This is a truly amazing hotel where every need is met by an amazing team of staff! Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are kind, conscientious and ALWAYS happy to see you. The food is excellent with an array of different cuisines and dishes on offer, including a sunset bbq/buffet, the restaurant is on the beach and eating was our favourite time of the day with breathtaking views to lose yourselves in! 🥰 Rooms are divine and well kept/serviced daily. The general atmosphere is one of tranquility and the resort is right on the beach with stunning views. The resort is equipped with a massage spa which we took the pleasure in indulging in on several occasions during our stay, from thai massages to coconut scrubs snd herbal massages- the wonderful ladies who offer a plethora of outstanding thai massages are truly superb and really know their stuff!! One bad shoulder fixed! 🙏🏻🥰 To ALL the staff at the passage- thank you for a wonderful/special stay. We will return! Jeanette & Jonathan x

We just spend 6 days in this resort and had such a wonderful time. The rooms were so clean and the staff was always so friendly. They were ready to help anytime and it was nice to sometimes chat with them :) We loved the breakfast options and the pool. If you want to spend a few days on Koh Samui away from the busy touristy areas then this hotel is amazing! Thanks to all the staff to make our stay so enjoyable :)

We have just spent a lovely 10 days at the resort. We had a fabulous time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable and beautifully presented. The resort was ideally located in a canopy of palm trees and other tropical plants. The swimming pools were stunning and the outlook to the beach was breathtaking. We highly recommend this beautiful resort.

We stayed here the last two weeks and had an absolute fantastic time! The Hotel is wonderful! The staff is so friendly, helpful and kind, we honestly had a hard time saying goodbye when we left. I was in a couple of hotels in Thailand, but the staff here was the best! Amazing view, beautiful and clean rooms and really good food. Even the western dishes are great! The pool was always clean and is 10 meters from the sandy beach. The best part is "Sammy" the unofficial well being manager. He enjoys long beach walks and hunting for crabs in the sea. If you are lucky enough to meet him, give him a good pat from us. We are looking forward to stay here again and we wish all the best to all the great people there! The resort was very beautiful, with gorgeous rooms and lovely pools. The restaurant food was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The reception allowed you to communicate with the via WhatsApp, which was extremely convenient. While the staff were lovely and kind, they were very disorganised at mealtimes and I think would really benefit from a manager to oversee things - nothing major, but for example they were serving cups of yogurt with no spoons to eat them available - I had to ask 3 separate times for them.
