We spent just over a week at Tu Blue Passage Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff here are truly amazing - friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special mention to Yaya and Toey, who were incredibly kind and would take care of our baby while we enjoyed breakfast. Their thoughtfulness made our mornings so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We used the gym almost daily and found it to be clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable - just one step away from the ocean with access to a very neat and clean beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend Tu Blue Passage Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with the hotel’s service. Even though we had to cancel our trip due to an unexpected medical situation, the staff showed incredible understanding and kindness. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care, and even approved a full cancellation without any fees. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. We will absolutely choose this hotel when we return to Thailand. Highly recommended!

We have stayed for 10 days here. The staff are amazing. Especially Ployi, Newyear and M. They served some of the best food and cocktails we have ever had. Would reccomend staying here for any couple who like a more relaxed time. Everything is easy to get to but it is via taxi. Not much in walking distance. Rooms are amazing. All individual villas. Overall a brilliant hotel in a stunning location.

Recently stayed in a gorgeous garden villa in Oct 2025. If you want to stay somewhere away from the hussle and bussle of the main town areas - this is the place for you! All the staff are wonderful and so helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Smile and Pim!!!!! Highlights for me: - Off season at this time was lovely and quiet - My garden villa was perfect! Nice and big and clean - Resort food very tasty and fresh. Very well priced! - There is a massage place 2 min walk along the beach - bit cheaper than resort (just because I was on a budget) - Great Thai restaurant also 2 min walking from resort - The massage ladies also do a laundry service - Free shuttle to local town Nathon every day - book the day before. Pick up from resort at 10am and pick up in Nathon 1pm - plenty of time for shopping and massage - Sunsets were incredible! Had the beach to ourselves a couple of nights! - If you leave your room to be made up they also give you 2L of water, coke cans and snacks (peanuts and chips/crisps) Thank you so much Tui Blue - can't wait to see you all again soon!

All in all it is a good hotel for a nice vacation in a great location with many very friendly people, but should improve the rooms and some service standards. Not five star standard by Thai categories in my opinion, but a solid four. First the plus side: compared to other parts of the island the hotel is in a quiet location with a narrow, but beautiful Palm-lined beach right out front. Perfect to relax and with great sunsets. There are three clean and well maintained pools, but one of them (the largest one) is de facto not easy to enjoy. Other than many hotel pictures suggest it is lined only by private cabana beds that belong to the adjacent rooms. One bed was not even marked with a sign and a family with small children was actually chased off from there in a not-so-nice-tone by a staff member. So there is no room to rest or leave your stuff while swimming there, if you have a room somewhere else. Not a comfy welcome feeling. The restaurant breakfast is of good quality, but the selection is limited and repeats the same dishes way too often. The biggest problem is that popular items like fruit, cheese or juice were empty quite often and no refills happened without a long asking and waiting procedure. Dinner is good, but rather pricey for Thai hotel standards (30-50 % more than adjacent beach restaurants). The biggest drawback was our deluxe room. The daily service was never done before 4 p.m., some days as late as 6 p.m. That means no clean towels when you want to get ready for dinner. And the plumbing was a problem too. Canal smell in both adjacent rooms - one day here, one day there and so on. One faucet was barely running and one shower head burst, because the water came in such on-and-off-intervals until the plastic just broke. Maintenance did not look into it until our departure. Overall, go there for the beach, the sunsets and relaxing far from the loud Chaweng beach, but don't expect a very-high-quality-room, at least we didn't have one.
