Recently spent 11 days at this stunning hotel. From.the moment we arrived until departure the friendliness of the staff never ever faulted. Always extremely friendly, polite, smiling, happy and willing to assist us. Our room was amazing, a Beach Front Pool Villa room both room and our little pool/spa was kept exceptionally clean and tidy, fresh linen, towels and pool towels everyday. Plus a beach bag for our use!!. A little surprise box of Thailand delicacies was left on our bed every night, which were yummy!! Breakfast was lovely great choice of food with the Co-ordinator coming around every morning to have an individual chat with us and all the guests. She was absolutely delightful. The bar staff were amazing too. Infact one staff members remembered the name of a bottle of wine we had had previous at the very beginning of our stay over dinner one night and able to serve the same wine again. I would thoroughly and totally recommend this hotel and definately would stay again for longer next time. Well.done to all the staff and a big big thank you for giving us such an amazing stay. I had an amazing stay at Culture Hotel. The hotel offers a beautiful view, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Ms. Lala for her incredible support and guidance throughout my stay. She took the time to explain the hotel facilities and was always ready to help with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Thank you so much, Lala, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You made me feel completely at home. Experiences like this are what make a stay truly memorable. This hotel is absolutely amazing. My husband and I loved it and we really didn’t want to leave. The rooms have an amazing ocean view and the pool area is so lush! The staff and the service is very good. Every night they would do a turndown service and you would receive a different Thai sweet every evening, such a cute attentive detail. The breakfast was also very good, we really enjoyed it. They also had bikes and paddle boards available to use for free which was a great addition!

Location is absolutely great! ✨ * Only 10 minutes from the airport * Just 1 minute to McDonald’s * Plenty of local food options right opposite the hotel * About 5 minutes to Wat Phra Yai * Many excellent massage shops within walking distance * Around 15 minutes to Fisherman’s Village Night Market Special Note: A heartfelt thank you to Ahmie, Kwan, and the rest of the team (unfortunately, we didn’t get everyone’s names) for their wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they kindly allowed us to check in early. On the day of departure, since our flight was at 7:30 PM, they even offered us the option to take a shower before heading to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. To make my birthday even more special, they surprised me with a complimentary slice of cake and a lovely bed decoration. Every evening, they also left us a sweet treat to end the day on a delightful note. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean and replenishing everything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😊

Had an amazing and memorable experience at The Culture Koh Samui. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we’ve received friendly and thoughtful service from the entire staff team. They have fantastic attention to detail and it’s the little things like the turn down service with a different Thai sweet treat the end of every night that they do for you that truly makes the experience wonderful. Not only this we had a small injury inside of the room and immediately the staff helped attend to our needs. Beyond this the property is modern and beautifully designed. The pool and beach area is beautiful morning, afternoon and night. All the areas are well kept and maintained. They also have different activities on everyday for example on Monday we did a sunset yoga session that was complimentary with our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Western and Thai options. We got in room dining from the restaurant MuiMui attached To the hotel and every single dish was extraordinary, well executed and had great flavour. Theres not a single thing for me to fault and I wish I could stay here forever. Will definitely be back.
