We’ve just come back from the best holiday in the world at this hotel. This was a dream holiday for me that I wanted to go for years so I researched so many hotels meticulously on the island and decided this one was perfect and I couldn’t have been more right. People said Chaweng was a party location but honestly for us this was the most amazing location - we even rented the car and drove the whole island and decided we liked Chaweng the best. Such a fun bustling vibe but also lovely beaches and authentic unlike some beaches that just felt like a resort anywhere in the world. The hotel has a gorgeous jungle vibe and feels so premium. I wanted luxury for my 30th birthday and that’s what we got. We got treated like royalty by the incredible staff who even decorated the room and gave me a cake on my birthday. They were so attentive. The hotel itself is stunning and the beach may be shallow but it’s the best views on the island. The restaurant was amazing, we loved the buffet breakfast and the bbq evening on the beach was like a dream, one of the best things we did! The room was perfect, so big and the jacuzzi bath was a beautiful end to our evenings. Loved the app they have too so you can communicate through that, see offers and alerts and book housekeeping. On our last day we used the spa, and wow!!! Best massage I’ve ever had and the views from the spa were stunning. We loved that we could use the kayak for free at the hotel too, that was so fun. We tried the free shuttle to the other sister hotel too to see the beach there but much preferred this hotel, the location and beach are nicer and felt more like a true Thai experience. Overall, could not recommend this hotel enough and we’ve made memories there that will last a lifetime.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Muang Samui Villas & Suites—a true luxury escape that somehow blends rainforest serenity with beachfront living in the most seamless way. The pool area is a real highlight—designed in a way that feels almost like a natural rock pool, blending beautifully into the surroundings rather than feeling constructed or artificial. It creates a calm, holistic environment that’s perfect for unwinding. The rooms are equally impressive, with beautiful private terraces that are perfect for slow mornings or evening downtime. Many of the villas also feature private pools, and the standout detail is the unique jacuzzi bath in each room, which adds a real sense of indulgence and privacy. What makes the resort even more special is its location. It sits just next to Chaweng Regent Beach Resort, meaning you’re only steps away from Chaweng Beach. It’s incredibly easy to move between pool, beach, and nearby attractions, which makes the stay feel effortless and flexible. You’re also within easy walking distance of Central Festival Samui and surrounding shops and bars, so everything you need is close by without ever needing transport. A really great bonus is the daily shuttle service to Royal Muang in the north, which adds an excellent opportunity for a twin-centre style stay and exploring more of the island. Overall, Muang Samui Villas & Suites delivers a peaceful, luxurious, and highly immersive experience—perfect for anyone wanting both nature-inspired tranquillity and easy access to Chaweng’s energy.

This was a true amazing experience! We were incredibly surprised by the room and surroundings. This place is by far more beautiful than the pictures show. The resort is like a small jungle, the room is very spacious, clean, incredible thailand design, with so many nice details. Great great location, restaurants and bar nearby, on walking distance, the area is so alive, but still the resort is so quiet.. If you walk on the beach on both directions, this resort is the most beautiful, with the most beautiful beach. We recommend from all our hearts this hidden jam🥰

Very welcoming and tentative, the rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and amazing. Please book through the hotel as they will give you a discount. I missed my flight and received help from receptionist pinky and pa pang, they took care of me and helped me book another taxi to the airport, got me some refreshments as I was really hot and stressed, they then conversed with me to take my mind off of my problems. Will be staying here every time I am in Koh samui! Location is also in a good area, right on the beach and opposite a restaurant/bar.

Muang Samui has it’s own beauty and relaxation kind of hotel to stay with. In the middle of the hustle bustle city, yet you can find serenity and calmness all the way through your stay. Staff are one of the greatest factors that this hotel possesses. Great teamwork and definitely one of the best places you can stay in Chaweng beach.
