A hammam experience was on the list for this trip and one of the days was a little bit more cloudy so we booked into the hammam experience at the spa. The experience with Asma, she’s honestly so considerate and kind. This was my first experience with hammam and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but she’s so talented and skilled with her hands and knowledge. She’s so sweet and kind and I felt very comfortable very quickly. There was a ten min steam before the black soap which was then rinsed off and then I was scrubbed. SCRUBBED. Not in a painful way but things came off my body that have probably been there since 2008. I originally thought not much would come off because I use shower gloves daily but Asma turned me into a newborn baby. The mask left my skin nourished and supple while I felt renewed after walking so much the last few days. I would happily come again and again but I actually want to see even more dead skin come off. Definitely has to be done. Definitely doing it again!

What an amazing evening, the second of two, at the Sofitel in Marrakech. We came back again as it was so good the first night. Imane and Kebir were fabulously but not overwhelmingly attentive, fun and engaging. Saw to our every need without being intrusive. Such a lovely experience topped off by this lovely twosome and the whole team at the hotel. Thank you.

Nice stay. The room was spacious but there were little problem with our shower drain but quickly fixed. Love the pool, all the ambiance and staff were very welcoming. Concierge and reception team were kind. Yahya waiter by the pool were smiley and very attentive. Sending big thanks again to the both ladies at the kids club for taking such a good care of the two boys. They had a great time!

Sofitel Marrakech is a truly beautiful property with lush grounds and a prime location close to everything. The pool area was clean, lively, and relaxing — with friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to Hamza Kina, and Abouyouss, who went above and beyond remembering our dietary preferences and ensuring every meal was exactly how we liked it. We also used the hotel car service frequently, and it was excellent. The cars were spotless and comfortable, and the drivers were consistently kind and professional. As a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated how seriously they took my safety. One driver even got out of the car to help me find my class location when I looked unsure — an invaluable gesture that showed genuine care and attention. Overall, the Sofitel Marrakech offers a luxurious, secure, and welcoming experience — with staff who truly care about their guests experience. I would absolutely stay again.
