The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

This resort was very comfortable. I will definitely be returning . Parking is conveniently located near the rooms under a parking garage. Rooms are spacious (apartment like) equipped with washer and dryer) and full kitchen. Beds are comfortable, except the pull out sofa which has a spring mattress 2 inches thin. There is barely any room service. We stayed a week and just the kitchen trash was changed every two days. We stayed here mainly for the waterpark for the kids, and when we got there it was extremely full. No lounge chairs available. We ended up going back to the main pools which are heated and the atmosphere is quiet. Staff is nice and helpful. The whole resort was clean. The landscapes are beautiful with lots of space for evenings walks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of being served by Michelle during our visit at the water park and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment she greeted us, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Even with the busy atmosphere of the water park, she stayed positive, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was perfect. Michelle went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She helped make our day even more enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Michelle, for your outstanding service and for making our visit so memorable! We will definitely be back and hope to see you again.

The only advantage to this place is literally the location. Lets start with the mess of the check-in process. It took us over an hour in line to get to register, BUT then we had to wait for another hour to get a key to our room. No explanation, just excuses. Check in at 4 turned to check in past 6. By the time we got access to the room, we were done. Now lets get to the nitti gritti, we were told our time will be comped and now we are being told they cannot accommodate it. But lets discuss the rooms, at first sight it looks nice. But alas, they messed up here as well. The shower is always dripping, the fan is loud like its about to blowup and and it hasn't been cleaned since they built this place, the room looks clean but nope, random hair and dust all over the place, as well as the tub not draining, the shower is turning yellow because it hasnt been scrubbed since the opening and when we asked why the 6th spot which was the couch was not made up, we were told we have to do it ourselves and we had to wait till 10 to get extra bedding for our 4 year old. Valencia restaurant was another adventure Id love to forget. The waitress was sweet at first, however messed up our order multiple times, forgot our drinks and when we told her, she acted like we are bothering her. She looked like she was not all too lucid. Finally, ive reached out to management to figure out the later check out because we want to utilize the last day and use the pool since we didnt the first day, they are now telling us, they can only comp us to 11 even through we were promised till 12. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Never ever will I make this mistake. Only Disney resorts from now on. Or Great wolf lodges... safe the head ache and heart aches. I am not sure why I am being charged a resort fee either. There is no resort feel at all. We have to do everything. DO NOT COME HERE!

Anthony and Sauriel were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish, making the entire surf simulator experience so much fun. They took the time to explain everything, offered great tips, and made my kids feel comfortable and encouraged. Their positive attitudes really made the attraction stand out. I had an awesome time and would absolutely come back to do this attraction again. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a few nights in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa and would definitely come back! The villa was spacious, clean, and having a full kitchen made it easy to keep drinks and snacks on hand before heading to the parks. The water park and pools were a nice bonus, especially on our resort day. The location was also really convenient—we were able to get to Disney, Universal, restaurants, and shopping without long drives. A couple of things to know before you book: we were told housekeeping only provides full service for stays longer than a week. During our stay, we called down for fresh towels and other essentials. When we came back, the clean towels were left in a bag on the floor instead of being placed on the table or in the bathroom. Also, one of the bathroom lights was out during our stay. None of these were deal-breakers, but they’re worth mentioning. If you’re looking for a place that gives you more room than a standard hotel, this is a great option for families or small groups. My only tip would be to plan a little extra time for parking and walking to your building since the property is pretty large. Overall, we had a great stay and would book here again.
