Great hotel. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms are smaller but very nice. Pool/beach bag and towels, robe, waters, flip flops provided in room. Good breakfast at restaurant. 10 minute walk to beach. Main downside to this hotel is there are not good sidewalks to get to main street or beach and extremely strenuous hill to climb to get back to hotel. If they would provide a ride to the main shopping/eating/beach area it would be perfect. Adults only hotel (well 13 and up) which is nice.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful from the receptionists (Jason was our favorite) to the cleaning ladies. We felt really welcomed at the first second we arrived. We as a couple enjoyed our stay at the fullest. The rooms are clean and the location is really calming. The breakfast was good and the pool in the 4. floor is great to enjoy the evenings. You can walk down to the village or get yourself a grab/taxi. There are many restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. Hope to see you all next year :) we would totally recommend this Hotel

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Amazing sea view & pool facilities. The facilities & food are amazing- especially the breakfast- all different types of eggs & fresh juices made to order. The friendly staff absolutely make this place perfect, nothing is too much trouble. Jason on the welcome desk was our hero - he managed to get us booked in for an extra night at the end of our stay in Thailand- thank you so much!

Pre Inception

The SIS Kata is a stunning hotel perched above Kata Beach, offering incredible sea views, stylish modern rooms, and a really relaxed, luxurious vibe. The infinity pool area is a highlight — perfect for watching the sunset — and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I needed. The location is also great, just a short walk down to the beach and local shops. However, my stay was overshadowed by a bout of food poisoning I unfortunately got after eating at the hotel’s restaurant. It was really disappointing, especially given how great everything else about the hotel was. I believe it was the salmon gravlax which caused it, and it definitely affected my experience. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d still recommend it for the rooms, views, and atmosphere — just be cautious about dining at the hotel and maybe try some of the great local restaurants nearby instead. With some improvements to food safety and quality, this place could easily be a 5-star stay.

Absolutely stunning hotel 200m from the sea and up to the hill with the best sea view ever . Yes it is a little bit challenging the road until the hotel and its not for all the people especially for those that dont work out a lot 😀 but its way quieter than to be in front of the main road believe me. Good size room with all the amenities and amazing service . All the staff was extremely polite and helpful from the reception to the sky bar everything was amazing. Breakfast had everything you can ask for and you can have it in the pool on the big veranda with all the Kata beach in front of you . Highly recommended, hope will be back again !!
