Great location to access Kata Beach or Kata Noi Beach. About 10 min walking for both. You get a welcome drink when you arrive. Staff are friendly, rooms are decent with working AC, there is a pool with a pool bar, pool table, gym, and massage services available. There is a bit of a view to Kata Beach. There is a free shuttle to both beaches. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping was very prompt if they got a call. Overall great choice. Would return. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which is quite good and has live music.

Best value for money. the view is great and the breakfast is fine too. service was great and the room was clean. As many pointed out, the way to your room is stairway, it didnt feel comfortable watching Russian old ladies climb up the stairs. 80% Russian/Western guests, 10-15% Chinese/Asian.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and felt brand new. Most importantly, the food was incredibly delicious! The location is perfect — close to cultural attractions, beautiful temples, and stunning beaches with crystal-clear water. Truly a five-star experience in every way!

This hotel is not disability friendly due to enormous amount of stairs with no lifts an only 1 ramp to access the reception from the car park everywhere else has stairs. Hotel is based on a hill so difficult to access hotel that way to avoid stairs. Food poisoning from restaurant on 2nd night however they offered to compensate for the meals and this started on the boat trip which made it horrendous. Room cleaned daily. Basic toiletries. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet extensive variety, beach nearby. Traffic much busier than krabi

The property is well maintained and offers stunning views of the area. Staff 10! Service 10! Cleanliness 10! Food quality 10! Proximity to shopping / beaches 10! The only drawback was climbing stairs to and fro. If you are looking for a property with great value and a memorable experience..... Orchidacea is for you!!
