Overall, we had a good stay and I think this is a nice option for families with young children. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and worked well for our family. One of the highlights was the kids’ pool, where our children had a fantastic time. We also really appreciated the Oasis Experience area within the hotel, where they offer camel rides. We wanted our kids to have that experience, and having it right on the property made everything incredibly convenient. One area that could be improved is the kids’ club. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations set by the photos online. It felt a bit neglected and could definitely benefit from better maintenance and more attention. It’s also worth noting that the “all-inclusive” package isn’t completely all-inclusive. Some restaurants and certain drinks require an additional charge, so it’s good to check what’s included before your stay to avoid surprises. Also check the hours of the food and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially because of the family-friendly facilities and comfortable rooms. With a few improvements, particularly to the kids’ club and clearer communication about the all-inclusive offering, it could be an even better experience.

The hotel was okay, but it is definitely not a 5-star property. The facilities are quite dated and in need of a refurbishment, and the overall service was slow. We called reception multiple times during our stay and often received no answer. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with flies on the fruits and birds helping themselves to items from the buffet area. The air conditioning was poor, as it could not be set below 20°C, making the rooms uncomfortable at times. On 2 separate occasions the AC broke and needed fixing. The buggy service that is supposed to transport guests between reception and the rooms was rarely available, and there was often nobody operating it, meaning long walks to and from the room in the extreme heat was exhausting! The shower drain was blocked, causing water to build up while showering and a pungent smell coming from it. There were mosquitoes in the toilets situated near the restaurants so could not be used as I did not want my rear end to be bitten alive! We stayed in a Premium Room, which is advertised as suitable for a family of four, but it was extremely small. Two guests are expected to sleep on a sofa arranged in an L-shape, which is not particularly comfortable. The best aspects of the hotel were the free shuttle service to the Medina ( a comfortable mini van that ran on time daily) and the excellent Wi-Fi, both of which worked very well throughout our stay. The location was okay, a little out the way witte nice scenery and a peaceful atmosphere.

I have recently returned from a 5 day holiday at this hotel and it was great. The hotel and gardens are stunning. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel was well-maintained. Our rooms were pretty comfortable and clean, with bottles of water supplied daily and fresh towels. My only complaint was the bed; the mattress was too hard/uncomfortable for me, and I did not sleep well. The pool areas were clean, with plenty of sunbeds and free fresh towels - a very relaxing atmosphere. I went half board (Breakfast/Dinner included with soft drinks) I have to say, I was super impressed with both the breakfast and dinner options - plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruits/salads. Also, a couple of the evenings the dinner included a bbq outside. The hotel is around 15 minutes from the medina, but they do offer a free shuttle starting at 9am, which you must reserve at reception, as well as a free pick-up - make sure to book both options. - We also caught a taxi back from the medina that cost less than £15 for two individuals. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travellers, because I felt extremely safe and comfortable at the resort.

A lovely holiday resort. I’m writing this review while still here on holiday. Wonderful staff at the reception. The food is very nice. Rooms meets standard and very clean. They have three swimming pools. One very large, medium and a small pool. Gym facility as well as spa. They have entertainment at night at the bar. You can also book other book for other activities like camel ride, buggy bikes and various other activities. A bus from the hotel takes people inside the city and back for free, you only need to book or register interest at the reception and choose a time. It’s just a lot going on here. I recommend you come and spend sometime here. It’s a very good place to spend a week or two on holiday.

Pros: Kids club is brilliant, loads of activities and trustworthy staff. This was a massive bonus. Not overly busy, never had to get up early for sun beds etc. Staff are great, very attentive. Air con is very good compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Shuttle bus to Marrakech city is included and very handy! Cons: Food majorly lacks variety, struggled to eat most days. One member of party was sick. Lack of storage in rooms, many insects/mosquitos in rooms. Bad drain smell in rooms. Cleaning staff are too pushy, even with the sleep sign on the door, they knock and insist to clean. Be aware: There is all inclusive and all inclusive plus which entitles you to a slightly larger variety of drinks and different time availability.
