noteable acts of service, performed by the staff, include when Ryan and Andre helped my daughter and I find her phone. She had left it at the beach and the water taxi was done for the day, when we realized it. They acted quickly and courteously and got us to the beach immediately. There someone had found the phone and handed it to us almost as soon as we got there. We are extremely grateful to them. In celebration of the upcoming Carnival, traditional island favorites were served and there was live entertainment including fire eaters and men on stilts. The food was so wonderful I would HIGHLY suggest incorporating those foods on the regular menu.

We recently stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay in St. Lucia and while the property itself is absolutely beautiful, the service unfortunately did not live up to the 5-star expectations. The setting is stunning — Marigot Bay is peaceful and picturesque, and the resort grounds are well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate, which we really appreciated. However, the service consistently fell short. Restaurant service was very slow — it often took a long time for someone to come to our table, even longer to receive drinks, and meals felt drawn out because of delays. Multiple menu items were unavailable throughout our stay, which was frustrating, especially at an all-inclusive resort where you expect full access to what’s listed. For a property marketed as luxury and all-inclusive, the experience felt surprisingly money-focused. We tried tipping at the beginning of service to see if that would improve attentiveness, but unfortunately it did not make a noticeable difference. Overall, the location and beauty of the resort are undeniable, but the service experience did not reflect a true 5-star standard. With improvements in attentiveness, consistency, and menu availability, this could truly match the luxury experience it advertises.

Zoëtry Marigot Bay in St. Lucia has become one of our favourite spots on the island. While we haven’t stayed at the hotel itself, we’ve been coming into the marina with our boat for the past two seasons and booking an afternoon pass and it’s always been a highlight. We usually spend an hour or two by the pool, enjoying cocktails and soaking up the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere before heading to one of the hotel’s restaurants for dinner. The meals have been fantastic every time, making the whole experience feel like a real treat. If you’re arriving by boat, I highly recommend booking a day pass through the marina. And if you’re staying on land, even better, book a room and fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. It’s truly one of my favourite areas in St. Lucia and somewhere we’ll keep returning to.

I have mixed feelings about Zoetry. My wife and I booked this resort for our honeymoon (July 3rd-9th) after discovering it while searching online for a resort that was all inclusive and secluded. We were greeted with a surprise when we walked into our bedroom and found romantic decorations. The all-inclusive package was worth every penny—food and drinks were great. Our balcony view was stunning as we were given a sweet spot right in front of the main pool, somewhat middle of the resort if I may say so. I’d also like to highlight our butler Neil who was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel taken care of the whole trip. We also really enjoyed our experience at the Rum Cave which we tried 5 different rums, paired with food. Our rum connoisseur Karla, did a phenomenal job educating us about the history and process of each rum and was super friendly. As much as we enjoyed the time off from work, to unwind and relax during our honeymoon, there were a few grievances that I must address. First and foremost, the stray cats are EVERYWHERE on the property and unfortunately I’m not a cat person. There are 3 restaurants on the property which are 1461, The Cove, and The Hurricane Hole. We tried all 3 on multiple occasions and during every seating, there were multiple cats always approaching us begging for food. Not only us but other guest as well. One night we decided to book their private dinner service, food was 10/10, but unfortunately the cats swarmed us and I couldn’t enjoy a bite in peace — not the romantic evening we’d hoped for and we spent hundreds on the dinner. And as I mentioned earlier about the view from our balcony, one day we decided to relax on the sofa with the balcony doors open and long behold, a cat walked inside the living which I immediately ran it out and no longer felt comfortable leaving the doors open. There also was a constant low bath towel supply, our plunge pool that kept losing water, and a power outage one night but didn’t last long thankfully. As much as we needed the relaxation, we decided to book a couples massage not knowing the initial price which happened to be $437 USD that we didn’t find out until the day before and could not cancel. The massage itself was nothing out of the ordinary. For that price, we were expecting a state of the art spa with spa robes, spa slippers, etc. When we asked for towels, the attendant went and got us pool towels which again, I’d expect luxury spa towels for the price we had to pay. On the brighter side, they have a sauna, steam room, and a cold plunge that you’re allowed to use during the remainder of your stay once you complete your spa treatment. Lastly, the property itself is a bit outdated and could use more preventative maintenance to hold onto its 5-star status. Overall, the stay was ok but didn’t live up to its 5 star status. If we ever plan to visit St. Lucia again in the future, we will try another resort.

Me and my mom had a great time at Zoetry resort. It’s a beautiful property with lots of gardens and an amazing pool! The food was so yummy! We would recommend this resort in St Lucia. All the servers were great but Rashida and Ronnie were the ones that stood out! They were excellent with us! Thank you!
