We recently stayed at the hotel and, although we experienced a few issues at the beginning of our stay, the way the team handled them made a real difference to our overall experience. A special thank you to Achraf (Bar Manager), Kaoutar (Public Relations), and Mohammed Alami (Director of Restaurants), who were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were looked after during our stay. Their willingness to listen and help did not go unnoticed, and they are a real credit to the hotel. We also found many of the hotel staff to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was always nice to be greeted with a smile around the resort, which created a warm and positive atmosphere. The hotel itself was kept very clean throughout our stay, and we particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service into Marrakech, which was convenient and easy to use. While our holiday did not get off to the smoothest start, we are grateful to the staff members who went out of their way to improve our experience and make us feel valued as guests. Thank you to the team for your kindness and hospitality!

Staff here are really friendly and welcoming, especially the animation team around the pool. Aziz in particular was super personable and friendly, and another activity team member, Oussama, was also really great. The restaurant service was also excellent. Both the chefs and waiters were always accommodating and attentive. Annoyingly, I can’t remember the names of two waiters who really went above and beyond for us, even remembering our drinks orders after just one sitting. Both worked in the outdoor dining area, one at lunch (the waiter wearing the Gucci belt!) and one at dinner. The sports bar staff member (again, sorry I can’t remember his name!) was also incredibly friendly and hospitable. There are so many great facilities here, especially the two pools. It’s nice being able to choose between a fun atmosphere or a more relaxing pool, which is something I haven’t experienced before at an adults-only resort. Another shoutout to the reception and door staff for making such a great first impression from the moment we arrived. The drinks were great too, properly sized glasses unlike some all-inclusive resorts! The free shuttle bus is also a really useful bonus. Thank you all for such a great stay. I’ll try to remember some names and reply below later!

This hotel from start to finish was just incredible. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a member of staff who took our suitcase off of us and gave us an all inclusive band to go and get dinner before it shut at 10pm! As soon as we arrived into the restaurant this lovely gentleman (can’t remember his name) greeted us and asked for our drink order, ever since our first day he remembered us and every evening he automatically brought our drinks over before us even saying anything. He would always check in with us which was just so lovely. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were done everyday, the water bottle was always replaced everyday. It was great little touch. The food was great, was a lot of the same food everyday but was still very tasty though. The snack bar was amazing food, tasty again. The only thing I would change about this is being able to grab some food and go back to the sunbed but instead you have to sit down like a proper meal for a snack. This is just personal preference though. The entertainment around the busier/louder pool was great, they never was pushy to go and do activities you could just go on your own accord, special shoutout to Aziz and Oussama who again would come over to us everyday and check in with us and ask how we were doing. Was great at all activities and always showed how to play the game etc. On our last day we were able to use all the all inclusive stuff all day until we left the building. We could use the spa to freshen up if we couldn’t get late check out on our room. I will 100% be going back to this hotel, I couldn’t recommend it anymore, the staff were the best part and what makes me want to go back, never felt so welcome and at home at a hotel before. My stay at this hotel in Marrakech has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food, despite being buffet-style, was genuinely impressive—high quality, full of flavor, and with plenty of variety to choose from every day. On top of that, the snack restaurant offered an extensive à la carte menu with so many great options that it never felt repetitive. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy the stay. There were also countless activities and entertainment options available, so there was always something to do. However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring they were. At every moment, I felt treated like a king. Their level of hospitality made all the difference. A special thank you to Hamza from the restaurant and Mohamed, the manager—both went above and beyond and truly won our hearts. That said, every single member of the team deserves recognition for making this stay so special. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The food was very good and the drinks were also enjoyable, which made the dining part of the stay quite pleasant. The staff in the restaurant and bar were nice and the overall atmosphere during meals was good. Thanks to Zizzo and Ahmed. However, I was disappointed when the reception asked us to pay an additional tax upon arrival. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and it left a bad impression. Another negative point was the nighttime entertainment. The DJ music in the evening was unfortunately quite awful and did not create a good atmosphere for guests who wanted to enjoy the night. Overall, the hotel has good food and drinks, but the extra tax at reception and the poor entertainment at night affected the experience.
