I stayed one night for the IBS tradeshow. Rosen Plaza was new to me and I selected it at the last minute, so my choices of Hotels were very... limited as most hotels were already booked. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. They told me there were on going renovations (re-doing bathrooms) and it would be noisy up to 5PM. It would have been nice to mention it when I reserved, but I any case, my choices were VERY limited. The valet parking people were very kind and great overall. One of the guys gave me a very good discount at their restaurant and was always pointing me in the right direction around the Convention Center. Overall... Good experience and I would definitely go back.

Stayed here for a business conference at the attached convention center and very happy with all aspects of the stay. Hotel itself is beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, room was excellent. Didn't use the pool or hotel restaurants but they all looked very nice.

Not the slightest bit impressed at all. I came here to meet a friend for a couple drinks and left my car with the valet. When I came out the valet was nowhere to be found and my car was sitting there unlocked and unattended. I went to the front desk and she had to fall someone to come out to look for the valet. Finally found him in his car sleeping. My car was sitting there unlocked and unattended!!!! My car is one of the easiest and most stolen cars around. Thankfully I have a superior anti theft system on it. I was not the slightest bit happy!!!

This hotel’s only redeeming virtues are their people. Everyone working there is lovely, and the rooms are as clean as they can be if they were designed in 1986. The hotel, however is not a 4 star. It is old and run down. For a huge hotel, the fitness center is tiny and gross (with no way to wipe or clean the equipment when you are done). I was part of a work conference room block so I did not choose to stay here in the first place and will not be staying here again.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were really nice, helpful and always smiling. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel - towards International Drive and Epic World. Nice views on a night all lit up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was closed for two days when we arrived due to maintenance, but when it opened it was lovely! Music around the pool and a Drinks quite expensive, but that's Florida. Still waiting for our $50 deposit back though.. **** UPDATE **** I did receive my $50 deposit back - thank you!
