Everything here was fabulous! They even made a huge effort for my birthday with rose petals and pillows and cake! So nice. Loved it! Great location to walk into the Medina and the breakfast was really great - so much choice. Everyone super friendly. Choice of quiet pool away from families too :-)

My wife and I stayed here on our vacation and upon arrival, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite from the Premium Pool View room that we had booked. Excited as we were, we quickly found out that the room faced an alley and the restaurant's kitchen exhaust. Opening the balcony door, we could only smell food. However, the suite was excellent and the bathroom was fabulous. As tired as we were, we decided to stay put and never open the balcony door. Overall, the hotel was good and staff was friendly and helpful. We were pleased to meet Mohammed, a wait staff at the restaurant. He made us welcome and took care of all our food and shisha needs. The breakfast buffet was huge. However, it was the same everyday. We quickly got bored of it. There is one issue that all guests should be aware of. Water in the room is limited. We learned it the hard way when in the first day after returning late to our room, we were informed that we were given our day's quota of free water (4×330ml) and we had to buy water at room service prices. Always, it was a pleasant stay. But if we do visit Marrakech again, we might explore other hotels.

My overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. The property is very nice and well-maintained, and the hospitality of the staff truly stood out. At the restaurant, the breakfast barista Jihane was exceptionally lovely, always smiling and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere each morning. The waiter Karim was also outstanding; he was very respectful, attentive, and consistently helpful, not only to us but to all the guests we observed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a great impression. However, I must express my disappointment regarding the beds. The bed in our first room was extremely uncomfortable, so we reported the issue and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the bed in the second room was even worse. I woke up each morning with back pain, which has persisted even after our stay. This significantly affected the quality of our rest and overall comfort during our visit.I sincerely recommend that hotel management inspect and replace the beds to ensure a comfortable and restful experience for future guests. This improvement would truly match the high standard of service provided by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech. The service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and from the moment you walk in, the lobby smells amazing, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice and fresh, delicious options each morning. The spa treatments are also highly recommended – especially the massages. A special thanks to Ghislaine, who is truly exceptional at what she does! The only small downside is that rooms located near the pool can sometimes be a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Le Grand Savoy Hotel Marrakech!

The first room was not as requested and the view of the gardens was an alleyway with a rubbish skip. The second room had a third bed which made things very cramped. The overall feel was of a tired finish, the ironing board has only a metal bed another fabric so it was useless, the binder with paperwork etc had a burn mark and both rooms we were in had a set of weighing scales and in both of them the battery was dead. The chandelier in the main reception area was unbelievably dirty as were the matching wall lights. There were a few positives like the breakfast and evening meal in the Italian restaurant. Will I go to another Pick albatross hotel or resort I don't think so unless you can convince me what I was seeing was not usual for your chain. I have stayed at the Savoy in London and in Madeira and in my opinion this hotel should not be using this name. I am 68 years old and as the General Manager of the best watch showroom in the world I was invited to stay in many 5 star hotels on 5 continents From Switzerland to Istanbul from New York to Singapore this was the first time that I have stayed at a 5 star hotel where there was no bathrobes, no shoe cleaning bags and no laundry bags. The toiletries were as basic as any I have seen in a two or three star establishment. The beds were clean and comfortable but I do not buy a room just for the bed. Please up your game and explain the problems I had.
