Our experience at Be Live Collection Marrakech was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. the rooms, restaurants, and all the common areas are spotless. The pools are beautiful, with one lively pool full of energy and another quiet pool ideal for relaxing in peace and enjoying the sun. The reception team was welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. A big thank you to the entire team for their great service, especially Zizzo and Ahmed at the lobby bar, who always made us feel welcome with their positive energy and professionalism. And of course, DJ Oussama, who created an amazing atmosphere every evening with his music and made the entertainment truly special.

This place is brilliant. We stayed for 10 nights from 22nd September 2025. The staff are so friendly and helpful … and I have not found a grumpy one, which is unusual for an all inclusive. Despite some reviews saying the drinks are weak we certainly did not find that and they were plentiful with the bar staff team topping you up and bringing you extras. The freshly roasted peanuts around the outside bar area are a super touch. Food is great and as vegetarians lots of choice so well done the kitchen and restaurant staff. The entertainment team were fun and did not push you to do things which is great. If you want a massage then you can have it and the masseur does not really hassle you like some hotels do. Rooms were clean and quite modern and the cleaners also did a great job. Reception staff were really helpful and when we needed to book something helped us with a smile, also got our hot water working (although I think it was us) and topped up room essentials when we asked. Let’s not miss out the gardening team who keep this place looking beautiful. My special shout out is to Mustafa in the Sports bar, he was a credit to the team here making sure we were kept in drinks while watching football and ensuring our requested games were put on. All in all you have a great hotel here for Morocco sun, Marrakesh and mountain visits and golfing holidays. To the management give your staff a big thank you as they do you credit.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to! The hotel is stunning, food is excellent and great entertainment. The best thing about this hotel however is the staff. They are so friendly, happy and lovely that they just made the whole experience. They built great relations with guests and were so enthusiastic. We will never forget them, they really went the extra mile to make the holiday unforgettable. We will absolutely be back - thank you everyone that works here. You are fantastic!

The hotel was great, the staff were attentive and certain staff definitely make the experience (Zizu from the evening bar and Oussama day time activities). Zizu was great as soon as you finish a drink he got you another and was always friendly and kind. Oussama was great and got everyone involved with the activities. He built relationships around the pool and even dived straight in the pool when I lost my earring. The rooms were clean and the maids came everyday to maintain it, the only problem we had was the bath wouldn’t drain due to the plug getting stuck. The premises are beautiful, well kept and extra care is taken to make sure everything is neat. The food was good, the buffet did have limited options but is easily broken up by the snack bar lunch options. The hotel location was perfect for us, there’s a free shuttle into the centre which we used and was so so easy. We also found that any activities such as quad biking or hot air balloons were only about a 20/30 minute drive away which made the location great for visiting the city and doing activities.

I came to the hotel for a week it was amazing. Zizzo,Ahmed best barmans in the hotel, you can really drink a wonderful cocktails with very big welcome. dj Oussama was fantastic whole the nights, he mad everyone in the dance floor. And big thanks to the managers Achraf and Salim, they look after all the guests and they have solutions for anything. Mr moukhtar too he can show you all the buffet...
