When the hotel is nice and clean but the customer service is NOT it just overall ruins the experience as a whole. My husband and I spent 2 nights here and left behind a small plush toy. While I acknowledge and take full responsibility of leaving my item behind I am not satisfied with how customer service handled the situation. We called just hours after checking out and got the run around to call back that night. We did, and got the same run around that none of the lost and found items had been “brought down” despite being told that afternoon this was their protocol. As several days went by we called everyday morning and night for a week to be exact and never spoke to someone who seemed to have any care to locate the item. If this was a Disney property the efforts would have been different in my opinion. So for that reason and this experience overall we won’t be returning to a hotel who does not even care to attempt to help when needed. Again, it’s not about locating the lost item it was about the way we were treated with little to no effort phone call after phone call, tossed from person to person and were promised phone calls back we never received. I encourage management to please find a better solution to lost and found items and hope all housekeeping employees share integrity. Thank you.

Great resort with one major area for improvement The Wyndham Resort in Orlando is, overall, a very good option. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and comfortable, with a bed that allows for a great night’s rest. The staff and overall service are good and meet expectations. One of the resort’s biggest strengths is the property itself: it’s large, with a great pool, beautiful surroundings, and solid, well-kept buildings. The grounds are clearly cared for and designed to be enjoyed. The major downside — and honestly a disappointing one — is the Starbucks café inside the hotel. The product quality is very poor, the service is bad, and the experience is far below the standard of the rest of the resort. It feels completely out of place and drags down what is otherwise a very positive stay. With a coffee option that matches the quality of the resort, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

very pleased with our stay. Rooms were very spacious. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy check in and checkout. Front desk staff provided all needed information and was very informative of the property. Access to parking garage was easy. Love that you can share the amenities from nearby properties. Has a luxury feel for not a luxury price. Would highly recommend and for sure would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel location, rooms, and amenities Food: They force you to pay for a buffet breakfast that has same quality food as a same as red roof inn. Fake egg. The only healthy opinion is fruit but you have to pay full buffet price. The pick up bus left us. Was supposed to pick up at 7pm and we arrived 7:07 pm. So they dont wait even 10 minutes. Taking in consideration that coming out the parks at 6 pm with babies takes a while. If you want good location and good rooms is great. But the food quality makes feel that you are in a cheap hotel.

Every year, we return to this incredible resort, where the phenomenal staff ensures a consistently clean and neat environment. The welcoming atmosphere enhances our experience, making it truly enjoyable. The variety of family-friendly activities, including karaoke, golf, live music, a lazy river, hot tubs, and pools, caters to all ages, contributing to an overall great stay. I eagerly anticipate our next visit.
