Rum Tasting Class at Explorar! Joey was amazing! He explained everything about the Koh Samui rums and guided us through the cocktail-making experience so well. He was informative, funny, polite, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Really appreciated the effort and energy he brought — highly recommend doing this with Joey at Explorar Resort! The resort itself is amazing with great view, lovely pool & beach & amazing interior. Quiet & peaceful must visit if you are looking for a relaxed vacation. Also the staff is soo helpful and polite. Really felt good at heart.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we enjoyed our stay so much! Service here is excellent. The staff is so nice and I really enjoyed our entire stay. The gym was terrific, it had all the equipment we needed. The pizza class was so fun and the rum tasting class with Harry was amazing! Harry is very knowledgeable and we had so much fun with him. The pool is also superb. I would come back in a heart beat. Thank you for an amazing stay 💜

An Absolute 5-Star Paradise! Exceptional Service, Views, and Activities! We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, offering the perfect balance of great accessibility and high privacy. The property is flawlessly maintained, and our room was spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the front desk team for their lightning-fast responses—especially Benz, who handled all of our requests quickly and efficiently. Honestly, the entire staff was so friendly, warm, and always eager to help with a smile. The food here is delicious, and the hotel features an unbeatable ocean view alongside an amazing pool that we just couldn't get enough of. Another highlight was the variety of activities offered. We joined the complimentary pizza-making class, which was incredibly high value! The instructor, Frank, gave super clear explanations and kept the session highly interactive. The pizza chef, Myo, was also wonderful, guiding us step-by-step while letting us learn the techniques hands-on. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

I booked the Explorar Koh Samui by chance and being my first time in koh samui and a solo traveller, i am so so glad i booked this beautiful resort!! I booked my room for a good deal and because of it's reasonable rate i was kinda skeptical if the hotel would probably be a so and so hotel but to my surprise it turned out beyond my expectations! Beautiful property, every corner is so well taken care of... Beautiful staff - very friendly, very helpful, very courteous. A very thoughtful hotel.. while most hotels i have been to, they would serve pork in the main buffet line and we will need to repeatedly ask staffs which food does not contain pork. Whereas at the Explorar Koh Samui, i was pleasantly taken aback that the main breakfast buffet line was always vegetarian, and only on the side counter did they serve pork. Im not a vegetarian but i just loved their breakfast every morning! Oh and their ala carte lunch menu 🤌🏻👌🏼👩‍🍳 toooo good!! The spa was amazing, Pen my friendly masseuse was realllly good. Everything about the Explorar is amazing and great value for money!! Cant wait to go back!
