Overall, a good value-for-money stay with a very clean room and honest, helpful staff. Just to clarify, this is not a beachfront resort. The beach is about a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and the walk back is uphill. The property feels more like a hotel than a resort. The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Big Buddha is around a 20 to 25 minute drive away. A special mention to the staff for their honesty. I accidentally left my jewellery box in the safe, and they confirmed they had found it, including a small gold item inside. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

The hotel staff are amazing, breakfast is very good with a huge selection to choose from, the pool area is great and food and drinks good but slow. Rooms are small but with balconies that have fantastic views of the mountains and the beach. There is no lifts although the staff carry your bags to your room.

The best experience I had of this trip and staying at this resort was the highlight. The staff was super courteous and warm. The room was absolutely amazing. I booked the room with sea view and it did not disappoint me. Loved the dinner time musical evening. Peter was an amazing singer and such a gracious manager. Loved the ambience , comfort. It's so close to kata beach. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and you are there. Will definitely come again !!! 5 star rating for this.

I would recommend this hotel when traveling to Matalan Phuket. Yes it's steep and alot of steps but shuttles available and staff available to help. Good views comes with going up stairs. But lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. Always spotless. Pool and bar is a lovely area. Restaurant has great choice and the food is lovely. Surrounded by beaches and other restaurants. Loved this place and would come back. Made my husbands 40th birthday special. Thanks again for a wonderful stay ❤️🇹🇭🐘

Amazing hotel and staff. We stayed at Orchidacea resort for 10 days and we absolutely loved it! Clean and nice room, delicious breakfast and a very service minded and kind staff. We just returned home and already miss being there. We truly recommend this resort. The restaurant at the hotel is also of a very high quality. No doubt that we will choose this hotel again when travelling to Phuket/Kata beach❤️ Upon check out we got there cute keychains. Thank you for making our stay a an amazing experience.
