We came here for our honeymoon and we loved our stay here. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, they were also very helpful if you had questions or queries. The room was excellent, clean and spacious with a small plunge pool. There was a minibar that was well stocked with a good variety, and you could ask for your pool to be cleaned, and room was cleaned every day unless you specify. Information was informative and easy to digest. The hotel app was really helpful for booking shared transport to other areas such as Fisherman’s Village at a reduced rate compared to private taxis. Breakfast was excellent with a range of Thai and international products. Lunch was nice and in a beautiful setting although not the best value (to be expected at a hotel restaurant though). The pool areas are excellent and well maintained. We spent some time here to relax and it had beautiful views of the beach and surrounding areas. Gym has all the necessities. Location is quiet. Great for relaxing, though taxi’s are more expensive here compared to other parts of Thailand. If you’re wanting to explore the island, hiring a bike/ car would be best, or take an island tour to see lots of the sights in one day like we did. I recommend the Pui Relax restaurant for local food which is around the corner. Overall loved our stay here! Would come again.

From the second we arrived, it felt like the staff rolled out the red carpet for us. This resort is exceptionally priced, with an extremely high level of service from every staff member. They were able to assist us with any questions or requests that we had, and did so with a smile. The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping does a great job. The location is excellent, only a 10 minute drive from the airport as well as Chaweng, but you feel like you are in a secluded beach resort when you are on property. The front desk staff is accommodating, and everybody greets you when they see you. The resort uses an app for housekeeping requests and general inquiries, which is much better than having to call on the phone. We were all blown away with the service that we received. The beach is in a secluded area, so it is not packed with outsiders. You can snorkel, paddleboard, or kayak for free. The pool is refreshing and has an awesome view of the ocean. Breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is top-notch. The Thai food tastes authentic, as well as some of the more western options such as pizza. I have been to Samui three times, and this is definitely my new go-to! Thanks to everyone for making our stay so wonderful.

...and if I could I would give a 1000 Stars! I don't even know where to begin speaking about this Resort, it's simply the best place we have ever been to! In terms of place, service, comfort, cleanliness and also facilities-this resort has everything and really brings the best of Thailand right to you. But standing out for me is the service, each and every staff member here gives all their heart into their profession and makes your stay unforgettable. We had a few issues and were helped right away, they really go all out for you as a guest. And the villas are simple, yet beautiful, spacious and super cozy. We felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. We were so happy that we keep recommending this place to our friends and best bet - we will come back! Thank you so much to all the people who made our stay beautiful from breakfast to spa to booking tours around the island. You'll find only the best here!! Thanks a ton!!

Such a lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was great, very comfortable, lots of space, the private pool was a nice touch, and very well maintained (clean). The hotel facilities are good, lovely breakfast, good cocktails, good dinner, and all served by lovely staff (Boss and Da are great, but so are the rest of the staff). I really felt welcome here, and I think the staff really made this stay special. The hotel is very relaxing, beautiful setting with great views. I would 100% go back if I was ever in Samui again :)

The hotel is really beautifuly located in a private Bay very calm. The accommodations are great and the rooms are wonderful. We had a private pool, which was a great addition to our stay. The Service is really good by the Hotel’s team members. They definitely need to update the gym to stand for the standards of a five star hotel, and also could improve on the food at the breakfast buffet, but in overall, we had a very good and Pleasant stay, we will come back for the serenity and great service.
