Hands down one of the best stays I have ever had at any resort in the world. As many other reviewers have stated, the experience is incredible from the moment you arrive on the property until you (sadly) depart. The villas are spacious, elegant and incredibly comfortable. We personally enjoyed using our private pool and the rain shower was a favourite. The beach is gorgeous with plenty of comfortable loungers and great beach services. The water was warm and very pleasant with decent snorkeling. I can’t say enough good things about the staff who are all incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Our personal concierge, Dada, was amazing ensuring that dinner reservations, logistics and other requests were seamless to organize. We enjoyed all of our meals, especially our dinner at Saffron. If you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience on the island set in a gorgeous environment with a beautiful beach and incredible accommodations and service then this is your place.

Beautiful resort with excellent service from the staff. We stayed for a week and were especially happy with the hospitality, as a group of 8pax we were bound to have all sorts of last min request but the staff were so accommodating and patience with us. Resort also provided lots of activities for us do with the kids as well as improvised for us. Our villa host, MM was very responsive and replied to our request fast. We had a wonderful massage from Charlene and Massy too. I would recommend to stay in this resort for anyone who wants to enjoy a luxury and quiet time as couple or with family. We managed to take a photo of a beautiful night sky on one of the night while walking back to our villa. Overall, we were all very please and kids were a little reluctant to go back home.

We had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Samui. The resort is absolutely stunning, and every detail exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The food was also outstanding—delicious, fresh, and of the highest quality. I genuinely think Banyan Tree Koh Samui may have ruined future holidays for us. We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some wonderful hotels over the years, but I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. We travelled with our 10-month-old daughter, and Banyan Tree made it very easy. Before we even arrived, our villa was beautifully prepared with a cot, baby bath, baby toiletries and plenty of bottled water. Throughout our stay, the team remembered our daughter’s name, introduced us to fresh local fruit each day, and quietly remembered all of our preferences without us ever needing to repeat ourselves. What impressed us most wasn’t that the staff responded to our requests, it was that, after the first day or two, we rarely had to ask. They anticipated what we needed. Housekeeping always came during our daughter’s naps, breakfast staff already knew our dietary requirements, and everything just happened seamlessly. It made the holiday feel genuinely relaxing. A special thank you to our villa host, Fern, who was exceptional, along with Eng, Sydney, Am and the wonderful teams at Saffron and Sands. We’d also like to recognise John, the head chef at breakfast. Both my daughter and I have dietary requirements, and every morning John remembered exactly what we could eat and made sure we were beautifully looked after. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we genuinely appreciated. The villas are stunning and incredibly well designed for families. Having separate living and outdoor spaces meant our daughter could nap peacefully while we still enjoyed the private pool and the rest of the villa - a luxury that’s hard to overstate when travelling with a baby. Breakfast was outstanding, and we loved the thoughtful touches throughout the resort, like complimentary chilled water and cool towels at both the beach and the pools. The beach itself is beautiful, although a little rocky for swimming, but the pools more than made up for it. Luxury hotels often promise personalised service, but Banyan Tree Koh Samui genuinely delivers it. Beautiful villas and facilities can be found in many places, but it’s the people who make this resort truly exceptional. Every interaction felt warm, genuine and effortless. This is, without question, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We left wondering how any future holiday could possibly live up to it. Thank you to everyone at Banyan Tree Koh Samui for giving our family memories we’ll treasure forever—we cannot wait to return.

Our experience at Banyan Tree was truly exceptional. From the stunning property and outstanding food to the facilities and, above all, the service, the hotel has set a new standard for luxury hospitality. When it started raining, the staff brought our clothes in from the outdoor area to our room without us even asking. They even folded the clothes that had been left outside. Throughout our stay, everyone showed incredible care and attention to our baby, Leo. I would especially like to recognize a staff member named **Bumbim**. She was kind, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. She even offered to look after our baby free of charge while my wife and I enjoyed the Rainforest experience at the spa. She was warm, empathetic, genuinely caring, and provided truly outstanding service. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel. Our stay was exceptional in every way.
