★★★☆☆ We stayed 4 nights and overall had a good family vacation, but the room had far too many maintenance issues for a resort of this caliber. The positives: check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly, parking was convenient, the room stayed cool, and the water park was clean and fun. All of the water attractions were open during our stay, which was great. The full kitchen and refrigerator were also very convenient for a family trip. The negatives were mostly related to the room itself. Upon arrival, both the sink and shower were clogged. One bedroom window shade was broken, and after that was fixed, another shade stopped working. The TVs frequently glitched, the living room ceiling fan didn't work, a towel rack fell off the wall, and the dryer barely heated and took over four hours to dry towels and clothing. Another frustration was that there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. We called around midnight requesting them, but they weren't delivered for more than two hours, and we ended up falling asleep before they arrived. To be fair, maintenance did respond when we reported issues, and the staff was always pleasant. However, there were simply too many things broken during a four-night stay. The water park and amenities seem to be in much better condition than the rooms themselves. We enjoyed our vacation overall, but we would likely choose a different resort on our next Orlando trip.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. My family and I have been coming here for many years, and I honestly cannot understand what has happened to this property since 2024. The decline in quality is shocking. From the moment we arrived, the issues were obvious. The hallways smell strongly of humidity and mildew, the carpets appear poorly maintained, and both the guest rooms and common areas are noticeably dirty. We are a family of 8 people, yet our room was provided with only two towels. In addition, there were no sheets, blankets, or bedding available for the sofa bed. After contacting Guest Services, I waited over two hours for assistance. The towels arrived very late, and some members of my family were forced to sleep on the sofa bed without proper sheets. We even had to share towels because there simply were not enough provided. The customer service has been equally disappointing. Several staff members have been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than feeling welcomed as returning guests, we have felt like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, on the second day housekeeping never serviced our room. Once again, we had to call and request clean towels because none were delivered. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that charges premium resort prices. The parking fees are excessively expensive, and the parking policies seem unreasonable and designed solely to benefit the hotel rather than its guests. What is most frustrating is that I am writing this complaint after only one day of my stay, and I already regret coming. This resort was once a place my family loved and looked forward to visiting, but it has deteriorated significantly. The cleanliness, service, attention to guests, and overall experience are nowhere near the standard this property once offered. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this resort to friends or family. I expected much better from a resort that we have supported and visited for years.

This resort was very comfortable. I will definitely be returning . Parking is conveniently located near the rooms under a parking garage. Rooms are spacious (apartment like) equipped with washer and dryer) and full kitchen. Beds are comfortable, except the pull out sofa which has a spring mattress 2 inches thin. There is barely any room service. We stayed a week and just the kitchen trash was changed every two days. We stayed here mainly for the waterpark for the kids, and when we got there it was extremely full. No lounge chairs available. We ended up going back to the main pools which are heated and the atmosphere is quiet. Staff is nice and helpful. The whole resort was clean. The landscapes are beautiful with lots of space for evenings walks.

Overall, the resort is nice. However, I feel that the parking fee should be included in the price when booking. Luckily, my wife discovered this fee before we arrived. It's not like you have any other options on parking. At least their resort fee is part of what you pay when booking. I was also shocked at how many people were willing to "roll the dice" on the no smoking rule. I saw 2 different people smoking weed and could smell it numerous times. Also not to mention as part of the resort fee chairs by the pool should be included. And the fact that we were in building 2 and the pool and Waterpark is to the side of building 3 on other side of resort and there was no straight shot to pool and the elevator to closet to our room was broken and had been for 3 weeks ago we had to a long way must to get to our room from parking garage to room. So to do anything we had to walk so far out of the way to M elevator as did others which made it over crowed and created a lot of congestion. And if you wanted fresh towels you had to pay for the service which should be included in stay. Nice place but won't be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of being served by Michelle during our visit at the water park and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment she greeted us, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Even with the busy atmosphere of the water park, she stayed positive, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was perfect. Michelle went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She helped make our day even more enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Michelle, for your outstanding service and for making our visit so memorable! We will definitely be back and hope to see you again.
