Rosen Hotel is amazing! Great customer care, atmosphere, and location with a covered walkway to the convention center! It was perfect and all around great. There are different food choices, room service, and small shops all inside the Hotel. Bell service was exceptional! I highly recommend this Hotel. Especially if you’re going to the convention center for an event. I went to the Orlando Premiere Beauty Show. So much fun!

Came here for a conference because it was listed as connected to the conference center. Keep in mind that it's a LONG walk to get to the conference Center, particularly a, b, and c sections. The building itself looks nice in the rooms are nice looking. However, when we checked in they said, "oh by the way, there's construction going on from 9:00 to 6:00." It would have been nice if we had known that ahead of time because we would have selected a different hotel. If you listen to the video there's constant drilling all day long. We started out on the second floor but we're woken up to construction noise closer to 8:00 a.m. we were also right near the pool and they have a speaker with a deep base beat that goes on constantly for much of the night. I finally fell asleep around 2:00 a.m. We called and asked them to move us so they moved us up to the 14th floor but now we just happened to be between construction on both sides. The hammering starts around 8:30 and the drilling is so loud we have to raise our voices to hear each other. When we go to a hotel, we don't need a lot. A nice clean and quiet place to stay are the main things. Everything was clean, but it was far from quiet.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. It was closer to Seaworld and Universal Studios, a bit further for Disney. But the hotel had restaurants, very nice pool area, great gym and very well Maintained and clean. Definitely lives up to the 4.5 stars.

We’ve stayed here a few times. Our most recent stay was 7/2-7/5. Usually service is good. Our last stay, we discovered 3 left over poops from a dog in our room. When we advised the front desk clerk.. she really couldn’t care less. She said I can move you if that’s what you want. It’s not about moving. An acknowledgment and apology would’ve sufficed. We tip our housekeepers, even though we don’t get service while there. All we want is a clean, sanitized room. I’m happy we didn’t have any littles with us on this trip because initially I thought it was possibly left over ground beef or chocolate. Thank goodness we picked them up with tissues. And yes it was dog poop. The others had began to dry up and we flushed them.

We had a great time at this hotel this past weekend! We opted for the health and wellness package so we could have breakfast and WOW what a delightful treat! Food was terrific! And we want to give a special shout out to Sandy, who was our server! She was absolutely wonderful and we will be returning!!!
