We were in town with a client for the ASH 2025 conference. This is my 3rd year in a row scheduling meetings for clients at this conference, and planning with Amanda Militzer and her team was by far the smoothest planning experience I have had. We booked our meeting rooms very close to the event and Amanda made sure we still got everything we needed on time. She was very responsive and always pleasant. The AV team and Banquet Team at Rosen Plaza made sure all of our AV items and food items were set nicely in the room at least 15 mins early. Rosen Plaza is in a great location if you have meetings or exhibits at the Orange County Convention Center. The banquet team was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our many dietary restrictions within the group and took special care of our attendees with special diet needs. The meeting rooms are clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel. Staff were really nice, helpful and always smiling. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel - towards International Drive and Epic World. Nice views on a night all lit up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was closed for two days when we arrived due to maintenance, but when it opened it was lovely! Music around the pool and a Drinks quite expensive, but that's Florida. Still waiting for our $50 deposit back though.. **** UPDATE **** I did receive my $50 deposit back - thank you!

We stayed here three nights and it was great right from the beginning Kay at the front desk was wonderful, and called us immediately when our room was ready. Chuck at the bell desk was kind enough to give us a 25% discount at Jacks. But when we got to Jack’s, it was closed and Shawn at the bar, said we would be served the same food by him, and Alvin, the restaraunt Manager said he would honour the discount. They were both Fantastic hosts and the food was a 10 out of 10. Café Matisse is the breakfast place and it too was excellent. 39. Poolside bar and Grill, same, also excellent. First let me explain that I usually only stay stay at budget hotels..... so fancy and pricey is NOT my cup of tea... We were given a discount for visiting as Pop Warner Cheer Competition guests, however it was still a bit more pricey than what I tend to pay for a room. I gave it an "ok" rating because they didn't mind that we needed extra towels and the staff was friendly but it came with much smaller beds, thinner sheets, and less free amenities than my cheaper-still nice- hotels of choice that generally rather. There was a very small fridge with no freezer, no microwave, no free coffee or continental breakfast outside of the coffee you have to make yourself in the rooms... There is a 24/7 very overpriced and tiny convenience store, a twice-the-price starbucks, and an all you can eat breakfast buffet for approx $18/adult and $9/child, in the lobby.. it has the usual pool and hot tub, no kid pool, and a night club style inside dinner/restaurant with bar and outside pool bar.. 24hr gym that we never got to use and apparently a salon, ballroom, and conference rooms we also didn't get to see.. it is very close to universal and disney so that's a plus if you're there for that.. overall we did enjoy our stay and the rooms were quiet and well kept.

A well located property on International Drive. Lobby and staff are great. Rooms and buildings are in need of an update, paint, fixtures, etc. To be kind, the Wi-Fi was "spotty." It frequently disconnected during routine when activities. Staff were helpful and accommodating. For clarity, this is really a large motel, rather than a hotel.
