Disney told me this was a Disney resort, it is NOT. It's ok but it's in no way something I'd call a deluxe resort. The gentleman at the bell desk is full of energy and very kind but it's a bit much for me personally. He's also the ONLY extremely nice human in the facility. Nothing is the quality of a deluxe resort and honestly the only good part was being able to walk to Disney Springs to catch actual Disney busses. It was not dirty or scary but this is just a basic hotel with a deluxe label. I would have paid less to stay at a value resort on property and then wouldn't have had charter busses that don't follow any guidelines they give you.

We stayed at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area for just one night before checking into our Disney resort, and I honestly wish we’d stayed longer. I booked it because I wanted to be close to Disney Springs and get an early start on our first park day, and this hotel ended up being a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Shelton and Marcus from Bell Service/Valet really stood out—Shelton’s personality is fantastic. We were both exhausted from a long travel day, but after just a few minutes talking with him, our moods completely turned around and we felt ready for vacation. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh, and our room on the 19th floor was clean with a great view. The poolside grille was another pleasant surprise—the food was excellent, especially the loaded nachos and the passion fruit non-alcoholic drink. Honestly, their food was better than most of the quick-service or poolside options within the Disney resorts. The pool itself was also one of the nicest in the area, especially for families with kids. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando/Disney area. Perfect location, great staff, and a really enjoyable stay from start to finish.

This is essentially a get what you pay for hotel. The room did not meet my expectations at all. The room smelled damp and mildewed and after returning from a long day at the parks our beds/the room as a whole even felt damp. The rooms appear very outdated as well. The thermostat did not work and would not allow us to adjust the temperature up or down. The floor of the shower was bubbling and felt to be moving (maybe contributing to the added moisture in the room?). House keeping also seemed to be lacking-very little was replenished and as soon as we entered there was hair in the sink… I will say most of the staff were friendly, the pool area was nice, and the shuttles were amazing/ a great money saver. The best part of the hotel is that you’re in walking distance to Disney Springs which is a huge plus. While this hotel is generally cost effective, if/when I return to this area I’ll pay the extra money and stay elsewhere for clean, updated, and more comfortable rooms. I never take the time to write reviews but I’m so disappointed and honestly am ready to go home early and get out of this hotel!

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my recent one-night stay at your hotel. When booking the room, the quoted rate was $169, but upon checking in, the final cost was $261 due to unexpected fees. This large increase without prior transparency is unacceptable. In addition to the fee issue, several aspects of the stay negatively impacted my experience: - Room Location: My room on the seventh floor faced a wall, and its proximity directly across from the elevator resulted in continuous noise (the elevator 'ding') throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. - Amenities: The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it difficult to rinse shampoo properly. - Service/Dining: I was overcharged for a simple breakfast item. I requested a croissant with cream cheese and was charged $9 for a full sandwich. When I questioned this, I was told that the croissant only comes as part of the full sandwich charge, despite only requesting the simpler item. I am highly dissatisfied with both the value and the quality of the stay. I request that you review these issues, particularly the discrepancy in the room rate and the charge for the breakfast item. It's not the $261 for the night for the room, it's the way in which it was sneaky and then had to look at a wall. No View at all on the 7th floor. This is how they treat their reward members.

The location of the hotel was outstanding. We walked less than five minutes to Disney Springs. Access to the parks was easy too. We chose to Uber most of the time but did take the free shuttle once. The bathrooms in the tower rooms were a little small but we made it work. The staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
