This hotel made our stay in Kata really special. We were welcomed with a Thai healthy juice, an aromatherapy infused cold flannel and a mini ice cream cone and of course they carried our bags. We were given a free upgrade probs because it’s low season so had a double bed each!!- air con was easy to operate and strong. Lovely balcony with amazing view, lovely shower no problems with water temperature or pressure. Happy hour is daily from 12-2 and 4-6 and the cocktails were really well made and delicious. Buffet breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. Service was excellent and the pool was lovely with different areas to chill at. You can enjoy your cocktails in the pool too. Would definitely return and recommend for couples and families as it has a resort vibe. Went during low season June 2026.

Rooms, service, and location all 10/10. They greeted us warmly, with smiles, and a little welcome gift of iced tea, ice cream, and a nicely scented cold wash cloth. I cannot speak Thai but they spoke English well and thoroughly communicated the details of all the services. Room was amazing and the view of the pool is beautiful and luxurious. After resting a bit, we went to Kata beach which is just a few minutes walk. Saw people taking surfing lessons which we will try tomorrow. So far, everything has been amazing. Highly recommend this place for the room, location, and service.

We ended up at Chanalai Flora Resort after a truly terrible experience at another property, and honestly, finding this hotel completely changed our trip. We discovered the resort while walking around Kata Beach and decided to stop in. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more kind and welcoming. After what we had just gone through at our previous hotel, we were understandably cautious. The staff happily showed us a room first so we could make sure everything met our expectations before booking. That level of understanding and professionalism immediately put us at ease. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and very well maintained. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the property and about the guest experience. Throughout our stay, employees were constantly checking to make sure everything was perfect and asking if we needed anything. The location is excellent. It’s only about a five-minute walk to both the beach and the walking market, which made everything easy and convenient without being noisy or chaotic. The restaurant was also surprisingly good. Breakfast hours are very generous, which is great on vacation when you don’t want to rush your mornings. We also loved that each dinner service had a different nightly theme, which kept things interesting. The resort has two large pools, activities for kids, and a relaxed atmosphere that works equally well for couples or families. After the nightmare that brought us here in the first place, Chanalai Flora Resort felt like a lifesaver. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

I am honestly blown away by how kind and welcoming all the staff have been during my stay. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable, the poolside atmosphere is so much fun, and the breakfast every morning has been absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.. I would happily stay here again.

One of the best stays in Phuket. Most importantly, great location. Beach and hustle-bustle is 5 minute walk from the resort. The staff is extremely kind, courteous and helpful. They go out of the way to help you. Mind and Mai were very warm and affectionate to my daughter. I have no words to express my gratitude for them. Overall, the resort is super amazing.
