The hotel’s location is wonderful, and the shuttle service to the Disney parks is perfectly organized. We had a room with a view of the fireworks. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed: a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and iron. The only downside was the black hair everywhere after housekeeping — on clean towels, the bed, the walls, and so on. Breakfast was pretty standard. Because of my diet, it was a bit difficult for me since I can’t have gluten, dairy, or sugar, so I ended up eating an omelet with bacon every day. In the evenings, we ordered room service, and the food was tasty. The pool is excellent, and the area around it is beautiful and very convenient for families with children. The service was very friendly.

Overall we had a decent stay. It is very close to Disney springs. Service inconsistence. They put ballons in my room for my birthday which was really nice. Upon check in I wasnt told of the typical things such as time of checkout, complimentary drinks, pool hours, how the shuttle works, etc. Each person is spoke to was nice though. I feel like part of a hotels job is to anticipate what a guest may need to know so if you dont know what to ask about, you won't have the information. My biggest complaint was the noise. I booked a room with a balcony on purpose. I looked nice and relaxing in the photos. I purposely did not book on overlooking the pool bc I thought it may be noisy, well my room ended up over looking the highway. Even with the door shut it was very loud. I sleep light so I didnt get a great night's rest even on the 14th floor. Id call the hotel in advance to ensure you do not have room overlooking the highway if u are light sleeper.

I had high hopes for this hotel. 🏨 sadly it fell way below ⬇️ expectations. Upon entering lobby, there is a weird smell..maybe someone wore cheap perfume..it was smelling like that all the way to the elevator. Surprise..if you’re a DIAMOND ELITE you’re still getting $60 fee even if you don’t park a car. 🚘 The list of items they charge for this fee for is laughable. 🛗 the room itself was ok. Not exceptional and the heat worked on a cold night. The bed was comfy but the carpet was worn. The toilet was dirty upon entering room. The noise level was very high too as the room was near an ice machine. 40,000 points later I’m pissed. I ordered food at the bar. The $32 steak came with half of the steak greasy fat! The other half a mystery steak? I’ve eaten steaks before at IHG hotels and this was cringe. I want my money back. The salad was bad too. The drinks 🍹 however were fine. Next morning I ordered breakfast and it exceeded expectations. The WiFi in lobby jams your regular WiFi on phone. The phone doesn’t work until you connect with their WiFi. Suspect. With a lot of maintenance this could be a great IHG stay. Sadly, it isn’t worth it!

Service is great, I am sorry they have such an awful hotel to put up with. Our first room the battery was dead in the keycard reader on the door so we had to head back down 9 floors to get a new room. Completely exhausted we grabbed our cheap complimentary drinks and went to room number two. Still in good moods about the upcoming weekend cause of the staff. Elevators smell like urine, our room smells like feet and corn chips. I assumed it's because of the balcony and people leaving those doors open when they shouldnt. Kind if like those old cheap beach rentals. Crashed and had worst sleep of my life. Thought I was starting menopause at 35 but no, the air con just doesn't go below 75. Set to 70 before bed, lowered to 68, then went to sleep. It was 76 at 2am when I finally woke up enough times to check it. Cranked it down to 61 which is weird for hotel thermostat to even go that low and tried to go back to sleep. Still 75 at 8am. Will not be back, hotel is old and not maintained. Should be gutted and redone so it can be cleaned and soundproofed. There are other hotels for same cost that are significantly nicer. Hell you can stay at an actual disney value hotel for same cost. (we paid 165 plus $40 resort fee plus $25 parking for one night with breakfast not included).

Personally I would not stay at this hotel again when visiting Disney. In my opinion you are much better off getting a value resort or even better a discounted moderate resort. We paid almost $300 with parking and could have easily stayed at a moderate for that price. We stayed one night because I extended our trip and couldn't add a night to our Disney stay. Never again. The only thing this place has going for it is location and that it was quiet. Everything else is a hard hard pass. Room was deteriorated and outdated. Mattresses were sinking, bathroom had mold spots, and the carpet was pulling up off the floor. The "amenities" included an old microwave using timer technology (haven't seen this in ages) and a mini fridge that wasn't cold at all at first. There are no suitcase carts to use here...insane. They said bell services would help with our bags but they were very busy when we first came and needed to get into our room for rest. I did really enjoy the walking distance to Disney springs and how quiet it was. That was it and the only reason I gave 2 stars. Don't stay here. Go to a Disney value or a moderate for the same or less price.
