  • Beverages at the Tamarind Tree Restaurant, including drinking water, soft drinks, fruit juice, milkshakes, mocktails, cocktails, beer, spirits and hot/ice coffee and tea (12 noon to 9pm - last orders 8.30pm)
  • Lunch at the Tamarind Tree Restaurant (1 main dish and 1 dessert from the lunch menu, 12 noon to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Tamarind Tree Restaurant (1 starter, 1 main dish and 1 dessert from the dinner menu and coffee or tea to finish, 6pm to 9pm - last order 8.30pm)
  • One portion of homemade ice cream per person at the Tamarind Tree Restaurant (12 noon to 5pm)

We are a family of 5 that stayed at the Seaview Hotel Patong for 9 nights in July. * The location, beach views and ambiance was excellent. Away from the bustle but within walking distance. * The staff were absolutely friendly, professional and treated any query with a quick turn around. (We had hot water issues only) * The rooms were comfortable, supplied daily with necessary toiletries ( ear buds, shower caps, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). In addition, water and teas/coffees were also supplied daily. *The breakfast selection was excellent and there were variations daily. The staff supplied anything that was asked for. * The pool facilities were excellent. My family spent lots of happy hours in both pools. * The staff kept our luggage as we reached the hotel early on check in day and kept it on checkout as we had a whole day after checkout. We were offered shower facilities on both days even with towels in the guest bathrooms. * Our Seaview stay was top notch. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Highly Recommended Property - We stayed three nights with family and found the room to be clean, with a great location. In the morning, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, and the sound of the waves is truly relaxing. The vibe here is much better compared to other hotels; it’s very calm and inviting. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with freshly cooked food. The room service is also very attentive, making you feel right at home instead of staying in a typical hotel room. You have easy access to a 7-Eleven and Patong Beach Road, which is highly convenient. I highly recommend this place as it is close to all the nearby markets and restaurants.

I booked this property expecting a genuine 4-star experience, as it is advertised as a 4-star hotel on Google. However, after arriving, I realized that it doesn’t even provide the level of service expected from a 2-star property. The service was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. To reach the lobby with our luggage, we had to carry our bags up the steps ourselves. The staff would only move the trolley and refused to help with even small bags. I have stayed in many hotels during my travels, and this is honestly the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. One of the reception staff members, Handewa, was particularly unprofessional and unhelpful. Staff like this seriously damage the reputation of the property and are the reason it receives negative reviews. Guests pay premium prices expecting 4-star service, but there was virtually no customer service at all. For example, we were given the Wi-Fi password at check-in, but it didn’t work in the room. When we called reception for assistance, instead of sending someone to help, we were told to come down to the lobby so they could set it up there. That is simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be a 4-star property. Overall, the attitude of the staff made us feel as if they were doing us a favor, rather than providing a service we had paid for. Guests pay for hospitality, professionalism, and comfort, but unfortunately, none of those were delivered here. I would not recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Phuket. There are many better hotels that genuinely value their guests and provide the level of service they promise.

The hotel is right on the beach with lovely views of Patong beach. It is a bit dated, but great value for money. The breakfast has a large variety to choose from, and great coffee. We loved sitting in the bar area and enjoyed the lovely blue pools. Rokms are spacious, with a little fridge and the aircon is just excellent in the heat. Would recommend, worth every penny.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am from Malaysia and recently stayed at Sea View Patong Hotel. I had an amazing experience throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the sea view was absolutely beautiful. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whatever we needed, they assisted us with a smile and made us feel truly welcomed. Their excellent service exceeded our expectations and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose Sea View Patong Hotel again when we visit Phuket in the future. Highly recommended!
