We recently stayed at Kenzi Agdal Medina, and we had such a lovely time from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for both couples and families. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The pool area was fantastic — a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. We also really enjoyed the food, with a good variety of delicious options at breakfast and dinner. A special mention to the entertainment team Loco, Speed, Sara, and Olaya were absolutely amazing! They brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every day and really made our stay extra special. Their enthusiasm and friendliness didn’t go unnoticed, and they created such a great atmosphere for everyone.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Kenzi Club. On arrival we were given an upgrade to a suite, so our 4 year old had her own room. The rooms were great, comfy beds and plenty space. The food was great, lots of variety, different themed nights, never had a bad meal. The pools were lovely and clean, especially loved the water slides. Pool areas were also great, plenty of areas in sun and shade. The kids club was fantastic, there was a variety of activities, the staff were great with the kids and my daughter was excited to go every day. All of the staff were very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and are looking forward to coming back again.

Fantastic Stay – Manal Made It Unforgettable! Our vacation at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina was absolutely incredible, deserving a full 5 stars. The resort itself is beautiful, featuring stunning grounds, fantastic pools, and a non-stop energetic atmosphere. What truly elevated our holiday from great to extraordinary was the outstanding hospitality. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Manal, who made our experience so incredibly wonderful. Her warm smile, attentive care, and amazing level of service went above and beyond anything we expected. She anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the entertainment team was fantastic, and the overall vibe was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We are already planning our return trip, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Marrakech. Make sure to look out for Manal when you visit!

Hotel is beautiful,grounds are well maintained and clean. Food is very repetitive and often cold. Ground staff always polite. Waiters very welcoming and attentive to your needs. There are 2 lots of entertainment teams, 1 for the British and 1 for the French. However the British entertainment team never once spoke to us (we are british) but the French team ( Edorador) was amazing and full of energy and very welcoming. Zizo was amazing. Always smiling and happy lad. Really made our stay entertaining.

I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. The food is very, very bad. The restaurant smells. Some of the staff are very friendly, while others are incredibly rude. There is no consistency. The hotel manager, Mr. Fuat, is a polite person and tries to sort things out, but it's not enough. We had to beg to have our room cleaned. We repeatedly asked for the baby cot to be set up. I constantly had to tell the reception something. The pools are very dirty. There is always dirt under your feet. I asked for a dental kit, and they told me I could buy one from the market. When I asked how this could be a 5-star hotel, they just smiled. I don't know who gave this hotel 5 stars. If I ever come to Marrakech again, I will never even go near this place. If you can find a clean glass, I wish everyone a good holiday.
