Location is great as Disney springs is a 5 minute walk from the resort. The pools are nice and has a nice bar and grille next to it. The room itself was mediocre at best on the sunrise side of the resort. Elevators are old and kinda rundown and have no ac inside of them. And parking lot beside the sunrise building has hardly any lights at night and has more dope in it then Woodstock

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself was beautiful, with excellent amenities and a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, organized, and exceeded my expectations. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It’s clear that they take pride in providing guests with a first-class experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

We stayed at Wyndham garden lake for 3 nights. We arrived early in the morning, Samual has been very helpful to find a room for us to early check in. The room is motel style, but has everything you need. House keeping serves daily, and keep everything clean and nice. The pool is big and kids really enjoyed it. The onsite laundry room is very convenient. $4.5 a load paid through phone by scanning Code. Free shuttle to Disney world and 30 minutes early entry are great perks to enjoy the theme park. I wish there is a microwave available for outside food. Overall a nice experience.

This is 2nd time staying at this hotel. First time in the main tower, this time in the garden rooms. We personally preferred the tower - however the garden room was clean and functional. The location and proximity to Disney springs is great for an afternoon/evening stroll plus added feature of early access to Disney parks was great. The pool/hot tub was a big hit, with the main pool being heated. My daughter did not want to get out the pool! Would definitely recommend

Soo check in is at 4 and yet my room wasnt ready. I arrived at 1pm and they said “3pm” they will start. We went back the front desk said “4”. It is now 4:30pm and i still have no room. I have a concert to get to for 6pm and i wanted to get ready before hand. At this point this hotel has ruined my plans. Don't expect good service here. update!! got my room and the toliet doesnt flush, the gap in the door is making a really loud squeal from the wind outside, the lamp shade is moldy, and the customer service phone doesnt work. 0/10
