A group of 9 of us visited the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa in Marrakech for a four-day, three-night break, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. They gave us two large rooms next to each other- that was nice. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The food was very nice and had ample selections. Above all, what made this holiday enduring and enjoyable was the hospitality and caring staff. From the reception staff to the waiters and chambermaids, they are all overly friendly and accommodating.

We had a great time over the new year in this beautiful hotel with a lovely heated pool. However, the best thing is the hard working staff in all areas from maintenance, bar, restaurants and animation. Big shout out to Ali, James and Yassine in the bars, I wish I could remember all the names of restaurant staff and Mamado, Amin and the rest of the Animation team. They all really made our holiday.

This hotel was amazing, so clean and well looked after, amazing views throughout the hotel. Pool very clean and plenty of space for everyone to use. The buffet was amazing lots of choice and plenty to go around. Great choice of drinks. All staff have been amazing so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The room is spacious and well looked after. Would recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

The hotel was amazing would definitely come back and also Amin who was in the animation team was really great!! He got everyone involved made all of us have a great time with the activities during the day and night. The rooms are good and if you have a family definitely ask for the ground floor garden rooms. Hotel was very clean and the noise level was good. The only thing is the all inclusive finishes at 11pm and everything shuts down for the night. It was all very good. Amenities was great. It was a great holiday.

I booked this property specifically because it advertised both a spa and a fitness center. It was not disclosed at the time of booking that both were under renovation. I only learned this after checking in and going to ask for directions. Had this been disclosed, I would not have booked the property. While on site, I attempted multiple times to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not available. I then followed up by email after my stay, it's been over a month with no reply. Beyond unprofessional. The room refrigerator froze my prescription medication, rendering it unusable. This is a serious health and safety issue. The bathtub had peeling paint, which is not acceptable for a property marketed as five-star. Combined with poor food quality and a resort environment while great for families was not the spa or wellness experience I was looking for. The overall experience was a overpriced disappointment. This property failed to deliver what was promised and failed to provide basic guest support. I would not recommend it to anyone. Not to mention the location is not ideal for exploring Marrakesh.
