My stay at Banyan Tree was truly memorable, not just because of the beautiful property, but because of how exceptionally well I was taken care of throughout my visit. From the smallest requests to overall comfort and attention, everything was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. A special mention to my villa host, Tak, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, thoughtful, and always available whenever needed. What stood out the most was her sincere hospitality — she never made anything feel like a formality. Every interaction was warm, personal, and reassuring, which made the entire stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The level of follow-up and guest care at Banyan Tree is truly impressive. They pay attention to details, remember preferences, and make you feel genuinely valued rather than just another guest. It is rare to experience hospitality that feels this personal and effortless. Grateful for such a fabulous experience and the wonderful memories created during my stay.

Beautiful resort with excellent service from the staff. We stayed for a week and were especially happy with the hospitality, as a group of 8pax we were bound to have all sorts of last min request but the staff were so accommodating and patience with us. Resort also provided lots of activities for us do with the kids as well as improvised for us. Our villa host, MM was very responsive and replied to our request fast. We had a wonderful massage from Charlene and Massy too. I would recommend to stay in this resort for anyone who wants to enjoy a luxury and quiet time as couple or with family. We managed to take a photo of a beautiful night sky on one of the night while walking back to our villa. Overall, we were all very please and kids were a little reluctant to go back home.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Banyan Tree Samui and had the most wonderful and luxurious experience. Our villa was so beautiful and peaceful, and the service from the entire Banyan Tree staff was truly above and beyond. The resort never felt overcrowded, and the shared facilities, the food, and the spa were all stellar. We especially enjoyed our massages from Charlene and Tiara! Banyan Tree Koh Samui is a wonderful place to rest and enjoy the most stunning surroundings. Our family holiday was a great success. The family villa was very comfortable, clean and provided an amazing and large private space with a breathtaking view. The food was delicious - whether it was breakfast, lunch at the Beachside or dinner at Saffron. All the staff was very helpful and always smiling. Our villa host Pim took good care of us, especially making sure that our twins' birthday was an unforgettable day. We enjoyed relaxing at the beach, enjoying the spa and simply chilling at the villa.
