How to begin? What an amazing place. My wife booked this hotel for almost 2 weeks, I had no expectations and I was blown away. Arriving at the hotel, I thought the hotel was dated, but after staying here for 10 over days, it isn't dated it is actually extremely well maintained. The best part about this hotel, is the staff. The manager Khun Nu is top tier at customer service but his team is equally good. Everyone from the car park attendant, to breakfast staff, front counter, room service, bell boys, everyone is equally good. I have never stayed in a hotel where everyone is so on the same page in terms of customer service. They just go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I've stayed at more than 50 hotels across Thailand probably and this will be the one I will remember the most. Thank you to all of the staff at Kantary Bay Hotel, you have all made our stay so enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kantary Bay. Out of the five different hotels I visited during my vacation, this one was by far the most pleasant—it truly has its own unique soul and warmth. While the property is not brand new, it is incredibly well-maintained, exceptionally cozy, and spectacularly green. The abundance of lush plants and beautiful trees makes the entire place feel like a peaceful tropical paradise. What made my stay even more unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Kik and Bow at the reception. It was such a heartwarming touch that they remembered me by name; it instantly made me feel at home. Every time I had a question, they were always happy to help with genuine smiles and constantly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I loved everything about this place. I am definitely planning to come back, and I cannot wait to bring my parents here next time to show them this hidden gem!

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 10+ nights and not a single night made me feel far away from home. The clean-looking design and cozy atmosphere is for me top of the list when it comes to boutique hotels. It’s definitely perfect for long vacation when you’re tired of busy and hustling city and want to cleanse your senses with ocean waves. Despite its long-established buildings, the hotel is well taken care of and amidst green trees and bushes. The staff is friendly and keen to help, especially Bow and Nicha who always had their smiles and warmly welcomed me every morning. I’d love to revisit this place for sure whenever I travel to Phuket.

Staying at this hotel feels like coming home — as if visiting relatives after a long journey. After the tsunami, our family chose this place for safety and comfort, and we have returned no fewer than fifteen times since. The staff at the front desk, the manager, the head cook, and every team member here show genuine care and attention to their guests. Although the hotel does not have its own private beach, guests are welcome to enjoy the private beach of Cape Pawa, with a free shuttle bus provided. The view in front of the hotel is beautiful, and in the evenings, local Muslim community shops set up infrontof the hotel, offering a variety of street food that add charm to the atmosphere. This is truly a safe, peaceful, and welcoming place — perfect for rest and relaxation. I sincerely thank all the staff for welcoming my family like relatives.

Fantastic location and staff. Good breakfast and decent rooms. Close to all the restaurants in the local area. Great value for money. Perfect for families with children as well as for couples. Very affordable prices compared to the “luxury hotels” nearby. This is our second time here, and we will most definitely come back. Love it.
