Pros, The place was big and roomy. We were able to fit two go go scooters and still had lots of space. Pleandy of easy access outlets for CPAP. It is being remodeled and now part of the shared amenities of the adjacent complex, and hotel for the pool. The location is very close to the two main Universal parks. Nearby Denny's and WaWa for cheap quick breakfast or dinner. Cons, Had a noisy group partying outside our window next to the pool. No security monitoring so at midnight called staff and they said they would send security. Next night same thing. So, no enforcement of quiet hour unless you ask, and was told security might not be able to do anything if the people were from the hotel. Really? Does the area not have a decibel limit that police can enforce? Earplugs were not enough. Also if you want a hot bath, your room and clothes will get damp because there is no glass on the window or door opening to the bedroom. The clothes closet is louvered and in the shower and bath areas. Kitchen is small for a timeshare but includes a stacked washer dryer.

We stayed here for 3 days, it was very nice, Rooms could use a little tech updating, like USB-USB-C outlets or lamps or stands with those plugs, but overall the room was very nice and was very clean.. The Staff here are very Friendly, Courteous and Respectful. The Young lady who checked us in ( Natalya ) was Amazing, very Polite and Professional. We arrived early and she got us pre checked in and made it a point to call us when our room was ready, That was very much appreciated.. Will recommend CALYPSO CAY And will be coming back in the future....

Nice resort. It isn't fancy or modern, but everything was clean and taken care of. The elevator in our building was a little scary so we used the stairs all week. The pools are great and the hot tubs were a good size.

It's great for a short vacation stay. Everything was clean, but the place could use some serious upgrades. The pool bar was great. We went so much that the servers and the owner knew us, lol. It could use a few more smoking areas. People do still smoke, and you don't want to run them off by being unfriendly to that group. It was close to a lot, and overall, we had a fun time. The screened patio was also great. We were glad it had a ceiling fan, making it quite pleasant at night.

This was a very nice resort . Really great location near by everything for tourism. Affordable rooms staycation . Wonderful customer service by Natalia. She was very accommodating even made sure she gave me extra coffee . Hotel coffee ☕️was really good. On our last night we really enjoyed the hotel 🏨 we went to the pool and enjoyed the nice warmth water of the hot tub 🛁. We made sure we cleaned up after ourselves before leaving and washed the towels and pillows cases used made sure bathroom was cleaned washed all dishes . It felt like we lived there like we were apart of the Florida community.Overall we had a really wonderful stay . A perfect way to end the summer !
