We enjoyed our 4-night stay at Orchidacea very much! The room was a very good size and was modern, no complaints there at all. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The pool was great, never too busy, but a good vibe and perfect for sunbathing. We made good use of the gym too, which is pretty decent. Breakfast was ok, we’re happy with just some toast and croissants, but we weren’t blown away like we were at somewhere we stayed in Koh Samui. The food at the pool and restaurant was very good though. It’s really well positioned with some great restaurants not too far away. I would maybe consider staying in one of the hotels actually on the bay of Kata Noi next time as the vibe was much nicer that way compared to Kata. One thing to note, there are a lot of steps up to the hotel rooms. We’re in our 20s and fit, so it wasn’t an issue, but if you have any mobility issues the. Definitely check what options they have before booking!

I want to tell you about vacation in Orchidacea Resort. Rested in early December. The main request was a beautiful view from the room. He was great. The room was clean, towels were enough, even bathrobes. The staff liked the most at the reception. Very nice and nice. The hotel has a communication system with guests through Watsapp. Any requests and problems are solved instantly. We asked lunch boxes several times, all in time, fresh, tasty and lots of😊 The pool is cleaned daily, Sun loungers and umbrellas are enough. Breakfast is varied, fruit many, there are 2 types of soup and different meat dishes. The hotel liked very much! I recommend everyone. Let's go back-be sure only here.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, and the staff are amazing. My Daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every mintue, ideal location although it does have steps up to reception and to the rooms but there is a services to be taken to your room via an vehicle. There is a free shuttle service to and from the beaches but never used it as we like to walk and discover the area we are staying. We did have a thai massage are the hotel which was just what we needed, a little different from massages in the UK but definitely did the trick and would go back again. There is a lovely outdoor pool play area and pool table are under cover. Would definitely recommend this hotel

For us it was the best choice to stay in Orchidacea Resort hotel. We really value waking up to beautiful views and amazing service. Only thing is that there is no elevator so you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the top. But there's a small car to bring you up with your luggage and whenever you don't feel like climbing up yourself. The staff in this hotel in unbelievably helpful. My husband got sick one night around 2am and they found us a doctor to visit in the room. Also its such a clean hotel we chose to dine here multiple times. Something i didnt see in other hotels, they have what'sup and you can contact them with whatever you need. They take really good care of you and i would definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

Thank you very much for the holiday. We have been on holiday with you many times, this time only 1 week. Unfortunately we were sick with pneumonia for 4 of the days. Thank you for the service during the days we were sick, you were nice and called our room if there was anything we needed or if you could help.
