This is an exceptional hotel. The architecture, the location, the service and the attention to detail are all very impressive. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and everyone from the cleaners to the gardeners greet you when they see you, to make sure that you feel welcome. Shout out to Khun Oh and her restaurant staff, who looked after us so well. Location wise, it is situated at the quieter end of Chaweng, so you can access the main strip easily, with Central shopping centre a 15 min walk away. But you still experience the serenity of beach life. Unfortunately for us, the water was a little murky this time, perhaps due to the rainy season. However, the sand is fine and white and it is still nice to read and watch the waves. Highly recommend.

I don’t think any review can truly capture how extraordinary this hotel and its staff are. They helped me organise a surprise proposal for my girlfriend, and the entire experience was nothing short of magical. The experience was amazing! Starting from the check in, the staff making sure our stay is exactly for us. The set up for our honeymoon was heartwarming. Hotel services, gym pool and spa were excellent. The breakfast was very high quality. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Staff is very pleasant and kind. Thank you so much!

An unforgettable stay at SALA Hospitality, Koh Samui (Chaweng Beach)! Our experience at this stunning resort on Chaweng Beach was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful — peaceful, elegant, and perfectly maintained — but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, but one team member, Dream, truly stood out. Dream was so impressive — her warmth and professionalism really stood out. If anyone deserves recognition or a promotion, it’s her! My partner and I were celebrating my birthday, and the team made it feel so special — far exceeding all expectations. We left feeling completely relaxed and looked after, and we’ve already decided that SALA and Koh Samui will be our regular holiday destination from now on. Highly, highly recommend!

Stayed here for our honeymoon and booked the pool villa. We had an absolute blast, the room was amazing, the staff and service were excellent. Amazing location - beachfront and a short stroll to the many bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.
