Was here for a week, had a fantastic experience at this resort. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the beach and not far at all from Patong. The views from my room were stunning, the room itself was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Can honestly say it's the best sleep I've ever had at a hotel before. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options and great coffee, I also ate at the restaurant several times and can say the food was fantastic. All super fresh and tasty with excellent local dishes and a good range of drinks to match too. All of the staff were amazing, I felt incredibly relaxed here and wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I visit Phuket again in the near future

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The pools are beautiful, the views are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Even though the beach in front of the hotel is more popular for surfing than swimming, waking up to the ocean view every morning and watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. As a small suggestion for improvement, since toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in the bathroom bins, it would be more hygienic if the trash cans had lids. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We would happily return in the fut

Great stay at Chanalai Garden Resort! The staff were so lovely and welcoming with a little ice cream at arrival! Then the room was gorgeous and spacious with a huge balcony! We got a superior king room with sea view and it was stunning. Aircon was amazing. Bathroom was very clean and modern. The pools were so clean with ample sun loungers and both had a pool bar with lovely staff. The restaurant has a beautiful sea view and there are lots of places to eat close. Spice trail has great budget meals too. So close to the beach and 7eleven. I have nothing negative to say at all this place was amazing.

We loved this hotel. The location is excellent: everything is close by and the sea is just a few steps away. The staff are friendly and responsive — they quickly helped with any request. The food was great: we had breakfast and dinner, enjoyed both, with a good selection and tasty dishes. Special shout‑out to the bar — the cocktails were fantastic. Our room was well-kept and cozy; housekeeping was meticulous and daily, and we were often treated to cute towel animals. We booked a sea-view room — the view was breathtaking. The property has great facilities, and everything is set up for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it and would happily return.

Overall, we had a good stay at Chanalai Garden Resort. The service was good, and the location is excellent — very close to the beach. However, we booked a double bed room, but initially we were given two single beds combined together, which was not very comfortable. After we requested to move, the hotel kindly gave us a room with a real double bed. It would have been better if this had been arranged correctly from the beginning. One small suggestion regarding breakfast: we noticed quite a lot of birds coming to leftover food on the tables. It may be better to clear used plates more quickly. Also, for unoccupied tables, perhaps the cutleries could be placed later when guests arrive, as some birds were sitting on the forks and spoons. I think this would make the breakfast area feel more hygienic. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service. In
