A little late with this review as our stay was back in May, but it's long overdue! We had such a wonderful stay, and I especially want to thank the team for leaving a cute surprise for my birthday 😗. 😍 A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Magnusson and, most especially, the housekeeping staff for going the extra mile to make the day feel so special. The Filipino staff at the front desk were always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Every interaction made us feel right at home and they never failed to greet us whenever we arrived or left, whatever time it was 😃 The food was another highlight of our stay. I got to try Khao Soi Gai for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant servers were friendly, attentive, and always made dining a pleasure. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and excellent hospitality. We left with wonderful memories, and we hope we'll have the chance to stay with you again in the near future 😘 you made our Phuket stay amazing 🥰

Our stay at Sunprime Kamala Beach Resort was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home straight away. The resort has everything you could want—beautiful pools with two swim-up bars, direct beachfront access, spacious rooms, and a great range of daily activities including yoga, water aerobics, and screenings of the Women’s World Cup. A special thank you to Tanya at the front desk, who went above and beyond to extend our stay and later welcomed us back after we changed our travel plans just to spend our final night at the resort. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an extensive selection to suit all tastes, enjoyed with stunning beachfront views. Being an adults-only resort also created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding by the pool with a cocktail. We loved our stay so much that we extended it and even returned for our last night in Phuket. I couldn’t recommend Sunprime Kamala Beach Resort more highly and will definitely be back.

Great location right next to beach and a short walk into town. The beach is beautiful and staffed with life guards during the day. The resort is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are amazingly kind, friendly, and helpful. They truly made me feel welcome and at home every day of my stay. Special thanks to Jayson, Tae, Way, Nithi, and all the others whose gracious hospitality and warmth made my time there so much more fun and enjoyable.

What a beautiful beachfront resort! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by friendly reception staff and offered a refreshing glass of coconut water during check-in, which is a lovely touch. The porters efficiently take care of your luggage and deliver it straight to your room, making the whole arrival experience smooth and relaxing. My room was pure bliss—clean, modern, and spacious, with a fantastic view overlooking the pond, lush gardens, and a peaceful massage hut. It really felt like a private retreat. The resort features four pools, two of which have swim-up bars, along with plenty of sun loungers. I never had any trouble finding a spot, and the pools were pleasantly uncrowded, which made it even more enjoyable. There are also several on-site restaurants, though I didn’t get the chance to try them during my short two-night stay. Prices for drinks, food, and massages are very reasonable, and the resort also offers a variety of fitness classes throughout the day for those who want to stay active. Overall, this resort is a true gem on the beach, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning!

Sunprime Kamala Beach is the ultimate in luxury. The grounds are enormous, with four pools (two with swim up bars), balconies for every room, onsite mini-market, doctor, and gym, two restaurants, all on the beachfront. The grounds and rooms are immaculate, the rooms are huge, and the bathrooms up to the highest western standards. The staff are all incredible. They are all local to Phuket, with various levels of English, yet they are successfully communicating with visitors from over the world who also have limited English. Every visitor I saw was engaged in positive interactions with all staff - a very difficult feat in tourism. I'd also like to acknowledge Tae in the restaurant. Of his own initiative, he is learning sign language because he believes every guest should be able to communicate with the staff. The deaf guests had a brilliant time with Tae, with them all joking together every time they were together. All the restaurant staff are wonderful. They remember you, your preferences, and previous conversations. Impressive for the size of the resort. Many guests told us they are regular visitors to Sunprime Kamala Beach, and it's easy to see why. This is the place to come for the very best of relaxing holidays. I will absolutely be back!
