Such a lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was great, very comfortable, lots of space, the private pool was a nice touch, and very well maintained (clean). The hotel facilities are good, lovely breakfast, good cocktails, good dinner, and all served by lovely staff (Boss and Da are great, but so are the rest of the staff). I really felt welcome here, and I think the staff really made this stay special. The hotel is very relaxing, beautiful setting with great views. I would 100% go back if I was ever in Samui again :)

This was a lovely resort with fantastic staff and service. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Reception were very good and helpful, making check-in easy and answering any questions we had. Dinner was great with a good selection, and the pool area was fantastic—especially with the excellent cocktails! The staff by the pool were always smiling and attentive, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great service, delicious food and drinks, and a warm, welcoming vibe.

My new wife and I stayed here for the first 5 nights of our honeymoon. This place was amazing, beautiful as it was the staff made it even better, they couldn't have been more amazing and every interaction with them was thoughtful and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was top quality and well priced, and although you can eat cheaper outside of the resort, the glorious views and service easily make up for it. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy and well maintained, and the public areas again were well maintained and clean. We had a great time here and can't thank the team enough for looking after us during our stay. Thank you for making our honeymoon start off so special, Dan and Ruth ❤️

The app made everything seamless and hassle-free, allowing us to focus on relaxing and enjoying our holiday. The dining options at SAii Koh Samui Villas are top-notch. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and the presentation and flavours were consistently outstanding. Overall, our experience at SAii exceeded all expectations. The combination of amazing service, friendly staff, great food, modern amenities, and breathtaking private beach views made it a truly unforgettable getaway. We can’t wait to return!
